The authors explain in detail how to start and how not to lose the main message in letters and presentations. They explain the importance of listening and dialogue in conversation, give advice on what methods to generate ideas and point out the main mistakes when choosing a style of communication.

The rest are dry examples and common stories.

It provides a structure for business communication. Post reading, it will leave a person with enough tips and concrete tenets. I strongly believe this book would help me communicate better.

Although this was a textbook for one of my courses. I greatly enjoyed the information to become a better communicator in my professional and personal life.

Concise yet comprehensive. Some great examples used to illustrate points. Not necessarily fun enough to recommend to a friend.
