Salve lettrici.
I love the continued hot erotic love story of Clay and Julia and I can’t believe how much and what they continue to experiment in their sexual life. These row were made for each other in every way. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
I was going through reads from this year and I just realized that I had not posted a review or rated for this novella right after I first read this last October or November.
Nevertheless, this was a very short read but still a trademark Julia-and-Clay sweet. We also get to meet their four-legged furry friend, Ace. So Clay! Loved that this was the first time they actually decided to finally have a baby. (Fast forward to Plus One!)
Julia and Clay have been married for nearly two years at this point. Not long ago, they adopted a now 10 month old rescue collie, Ace. Clay is so close to the dog that the dog now comes on family vacations with them when they can make it happen. This book takes place in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, where they rented a cabin and opens with them snow shoeing down Emerald Mountain with Ace's "black and white body looking like some kind of snow dolphin as he bounded through the banks of snow." Unbeknownst to each other, both Julia and Clay have been thinking about making their family a little bigger. This novella revolves chiefly around their desire to have a baby and making the decision to do so. It's a super quick read with a HEA ending.
📖 Ace, Whisky and a Hot Tub (Novella) A lighthearted and flirty escape with Julia and Clay, this novella shows them at play rather than in crisis. It’s sexy, fun, and feels like bonus content for fans who love seeing their favorite couple cut loose. Spice level 🌶️🌶️🌶️ (playful steam). The tone is romantic, cheeky, and light. Ends on a purely happy note.
I Love Lauren Blakely and this series is my favourite of hers. I Was starting to Miss Julia and Clay and the Author has written this noovella which brings my favourite couple back. I Was so happy while reading this book.
It's a wonderful for all the fans of Julia and Clay and for others too. Grab it now <3
This is a great series. You will love Clay and Julia. As we all know, Julia is feisty and Clay is a total alpha male. With each story we get, I fall in love with Clay and Julia just a little more. This is a quick read, that you will not regret one-clicking. As this series continues, I look forward to seeing a little more of these characters.
This novella tells us a moment after the ending of One More Night, we get to see the start of a happy event soon to happen in the future. It's 18 pages but it's enough for us Clay and Julia fans. We get to meet a new family member they adopted dog Ace.
I LOVED this!! Two years later and Clay and Julia are as in love as ever. Marriage definitely hasn't slowed them down. It was 18 pages on my Kindle, but those pages were amazing!! And how cute was their relationship with Ace?? I'm glad the author gave us more in the HEA department because this is one of my favourite couples.
Pretty cute read. I think it would have been better if I had already read Seductive nights or knew some of Julia and Clay's history. I didn't so even thought it was probably a 3 star read for me I will give it 4 stars since I do not feel that it was the author's fault I did not know the characters.
Love the characters and storyline, but the story is much too short. Very similar to the authors other works. I just wish these were available in one book or download all at once.
Too short! A sweet story but I wanted more from my favourite couple. Sad that it took less than an hour to read ( that's why I only gave it four stars) but enjoyed the book regardless.
