After last year’s Christmas of awful, I decide to skip the entire holiday season. An adorable little refuses to let that happen. Merry Christmas to me!
I should’ve known my friend was up to something when he peppered me with questions one night at Chained. What was my favorite color? My favorite chocolate bar? If I could only eat at one restaurant for the rest of my life, what would it be? But, did I question him in return? No. And, one week later, Secret Santa gifts keep showing up everywhere…and I mean everywhere.
Lunch is delivered to my office. A gift bag filled with candy on top of my car. Waiting for me at home? A blown-glass Christmas ornament. There is even a little gift for me the next time I go to Chained.
I’m the daddy. I do the spoiling and yet, somehow, this year, I’m the one being showered with gifts.
It doesn’t take long for me to figure out who it is, Gunnar, the shy and adorable little who works in my building. Now that I have, I’m turning this Secret Santa 360 and am going to show a certain little what spoiling looks like.

I enjoyed this somewhat bittersweet romance...a little heartbreaking on the reasons Vaughn doesn't do the holidays. Gunnar in wanting to put a little happiness back in Vaughn life, does a secret Santa gifting. A little intel went a long way... and Gunnar did just that...brought some happiness and cheer back. The romance was a little predictable but all in all a sweet story of second chance with love. Nice HEA...I recommend if you like holiday romances and second chances.

This is a short, sweet story about Little Gunnar wanting to cheer up a sad man at Christmas time. Gunnar had noticed Vaughn in previous years at the office building where both worked, a man who had always seemed so joyful and happy during the holiday season until a year ago when he wasn’t. Learning the man had lost his partner, Gunnar wanted to be a Secret Santa for him to cheer him up, even though he didn’t really know him. Gunnar had seen the man at Chained, and enlisted a Little friend of his, Hudson, to get him information on things he liked so the Secret Santa project could begin.
After the loss of his Little just before Christmas one year ago, Vaughn avoided anything to do with Christmas, including the office Secret Santa, so imagine his surprise when he started getting daily gifts at his office and on his car, all from a mysterious Santa that no one admitted knowing anything about. Eventually, he figures out who it is and decides to be a Secret Santa to his Secret Santa, wanting to return the favor for cheering him up.
Caught in the elevator together one day, Vaughn and Gunnar get to talking. Gunnar had seen Vaughn at Chained and knew he was a Daddy, while Vaughn had noticed Gunnar also, while in the Little room. This became a jumping off point for them to begin dating and leading to their forever Daddy/Little partnership, all centered around the Christmas season.
Gunnar was so sweet, wanting to cheer up a man he didn’t even know, and Vaughn was able to reclaim his love of the season because of Gunnar and his caring gesture. Loved the cookie making session and the Little tree decorating event. Both were so special, and definitely parts of the season.
Della’s books always entertain and engage with lovable, relatable, realistic characters and a tale to make the reader smile and get that little catch in your heart. They are definitely a go to read whenever a new one comes out. A great way to spend an hour or two.

This is such a sweet and fun holiday novella. I really loved this book. This is the story of Vaughn and Gunnar. Vaughn is a daddy and is still grieving the loss of his little at Christmas time. He has his friends but he is existing and not really living. Gunnar is a little who knows the story behind Vaughn's loss. A positive ray of sunshine, Gunnar decides that this year he will try and bring happiness to Vaughn, a man he has never actually met. At a loss as to how to actually do this, he follows the advice of his best friend Hudson. He will become Vaughn's Secret Santa. Now he needs gift suggestions. Bridger and Hudson along with his other little friends all work together to gather info about Vaughn. The gifts are just small items. Something to make Vaughn smile, not obligated. The treats begin to crack through the walls that Vaughn has built. It is then that he starts to try and figure out who his Secret Santa really is. When Vaughn realizes that it is the cute little he saw at Chained and that he works in the same building as him; Vaughn takes action. It is a daddy's job to look after a little and that is exactly what Vaughn is going to do. Before Gunnar knows what is happening, he too has a Secret Santa. This is their story. The book is very well written and easy to read. A holiday spirit filled story that will put a smile on your face.

Vaughn plans to skip Christmas after a terrible holiday the year before, but someone has other ideas. Secret Santa gifts start appearing everywhere — at his office, on his car, even at home — each one thoughtful enough to break through his holiday avoidance. It doesn’t take long for Vaughn to realize the gift‑giver is Gunnar, the shy little who works in his building. Once he figures it out, Vaughn decides to turn the tables and show Gunnar exactly what it means to be spoiled by a devoted daddy.
This novella is pure holiday sweetness, and it all begins with Gunnar’s quiet, heartfelt kindness. After Vaughn’s terrible Christmas the year before, he’s determined to ignore the season entirely — until Gunnar starts leaving thoughtful Secret Santa gifts that slowly pull him back into the warmth he thought he’d lost. What makes the story so charming is how those small gestures grow into something deeper. Gunnar’s sweetness and care open a door Vaughn didn’t realise he needed, and watching Vaughn soften, smile, and finally let himself be cherished is incredibly satisfying. A tender, festive romance about healing, generosity, and the unexpected joy that comes when someone decides you deserve a little Christmas magic. This was an MM story with mature content and a BDSM-like DDLB dynamic.
'Features a daddy who has sworn off the holiday season, the little determined to bring his Christmas spirit back, the besties who meddle in the best of ways, an unexpected Secret Santa, adorable onesies, found family, a sparkly binky, stuffies galore, cookies, tree decorating, a little holiday party, the magic of Christmas, a guaranteed happy ever after, and the best gift of all…true love.'
The characters drove the storyline and they were so very appealing and likeable and perfectly steamy together. Plot was intriguing and well paced. World building was excellent and solidly drawn. Thoroughly enjoyed and highly recommend!

I loved the concept and storyline of this book. Vaughn had struggled since loosing his Braun and Gunner simply wanted to give him back some of the joy of the season. This story reminds us what the spirit of Christmas is really all about. Of course there's some steamy Daddy/little fun mixed in (can you blame them?), but I felt the overall message was joy, acceptance and love. I'm never disappointed with this series. Way to go!!.

I thoroughly enjoyed reading this story about Vaughn, who lost his little just before Christmas two years ago, and has been struggling ever since, then alone comes Bridger, who is a Little with no daddy. He makes it his mission to brighten Vaughan‘s Christmas by being his secret Santa. I really loved how this relationship grew and eventually they developed stronger feelings for each other and go onto live there happily ever after as daddy and little boy.

This is a Great Story to Read!! Vaughn is not into Christmas because he lost his boy right before Christmas and this is the second Christmas without him. Gunnar does not like seeing Vaughn sad so he decides to be Vaughn's Secret Santa but needs help. At Chained there is a fundraiser and Gunnar gets a list of Vaughn's favorite things that he likes. Gunner then finds different ways to deliver then to Vaughn. What will Vaughn do when he figures out who his secret Santa is???.

Vaughn used to love the Christmas season, that is until he lost his partner, Bron, because of a negligent driver. After that, he wanted nothing to do with Christmas. Gunner had noticed him years before, how happy and full of life he was. And then, all of a sudden, it was gone. He later found out about the loss of Bron. He came up with a plan to try and bring the light back to his eyes by giving him Secret Santa gifts. What started out as an act of kindness turned into an unexpected love.

Vaughn is heartbroken and has sworn off Christmas. It hurts too much to be reminded of his sweet boy who loved it and is now gone. Gunnar is another sweet boy who's been crushing on Vaughn for a while now. Vaughn's friend gets the intel for Gunner to his Secret Santa. This was sweet, cute, filled with hilarious moments and the power of redeeming love.
It’s a fun read when Gunnar decides to play Secret Santa to help cheer up Vaughn during the Christmas season. You just never know when or where secret gifts will appear but it is having a positive impression on Vaughn. It was great to see Bridger and Hudson make appearances in the story. I enjoyed the story mainly because it is light hearted and packed with unexpected emotions. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and are voluntarily leaving a review.
This was just the sweetest story! I loved the secret Santa! Gunnar was so adorable and I absolutely loved his attitude! He was just what Vaughn needed! My heart went out to Vaughn and I’m so happy he got Gunnar. These two are just the sweetest and they really warmed my heart! A very enjoyable story with some other lovable characters!.

This was another very sweet, very cute DDlb novella from this writing team.
I really enjoyed this Christmas twist of a Little wanting to care for a Daddy. The jump from strangers to dating was a bit jarring for me but the overall the story was lovely. A nice, low-angst quick read. And I love any story that includes play dates!!

Cute. Vaughn, is a Daddy whose little died 2 years previously. He is working on moving beyond his grief, but it's hard. Gunnar, is a Little with no Daddy and empathetic to Vaughn. He tries to uplift his spirits and ends up in a friendship and a little more. Delightful characters, victorious story, nice cover art! Well done! Since Vaugh's partner died two years ago, Christmas is a sad time for him. He doesn't celebrate it; he tries to forget it until a Secret Santa starts sending him presents. Gunnar didn't know Vaugh, but he would see him and his partner and how happy they were. When his partner died, he looked so sad and he just wanted him to be happy again, so he became his Secret Santa. I really enjoyed this
This was absolutely beautiful. Truly showed the depths and stages of both grief and new love. So many tears were shed for what was lost and what was found. That ending was perfect.
This was a super sweet Christmas story. I loved that Gunnar just wanted to lift Vaughn's spirit during the holiday. He had no idea that being his Secret Santa would lead to Vaughn being his forever Daddy.

I absolutely loved this story. This was such a wonderful and heartwarming story. There were a few sensitive topics and I just loved how they were handled. The peek at some favorite characters was nice too.
I enjoyed this secret santa holiday story and watching how Gunnar helped Vaughn find his holiday spirit again a sweet Daddy/little story that would make a good hallmark romance movie.
I loved Gunnar and Vaughn’s book. It’s a sweet, secret Santa, romance with a grieving Daddy and an adorable little who wants to put a smile on his face
Vaughn and Gunnar were sweet and perfect together. Vaughn has hated Christmastime after losing his little but Gunner decides that he deserves some joy and decides to leave him gifts. These two are almost too sweet! I loved the depth of connection and acceptance that these two had. This was a really good book and I can't wait to see what these two authors have in store for us next.

Vaughn had lost his little at Christmastime and Gunnar wanted to make this time of year special for the man he’d seen that worked in his building. Becoming his secret Santa would be the best choice he’d ever made.
They were perfect together and there was so much fun and cute dates and stuffies.
