If “no thoughts, just kidnapping kink” was a book, this is it.

Ella Thorne said screw the slow burn and ran full speed into a dark mafia fantasy where you’re stolen at the altar, slammed into a luxury car, and claimed so hard your daddy’s political alliances spontaneously combust.

Roman Vasiliev is the walking embodiment of the “mine now” trope. Did he ask permission? No. Did he give a speech about how he’d breed you like it’s a competitive sport? Absolutely. Is that what makes him hot? …Unfortunately, yes.

Olivia, our soft, veiled, piano-playing virgin bride, goes from “I can’t breathe in this corset” to “please ruin me” in record time. Is it realistic? Not at all. Is it hot? Yep. Her development arc is 90% thighs clenching, 10% emotional recovery from being stuffed into a trash bag by her father.

This novella is basically what happens when Stockholm Syndrome meets breeding kink and they decide to co-host a masquerade ball. The plot exists. Technically. But really, you’re here for Roman railing Olivia like she owes him rent.

He is the last of his brothers to fall. He wasn't even aware it was going to happen that day until he saw her walking down the aisle towards another man. He didn't stop to think, he just grabbed her and tossed her over his shoulder taking off. She didn't want to marry the man her father chose but she also wasn't planning to be kidnapped and taken by a mystery man. Even if the mystery man is hot, spicy, and says all kinds of filthy things to her. This is definitely more smut than plot. So if you are looking for lots of steamy spice with an OTT possessive Bratva boss who is determined to claim her, marry her and breed her, then this might just be your jam. If you read the other books in this short story series you also might enjoy getting the life updates on the rest of the brothers. If you want more plot than spice this might not be the one for you.

Roman and Olivia were a surprise.

She's nothing more than merchandise in a trade between her father, and the bratva who side with him. Her entire life an empty shell. Loveless, never allowed to make decisions for herself, and living in a gilded cage. Even her groom insulting her curves out loud as she walks down the isle doesn't affect her father. He simply doesn't care.

A man stands, and heads her way, interrupting the procession. She's saved from a marriage she was terrified of, but kidnapped in front of those here for the wedding, followed closely by his four brothers. But it isn't just another cage. Roman encourages her to reach for what she wants... provided she understands she is his.

My only negative was that I felt it was just a bit incomplete, like a part of the story was missing. A worthy read, in spite of feeling a piece was mjssing.

Olivia is about to get married to a man she does not know, she knew this was her lot in life, her father made it perfectly clear. She locks eyes with a man on the groom's side. Roman knows the bride walking down the aisle is meant to be his. When his cousin, the groom, calls her a hippo, he is out of his seat and claiming the bride, taking her out the church.

Olivia is shocked by the turn of events but something about Roman excites her. Olivia has never been kissed by a man and Roman's dirty mouth makes her blush while it sets her body on fire.

This is just as steamy at the other brother's stories, if you read them you know what you are in for. There is steam, than plot, and a very OTT alpha male want to breed her.

Olivia is a young woman forced into marriage to honor a deal her father made with another Bratva group. But after being denigrated by her future husband on her wedding day, she ends up being kidnapped by her husband's cousin just before the wedding.
Roman is with his Bratva member brothers. So if he attends his cousin's arranged wedding, he finds himself kidnapping the beautiful bride in front of everyone. He never believed in love, but when he saw her, he fell hard.
Will Olivia and Roman have a beautiful story or will her father and her former fiancé get the better of their feelings...

An excellent hot and spicy quick read where Olivia who has been controlled and groomed by her father her entire life to be sold in marriage to whoever her father could use to further his lifestyle is forced to marry a man who doesn’t want her. Roman sees her walking down the aisle and knows instantly she’s his so he kidnaps her right at the alter. He takes her home and tells her she will be his forever. Story is about what happens from when they enter his house, the choices they each make and what happens between them. Fast paced, quite spicy, explosive and intense.

Whoa, from that opening salvo in the church when our MFC Olivia gets carried off by that HAWT alpha mafioso Roman Vasiliev I knew this story was going to be a short and wild read.
Alliance or no Alliance Olivia is doing her father’s bidding by marrying a man she doesn’t want and who doesn’t want her. Then her eyes meet those of the man standing next to the groom and all bets are off.
Thrown over Roman’s shoulder and carried out of the church the best is yet to come!
Loved this hot as a chilli pepper read, nice writing, entertainment, and engaging story.

When he falls head over heels in love with the one on the day of her wedding and takes her as his. Yep I absolutely devoured this from start to finish in no time at all because of that first sentence I just typed. When Roman, the one brother that claimed he would never settle down gets stunned by Olivia as she is walking down the aisle to his cousin, he will do whatever it takes to have her and he does. He doesn't care if this causes a war, bad blood, or hatred he is 1000% in with her and I loved seeing him fall. Olivia is just as stunned by Roman as he is with her and this is a match made in mafia romance heaven. I love this series!.

This one was Roman and Oliva's story. It was the best in the series. Roman decided Olivia was his when she was walking down the aisle and that's all she wrote. Olivia was the strongest of the wives of the brothers. She didn't shy away. They relationship while it was instant made the reader feel it would actually develop into a true one. My one complaint is the story could have been longer. Olivia felt ignored and thrown away and it would have been interesting to see her character development. Going into this, I was curious to see what Ella Thorne would do with Roman, who didn’t think he was ever going to be like his brothers and find someone the way they did. Olivia made quite the impression on Roman as she walked down the aisle with her father to meet her groom. Not a single word was spoken, but much was understood between Olivia and Roman at that moment. Overall, this was a very short and very spicy read!

This story jumps right in from-page 1. He sees, h takes , he claims. I did so enjoy Olivia and her evolution into a woman and not some meek passive weakling. Roman gives e her strength by claiming her and vowing to keep her safe, while having her sexual awakening. Spicy off the charts.

He kidnapped her walking down the aisle. I thought it was wonderful. In reading this series, Roman always made fun of his brothers. Now it was his turn. Loved the story line, cried a little of the way her father treated her, but he remedied it for her. Enjoyed the way they "clicked" on their way to their HEA.
