ARC review

If you're into insta-love and OTT bulldozer MMCs, then this book is definitely for you; it has plenty of both and so much more. Also, if you know this author's other college series and really liked it, I think you’re going to enjoy this one too.

It’s not really plot-heavy and feels more like a novella to me; the relationship between Bash (20) and Livy (20) escalated way too fast, and the suspense wrapped up a bit too quickly. If these things don’t bother you or you’re just looking for something to read that doesn’t require much thought, you might want to give this a shot.

Overall, not bad for a quick read, but be sure to check the CW/TW!

Thank you to Smuthood and Ms. Snow for the ARC.

For 10 years, Sebastian Vale has been searching for Livingston Rhodes. When someone makes an anonymous inquiry on the dark web about Livy, Bash picks up and immediately moves to St. Killian University in Ireland.

Obsessing over the years, Bash is in love with his Songbird and it takes very little time for Livy to fall head over heels as well.

There wasn’t a whole lot of depth here and I’m good with that. I really enjoy the next-level obsessiveness that seems pretty standard for a London Snow MMC. I would’ve expected a spice explosion once Bash got his hands on Livy, but the spice was minimal. I still thoroughly enjoyed their story and am looking forward to the next story in this new series.

You can’t imagine how much it actually pains me to give a London Snow’s book such a rating 😭 but something did not work fully for me in this one…

As always, I loved the characters. Livy and Bash were everything, I’m obsessed with the way those MMCs love their love interests. Sebastian didn’t disappoint in those terms for sure, he’s an OTT king we all want and need🤭🤭🤭
I can’t wait to read about the secondary characters too, already intrigued in those couples, waiting patiently for their time to come 🤭

Unfortunately, I felt like the book was a bit rushed. After having started off with a quite boring first 35%, I finally got what I wanted, but it wasn’t THAT satisfying, the plot was moving a bit too fast for me. Their first real interaction was 35% in exactly, previous chapters mostly told (and showed a few times) the stalking ways of Sebastian. I wish it had more showing than telling though. And while I get it that we needed to see him stalking her, I felt like it could be much shorter and more concise. After those 35% we finally got some romance, and it was unfortunately too insta-lovey for my liking. They just straight up started being a couple, and then the romance rushed from here so quickly that it ended up being underwhelming. And such a shame, because I really loved those characters!!!
The suspense part of the book didn’t satisfy me either, it was weakly done, I was surprised to find out that it was actually it, and nothing more was coming after that.

In all honesty, I cannot wait for the next books written by London. She’s one of my favourite authors, I know I can trust her fully with safety, so I will always appreciate her! Such a shame I didn’t fully love this one, but it wasn’t the worst, just a bit rushed in many terms.

Thank you to Samantha from The Smuthood and the author London Snow for sending me this ARC! 🫶🏼

Sad to only give this three stars because I genuinely really like this author’s stuff.

I love all of London’s characters. The men are obsessive and possessive in the best way. The girls are always likable and not annoying. And we get to read multiple dual virgins!!! What’s not to like?

Well….the plot. The plot is what I don’t like. That’s what killed this one for me. It was all over the place. It gave me so much whiplash and I ended up having more questions then when I started the book. It felt rushed and unfinished.

I really didn’t like the name Livingston. I love a good unique name but Livingston for our FMC was not it. Anyway. Her parents were killed when she was younger and Bash basically saved her from finding the same fate. You know what we never find out? Why her parents were killed, who killed her parents and how they were killed. We also have no idea why Bash was even there to save her from being killed. Having none of these answers gave this book major plot holes.

Then we have this thing with Ronan and Miranda who in my eyes seem like villains but that doesn’t even go anywhere? I felt so confused!!!

There was also way too much monologue in the beginning. There was barely any interaction between the characters so it was hard to see their chemistry and when Livy was like “I love him” I was like how when we’ve only seen yall together like twice?!

I’ll definitely read the rest of the series for the characters alone but we’ve got to do something about these messy plot lines and them never feeling resolved.

I do hope for Caidens book. I really hope London writes it and not Havoc because Havoc’s MMCs are questionable and at least with London’s book I can guarantee they will always be safe for me.

No cheating or ow drama. OM drama because he’s possessive and guys flirt with her. No third act break up. Dual virgins. HEA (engaged)

The book wasn't bad, if you want an OTT EXTREMELY insta lust and insta love with no drama, and no real plot then you're enjoy this.

Personally i found myself bored alot, they only started fully interacting on chapter 11/12, so for 35% we just have him repeatedly stalking her, talking about what he wants to do to her, and her knowing she's being stalked and is scared that's literally it.
then last half of the book was very underwhelming, they were a boring couple.

it was OTT insta love and insta Lust and not in a good way, especially on Bash's side, i felt like we never got a chapter from his pov where he didn't talk about her body and wanting to have sex with her, and constantly being hard, he was overly lustful with no real connection.
and no offense to Livy but why was Bash obsessed with her? i felt like it was more trauma bonding than an actual connection.
the only other thing Bash thought about other than fucking Livy, was murdering people.

Safety :
- safe, both virgins.
- no opd

It's engaging. It's nonsensical. It's romantic. It's absurd. It's morally gray.

Only read this book if you love your MMCs:
- Unhinged
- OTT
- Morally Gray
- Murderous
- Loyal to a fault
- Obsessed
- Touch her and die
- They see no other woman but her
- A virgin with sexual energy to spare

And your MFCs:
- Sweet
- Shy
- Quiet
- Loyal
- Love being pampered by their men
- Loves animals
- Virgin

In my next life, I want my significant other to be a London Snow MMC 💅

I didn't like Sebastian's relationship with his twin brother.

For a second I just look at her, then I lower my mouth to hers. The second our lips meet, her hand slides into my hair again and I feel it move all the way down my spine. When I pull back, I rest my forehead against hers. “You realize,” I murmur, voice still rough with sleep, “this is the best sleep I’ve had in my entire life.” Her fingers pause in my hair, and she looks so genuinely content, and that’s really all I want. “Really?” I nod once, and then I drop back down, settling against her chest again like I belong there. “Turns out,” I mumble into her skin, closing my eyes again as her fingers start moving through my hair, “I just needed you.”

🍀Hiding FMC🎀

Bash: I’ve been searching for my songbird for 10 years, I’ve never stopped obsessing, waiting, scouring the Earth for her presence. I lost her once, it won’t happen again. She’s it for me, the only one I’ll ever need.

Livy: I feel a presence always following me, I can never find it, can never put my finger on it. Until him. Sebastian Vale is gorgeous, huge & unhinged & for some reason he wants me. I’ve never been safe since I lost my parents, but there’s something about him that makes me feel like I can trust him.

If you love those OTT, possessive MMCs that are a little (a lot??) insane, then you might like this. (Possible spoilers ahead)

In real life, I’d tell any woman who met a guy like this H- TO RUN FOR YOUR LIFE because he’s nothing but a crazy person wrapped in RED FLAGS 🚩

I really didn’t think this book had a whole lot of plot. The MCs have very little interaction until midway. The smex doesn’t even happen until almost 80%. Boooo
In books like this, I expect the spice to start early. 🙃

Both MCs are virgins. Both have never kissed another person. I did like that and it added an unusual twist. You didn’t have to worry about OW drama with this H. Nope! He’s been down bad for ONLY h since they were 10.

“But I’d know her anywhere, she still has those sea-green eyes that make me feel like I’ve known her before in other lives. I was obsessed with her then too, in every single one of them” ❤️❤️

This book clearly sets up the upcoming couples in this series. The one person who set off my BS meter- the “friend” Miranda (I think that was her name) I’m suss about her.

Well anyway..back to the little plot this book had. h’s parents were ☠️☠️ when she was 10. H was there and he helped her hide. They were separated when the police arrived. h spent years being shuffled around in foster homes and witness protection. H has been looking for her.

H finally got a lead that she was at this “college” in Ireland. He pulled some connections and joined the school. For Weeks??? Months???? H has basically been stalking her. When the book starts, he feels it’s time to finally get with her.

Naturally, there is some anonymous person also stalking her, too. 🙃
For the first 1/3 of the book, you’re in H’s head about how bad he wants h. 😂😂😂 Dude sounded absolutely whacked. (For some strange reason, I kept picturing Mark Walburg in the movie FEAR. I’m sure that movie started my obsession with bad guys 🤪)

About 1/2 in, h was already down with H. It was a weird and sudden transformation. Up until that point, they had very limited contact. h got really sick and he carried her to her dorm room. He ran her a bath. The next day, she’s in love. 🥰

When the spicy stuff starts to happen, masked men and Primal lite tropes are thrown in. I was like….how? These two are virgins. It would have made more sense if they already had smex. Idk it was just bizarre the way it happened.

The stalker reveal and half brother plot seemed too easy. If you spend too much time thinking about the whole motive and plot- it just doesn’t make sense. 🤷‍♀️ It leads me to questioning everything.

Oh well. I still had a good time laughing at the insane things H did. His POV had me 😂😂😂 enough that my husband asked what was so funny. I’m like “ YOU DON’T WANT TO KNOW”

I’m definitely getting the next book in the series.

Insta love, Over the Top MC who is truly fully unhinged in the best way and im here for it.

If you’ve read anything in this author’s world, you already know the vibes are going to be darker, obsessive, and a little "do I like this 🤔" and this book is no exception.

The MMC is FERAL. Like not just obsessed, but completely consumed. This man is giving possessive, touch-her-and-die, I’ve-already-decided-you’re-mine energy from the jump and there is NO turning it off. He’s intense, controlling, and very much living in his own moral code… and I dont hate it.

The FMC, she holds her own in a way that makes the book interesting. She’s not just some damsel, there’s pushback, tension, and moments where you’re like okay wait she might actually match his crazy and I LOVED that.

The relationship is very much push/pull, and not always “healthy” but I mean, I like that in my books 🤷‍♀️ This is not soft romance. This is obsession, tension, and emotional chaos wrapped in a sports setting.

Do I normally read Rugby romances...no....Did I think this was a Hockey Romance when I signed up? Absolutely 😂 But I also liked it so I cant be too mad.

I would be remiss if I did not also bring attention to the spice here.... this is high heat, high tension, and very much leaning into darker dynamics so please check your triggers going in.

Overall this was one of those books where you’re like
“this is a red flag” 🚩…but then immediately keep reading anyway.

I LOVE IT. BASH IS THAT POSSESSIVE AND OBSESSIVE MMC that I LOVE READ ABOUT. A BIG GUY and SCARY but at the same time, he can be cutie and sweetie for his GIRL. MY TYPE. 😳

LIVY is such a sweet FMC. I loved her. The chemistry between Bash and Livy is cute and hot 🔥.

I enjoy the storyline. It was fast-paced and very interesting. The way London Snow writes makes you to know more about everything, especially the side characters. I NEED JUNIPER BOOK AAA. Actually, all the side characters 🤭.

I can’t wait to read more books of this series.

4🌟, 3🌶️

I had so much fun with this one and got pulled in right away.

Livy and Bash completely had me. Bash is that unhinged, obsessive, all-in kind of MMC and I ate it up every single time he showed how deeply he was gone for her. Their dynamic had so much intensity, and I was instantly invested in them and already curious about the side characters too.

My main issue was the pacing. The first chunk felt a bit slow and heavy on telling, especially with the stalking aspect, and then once things finally picked up, everything moved a little too fast. The relationship went from build-up to full-on very quickly, which made the romance feel slightly less satisfying than it could have been. I still loved their connection and the push and pull between them, especially since Livy could actually match his energy, but I just wanted more time to sit in those moments.

Even with that, I still had such a good time. The dark, obsessive vibes, the high tension, the spice, all of it was very much there, and if you like your MMCs a little feral and morally questionable, you’ll enjoy this.

I’m quite excited to see where this series goes next.

Ya know, I should really pay better attention when I read information about books. Because my dumb ass thought this was a hockey romance. Incorrect, it's about rugby. And one very obsessed rugby player who has been searching for his dream girl for ten years.

This one was super cute and engaging. I was able to finish it super quickly because the story dragged me in. Bash is truly a man obsessed, but his devotion is delectable. I was there for it on every page. It didn't come off as too much or cringey, which can happen sometimes. Livy I'm less sure on. I really liked her character, but was also confused how okay she was with everything. With her history, I expected more pushback.

Overall, I think it was a good read and I'd definitely consider continuing the series.

**Special thank you to The Smuthood and London Snow for gifting me a copy of this title. All thoughts and opinions are my own.**

I love London Snow and I've loved all of her characters but I didn't love this one, although I didn't hate it either. It was just okay.

I loved Bash when he made an appearance in previous books, I was quite excited for his book, but I feel like a few things fell a little flat for me and I felt like I was missing something.

Bash and Livy meet when they are kids, but Livy goes into witness protection when she is a kid and Bash spends his life looking for her. Bash's obsession is a key factor here and I love how he looked after her and his devotion when he found her.

We know what happened to Livy but I questioned how Bash helped Livy at that age. How he kept silent and kept her silent? How he knew to keep her silent? We got a bit about her parents and I guess obsessed bio-dad killed her mom and dad but why? Because she left with his kid or was there another reason? Also, if she was in witness protection, wouldn't they have changed her name to make her more difficult to find? I feel as if there were a few too many questions thay went unanswered so I couldn't fully appreciate the characters.

I'd also like to add that Miranda and Ronan are both sus as hell. Like Ronan gave me the ick and I just wanted to tit punch Miranda every time she was on page...

I am curious about the rest of the characters in this series... especially Jeremy 😅 he was a favorite of mine so I can't wait to get my hands on his story. I also hope Caiden is as unhinged as he comes off!

While I couldn't fully love everything in this one, I hope the setup for the next couple will floor me because I truly love her characters.

Thank you to The Smuthood INC. for the ARC. This is my honest, voluntary review.

The weight of obsession is never carried alone

‘Rucking Obsessed’ by London Snow immediately pulls you into a space where intensity isn’t just present, it’s constant. The concept of rucking adds a raw, almost punishing physical layer to the story, mirroring the emotional dynamic that slowly unfolds beneath the surface.

The pacing is steady, but what stands out more is what lingers in between. The connection between the characters is charged, yet something feels just out of reach. Livy accepts Sebastian’s behavior with little hesitation, rarely questioning what unfolds in front of her. Instead of creating tension, this absence of doubt leaves behind a quiet, unsettling feeling. The lines that should feel sharp and undeniable begin to blur… and no one truly stops to acknowledge it.

There is a certain pull in the writing that keeps you moving forward. A sense that something is not entirely right, even if it is never fully confronted. That undercurrent of unease becomes stronger than the connection itself, creating a story that feels more heavy than consuming.

It intrigues. It holds your attention. But it never fully lets you sink into it.

And in the end, it’s not always the weight you choose to carry… but the one you stop questioning.

This book was so good guys! The MMC in this book has been obsessed with the FMC since he was 10. Yes you read that right. 10 years old. After a tragedy happens he loses track of her and will stop at nothing until he finds her. When he finally finds her he moves across the country to attend the same college as her. He is possessive, obsessed and would follow her anywhere. Literally. Sebastian had me cracking up through this book. He just makes me want a book boyfriend versus real life😂. The plot was perfect for me and pacing spot on. I would recommend it to all my dark romance girlies. This was my first London Snow book and I can say it will not be my last

4,5. ✨ | Rucking Obsessed: A Dark-ish College Rugby Romance (Knights of St. Killian #1) by London Snow — ARC Review

I read this in less than 24 hours because it was completely addictive. If you love obsessive, unhinged MMCs who fall first and will literally do anything for the girl they want… this book delivers ALL of that.

The dynamic? Intense, consuming, and honestly a little insane in the best way.

At the beginning, it did feel slightly slow—mostly tension, stolen glances, and him watching her from afar without actually approaching her yet. But once things start unfolding, it pulls you in hard.

And that ending?? I’m not okay. It left me wanting so much more, especially for the next couples in this series.

I already need the rest of their stories (JEREMYYYY 🛐🛐🛐).

Available on Amazon Kindle Unlimited starting March 25, 2026.

Tropes:
• Dark-ish college romance (rugby, Ireland setting)
• Obsessed & unhinged MMC
• Stalker MMC (driven by obsession)
• Dual virgins
• He transfers to her university (in another country) just to be near her
• Yearning / “he needs her” MMC
• Touch her and you disappear energy
• He’s been searching for her for a decade
• He gets a tattoo for her
• Murder mystery subplot (FMC seeking answers about her family)
• Shared traumatic past
• Sweet, guarded, resilient FMC in hiding
• He watches her sleep (without her knowing)

Sebastian and Livingston are each other’s first and only in everything, and you feel that from the very beginning. His obsession with Livy is unhinged, an example of when a red flag is hot in a book but a felony in real life. The dynamic between them is electric. If you love stalker romance, dual virgins, found family, badass FMCs, and touch-her-and-die MMC energy, this book will absolutely be your thing.

thank you so much to London Snow & the smuthood for this arc 🖤

tropes listed for the book:

Stalker MMC(because he's obsessed)
Darkish College Rugby set in Ireland
Obsessed & Unhinged MMC
Dual Virgins
He Transfers to Her University (in Another Country) Just to be Near Her
He Needs Her/Yearning MMC
Look at Her & He'll Make You Disappear
He's Been Searching for Her for a Decade
He Gets a Tattoo for Her
Murder Mystery (She's Determined to Find out Who Unalived Her Family)
Shared Past Traumatic Event
Sweet/Guarded/Resilient FMC in Hiding
He Watches Her Sleep w/o Her Knowing

i honestly had high hopes for this one because the backstory involving the trauma and the obsession factor really interested me, but unfortunately, it just didn't translate well on paper. & it’s being advertised for these tropes and some of them are so minimal that I’m just like, ok.

the pacing was the biggest hurdle for me. the main couple doesn’t even actually interact until about 35% into the book, and then from there, everything felt incredibly rushed. i’m not a fan of insta-love, and this was a prime example of it.. there was no real relationship building, they were just suddenly obsessed with each other without any of the work to back it up. :(
because their connection felt so underdeveloped, any conflict that arose was super short-lived and lacked any real tension.

and for anyone who read it- the ending ruined it for me. I hate a marriage trope. like guys, they interacted 4 times. come on

while im interested in continuing the series as some of the side characters were very interesting to me, this story just lacked the depth I was looking for, and the love story didn’t hook me.

I loved the characters/couple, but thought the background stories (her parents, the stalkers) weren't developed enough or not explained well by the end. There were a couple of errors, throughout, but not really enough to irritate me (and this is a huge pet peeve for me)

I enjoyed the stories concept between the two MCs. I love how Bash (Sebastian) had been looking everywhere for a girl who stole his heart 10 years ago. When they were both just 10 years old.

Bash and Livi (Livingston) share a traumatic past where she saved her life and hid her when they were 10 years old. They both watched her parents get unalived in front of them, and he kept her from the same fate.

He didn't quite understand the pull he had with Livi at that age and the heartbreak and yearning he had for her once she was ripped away from him the same day.

He had searched everywhere for her over the next 10 years with no luck. Always a step behind her. Knowing she's lived a hard life and not being able to protect her.

After pulling in help from contacts he's had, Livi was finally found in a small town in Ireland, going to St. Killian University Bash also finds out that he not the only one looking for her. He packs his bags and is heading to her by the next day.

Bash's connections set him up at the school where he on the rugby team there, which he enjoys playing. He is also living in a house with 2 other guys that work for his connection as well and is on the rugby team. I really think that should have been explained a little better, how they are all at the same school, working for the same guy, all unhinged just to keep their girls safe.

Minus Jeremy who is the hottie in campus girls chase, but he wants no part in it. Jeremy is hilarious. Until he finds his girl and goes crazy like the other 2 guys.

Kalen is the other guy who is obsessed and very possessive over his stepsister, Juniper. To the point he picks out her clothes everyday and insists on buying her everything. They have a dog, Sparkles that all the girls love. Their family is part of the mafia I believe and I really want their story now.

Livi lives in a campus apartment with Juniper and a girl named Miranda. Miranda is the wild girl that is boy crazy. She also has no filter and is saying snippy comments to Juniper about her and Kalen's relationship. I wasn't a fan of hers.

Every time Bash's eyes connected with Livi, it's like they were in their on little world and couldn't look away from each other. Livi described it as like she knows him and his eyes just hold her in.

Bash stalked her everywhere and scared all men from talking to her. She knew he was stalking her, but never felt scared. She felt safe around him which was something she never felt.

Their relationship grow fast once Bash finally steps in to help her start sleeping. Him taking care of her when she had a fever. That while bathroom scene was what started their relationship. Their love story grows fast and I do belive this whole book takes place in like 4 days once he inserts her life from the bathroom scene.

I was confused on a lot of the story. I felt like it needed more information throughout it to make it better. It was a good story and I love how intense Bash was. This book did have darker undertones, and very obsessed and unhinged vibes. I really wish there was more spice in it. It's a slow burn romance.

Actual rating: 3,5 stars!

I think I have read 3 books from this author and I believe I loved 3 of them so much because the MMCs were all unhinged yet so funny. Actually Sebastian, or Bash, was also so unhinged and little bit funny in here. He fixated (in a good way) on Livingston/Livy since he was 10 years old. He was so crazy in love with her since he was that young. Not make sense at all to be honest but everything could happen in fiction world. Livingston was also having the type of insta-love to Bash the moment they met again, though at that time she didn't know anything about Bash. Their love story was actually so good. One of my problems was that there was no details in how they met in the past. How on earth 10 years old Bash met Livy? Until the end of the book, I didn't know how these kids met back then. I wish there were more background story on their pasts.

Another problem I have with the story was the way the author threw up many names with important roles without explaining who they were, how they connected with each other, and why they were the way they were. I partially understand maybe the author wants to explain them in next book(s), but personally I need contexts so I am not confused with the story. I am glad I previously read 3 other books from this author, I could imagine myself so confused if I didn't.

The suspense plot was actually really good. However I felt like it solved in a rush. I thought it would be ended in grand reveal but personally I think it was so anticlimactic and flat. Like hah? That was it? Just like that?

Though I have a feeling that this series just would be the same like the previous one from this author, because I could see the sameness in characters, I hope I am wrong and the next book(s) would surprise me.

Thank you to London Snow and The Smuthood for the ARC.

This dark academy rugby romance absolutely pulled me in with its intensity and edge. Set against the moody backdrop of Ireland, the story blends a gripping murder mystery with a romance that’s equal parts haunting and addictive. The connection between these two—both carrying the weight of a shared traumatic past—runs deep, especially as he’s spent a decade searching for her, ultimately transferring countries just to be near her again. His obsession borders on unhinged (okay, fully crosses that line), with a “look at her and you’re done” kind of energy that makes him wildly compelling on the page.

What really worked for me was the balance—despite the darker themes, the writing had such a sharp, engaging style with moments of humor that made the characters feel real and surprisingly lovable. She’s guarded, resilient, and hiding from the world, while he’s completely consumed by her—yearning, watching, needing her in a way that’s intense but fits perfectly within this world. The dual virgin aspect added a unique vulnerability to their dynamic that softened some of the rougher edges.

Make no mistake—these men are over-the-top possessive and obsessive to the extreme. In real life, they’d be the reddest of red flags. But within this series (and its interconnected world), they somehow become the perfect brand of chaotic, devoted book boyfriends.

A solid 4-star read that delivers angst, obsession, and a story that keeps you hooked until the very end.

Thank you to the author and The Smuthood for the ARC. This review is only my opinion.

Author London Snow has done it again!! Created such an amazing, fast paced, dark college sports romance!! Filled with amazing friends who turn into found family! I absolutely love the over the top protective & obsessive MMCs, and the instant connection between the FMC & MMCs that London creates! There is literally NOTHING like reading one of London's books!!
With that being said let's talk about Rucking Obsessed!! Because ya girl is obsessing over this book!! Like I am in desperate need for the rest of this series!!
Okay so you have Bash who is completely in love and utterly obsessed with his childhood friend Livy. Livy went through something terribly traumatic & he was the one there to save her all those years ago before she was ripped away from him. From that day on, he never stopped looking for Livy.
Livy is convinced that the only way to stay safe from the person coming after her is to keep moving, whilst also searching for answers. Little does she know that searching for those answers may lead two people right to her very location. One who is bound and determined to make her his, and the other determined to end her.
Bash has made it his life's mission & purpose to find, love, and take care of Livy no matter the costs and nobody will get in his way of his girl!
Along the way both Bash and Livy find quirky, cool friends that turn into family that love, support, and have each other's backs!! I cannot wait for the rest of the series to read everyone else's story!!
10 out of 10 WILL READ AGAIN!!

First read of this author and I quite enjoyed this. If you love the trope ‘always been you’ then Bash is the perfect guy 😍 one night 10 years ago and that was it to seal his fate with Livy being the only woman for him - although he’s not afraid to get a little bit shady to be with her…he’s the moray grey you approve of 😅
Since that night Livy has had a ☠️ shadow hovering over her and she’s been afraid of living her life - yet at St Killians she’s finally getting out there! You see her pushing her own boundaries ; and exploring more of the chemistry she feels for her right player 🔥 However it may be drawing more danger to her 😳 there’s a stalker issue with a bit of a twist which was interesting. It does touch on some dark themes but wouldn’t say it’s dark overall. The plot/characters haven’t got an awful lot of depth to them - it felt a surface level story but it was a quick good read! 😃

Arc Read*

This book was SO GOOD!!
It felt a little fast paced at times, and I would have loved to see some more in between chapters, it felt like there was a few jumps in time that definitely could have been something.

The characters were so loveable! He’s an OTT stalker, she’s just an innocent girl followed by her trauma. He WORSHIPS her, loves her for every part of her and she loves how he loves her. He has a “look at her and I’ll unalive you” vibe that I adore!!

Okay let’s talk about the bathtub scene… HELLO PASSION AND INTENSITY. He’s so good to her omg!! The way she opens up for him even as she’s not totally sure, like her body trusted him before her mind did. Magical.

And the library scene? Okay brb gonna go talk my husband into recreating that with me. “Teach me” AGHHH. I love it.

This book for sure played on my feelings at times, leaving me curious, relieved, tense… among other things

I’m hungry for more and I can’t wait to read more of London Snow’s books

This is book number 1 of the Knights of St. Killian series and focuses on Sebastian and Livingston (Livy). Sebastian has spent the last 10 years searching for any and all information about Livingston. He met her once as a child while a traumatic event happened but he immediately knew that she was important to him. When he finally finds out where she is, Sebastian immediately sets a plan in motion to work his way into her life. I absolutely love how incredibly possessive, protective, and loving he is towards Livy. He knew early on that she meant everything to him and never once wavered in his conviction. He is determined to help heal her fractured pieces and give her the love and peace that she has desperately wanted and needed since she was a child. This was a great story and a great start to the series.

I received a free copy of this book via the author and am voluntarily leaving a review.
