Jonathan Maberry's ROT & RUIN series are some of the very best zombie fiction books you will ever read.

If you haven't yet read these books, I cannot emphasize enough that you MUST READ them.

Pacing, character development, world building, plot twists, and more are all top-notch.

There is only one appropriate rating for this series, and that is 5 out of 5 Stars. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

no slander will be tolerated on this. literally the only author and book series who, in my opinion, did the zombie apocalypse genre justice. cried at the end of book 2 for obvious reasons. read this years ago but am only just now getting around to writing a review on it—benny’s character development after book 2 was stunning. hated nix, too bad she didn’t die. i miss tom. either way the book series (and the webtoon) was so good pls read this your life will be changed.
