I have read Jesse's Girl by Alison Foster and Perfectly Equipped by Lacey Silks.

JESSE'S GIRL BY ALISON FOSTER:

Jesse is an artist and has no problem finding women. He is leaving to study in Paris, his dream come true. Emma is his best friend and a virgin; she wants Jesse to take her virginity. Not wanting to lose his best friend, he refuses. There is one little problem, Emma is in love with Jesse and maybe Jesse feels the same? But, can he pass on his chance to go to Paris? Can he risk his friendship with Emma and the chance of losing her? How do you cross the line from best friends to sex or even love? Will Jesse do it?

You make sacrifices for the one you love, let them spread their wings. Taking the risk of trying for something more than friendship is worth the risk of losing the friendship. Because if you don’t you might lose the love of your life.

This is the prequel to Jesse and Emma’s story. I cannot wait to read their whole story in Everlasting Ruin. I love reading Alison Foster’s stories; her characters are complex, but with a good heart. She unravels them throughout the story and captures me every time.

Emma: “You jerk; I just want you to take my virginity. It’s just a favor. I need to get it over with so maybe; just maybe, I can move on and find someone who wants to be monogamous.”

Jesse: “Okay, here’s the real reason I won’t do it,” he says with a teasing grin. “Because, and this is the big reason why, if I do it, you’ll want me to do it again and again.”

Emma: “No matter what the petty part of me whispers, I can’t do this to him. I can’t spill guilt into his happiness to keep him where he doesn’t want to be anymore. He would never do that to me. Jesse yearns for a new life. One that doesn’t include me. So be it”

Jesse: “There was this single moment when she decided to put my happiness first that broke the dam of resistance inside me and brought me to my knees. There’s no more fighting left in me.”

PERFECTLY EQUIPPED BY LACEY SILKS:

My first Lacey Silks book was My First, My Last. I loved it because it’s a story of second chances and the couple was mature. Now with Perfectly Equipped, she has done it again. April is a widow and her friend Millie takes her on a vacation to a nudist resort for some fun. Once there she meets Sean: “There it was, no more than a foot away, hanging between his parted legs - a c*ck the size of which I’d never seen before.” Sean’s words to April: “Your behind is getting red. I gather it’s a tanning virgin.” They are in their 30’s and they each have a kid. There is chemistry and April decides to go for it, which is not her norm. I enjoyed the connection between April and Sean. Millie is free spirit and funny; the opposite of April. Their vacation is cut short when the volcano becomes active; Sean and April are separated during the evacuation.

We will have to wait until Perfectly Seduced releases in September to find out if Sean and April will find each other again. Will their chemistry be the same off the island? Is there more for them?

I've had the pleasure of reading two stories so far in this box set, both provided to me in advance by the authors. These are my thoughts .....

Unshakable (Wayward Fighters #4) by J C Valentine 5 Beautifully wrapped up STARS

I'm sure you've read the blur (This is the epilogue to the Wayward Fighters series. Readers, this is the closure you've been waiting for!), so yeah ... not a standalone LOL But what a way to wrap things up! *clap clap clap clap*

This sweet, heart-warming short story is written in true epilogue form. It's a window into the entire Wayward Fighters family ... Jamie, Ally, Spencer and Olivia. But it also gives one more beautiful thing ... and insight into Don Freyer, the hard as nails trainer for the fighters and what one would call the patriarch of the family. You see, these guys weren't just friends ... they were family!

This was an absolute joy to read. I loved every word of it. It was touching and loving and heart-warming! It's an absolute MUST READ for anyone who has read this series!

ARC provided by J C Valentine in exchange for an honest review.

Always Enough (River Bend) by Molly McLain 4 Always & Forever STARS

This story is also NOT a standalone. It is also an epilogue of sorts for two beautiful people of River Bend, Nebraska. It's quick and it's sexy. JUST like Nicole and Tony have always been :) There's a lot of humor and surprises in this little story, so you'll find you will devour it really quickly because you'll want to know what other treats/tricks (lol) are in store, but most of all, it's filled with trust and love :)

#MYPEOPLE .... a must read for all River Bend fans :)

ARC provided by Molly McLain in exchange for an honest review.

So far I have only read Unshakable by JC Valentine. I received a copy of it as an ARC. It was amazing. Honestly this book series is a steal if you only choose to read her book. Get your copy today!! You want to miss this amazing deal!!

Here is my review for Unshakable by JC Valentine: "WOW! Anything by JC Valentine is ALWAYS amazing! She has done it again with this Novella addition to the Wayward Series.

This is book #4 in the series and should be read after all the other books. Although it is a nice story, and might could hold it's own as a stand alone, I really feel that it would leave you aching for more and to be honest you will be missing out on the rest of the wonderful series!

Although short you get a lot of bang for your buck! In this story you get to learn more about the grumpy old man, Don, while also enjoying a little follow up on Jami and Ali. I was very happy with the story and felt that it give the series a good ending (although I am not sure if it will be the end or not, but if it does, I would totally we satisfied with the closure it offers.)

I highly recommend this book and all the books in the wayward series! If you love hot MMA men, shady friends, loyal lovers, and friends who are more like family.. then this series if for you!! Order TapOut (book #1), KnockOut (Book #2), Undefeated (Book #3) and Unshakable (Book #4) today!"

The Things I Never Said by Jo Raven
Micah and Evangeline were scorching hot in Micah. Now that it has been 2 months, Micah's demons are starting to creep in leaving him sullen. Evangeline sees the darkness descending and refuses to let their love be sabotaged by Micah's past along with his fears and doubts. This is sexy short read that will leave you cheering for Micah and Ev and wanting more!

Jesse's Girl by Alison Foster
It seems like Jesse and Emma have been friends forever but a promise made years ago has the potential to rock their world and change their relationship in ways they have only fantasized about. Whew! this is a hot little page turner, they are so potent together they can singe your eyes. Who wouldn't want Jesse to take their virginity? I highly recommend and cannot wait to read more about Jesse and Emma.

So far I've only read two stories from this anthology and both were wonderful. I have preordered the set but ARCs were provided for the two stories I've reviewed below.

Always Enough by Molly McClain - 5 stars
This is a short, hot story about two characters, Tony and Nicole, from her book Can't Get Enough. I actually think this stands quite well on its own so don't worry if you haven't read Can't Get Enough yet (but you should read it because it's great). Nicole is worried that she and Tony have jumped into their relationship too fast and she's afraid he's going to regret it and/or get tired of her. Nothing could be farther from the truth than that as you will find out when you read this great story.

Kidnapped by Blair Babylon - 5 stars
If you've read Blair's Billionaire's in Disguise: Rae you won't want to miss this epilogue. It's a fantastic short story with beloved characters, Rae and Wulf. But be warned, you might want to strangle Blair after you read this one. She is one of the masters of a great cliffhanger. I used to hate books with cliffhangers until I started reading her books. I can't honestly say that I *like* cliffhangers but her writing makes them worth the wait. If you haven't read BID: Rae yet, what are you waiting for?

7/17/15 I've now finished reading another story for which I also received an ARC.

Like Home by Mira Bailee – 4 stars
This was a great follow-up story to the Devon Stone series. I actually think you will enjoy this one even if you haven’t read the series first. Olivia is going home for the first time in years and Devon is going with her. They are attending the wedding of Olivia’s bestie from high school. The trip home brings back memories and some unexpected bad vibes from her bestie’s sister and Olivia is perplexed at the animosity. There’s also an appearance by Olivia’s old boyfriend that creates some interesting scenes in the story. I enjoyed this look at what’s going on with Olivia and Devon after The Lust List – Devon Stone ended.

“First-Class Scoundrel” is First-Class Fun and “Take It Easy” Brings Lots of Laughter and Playfulness to Camping in the Woods!

What a fantastic collection of 22 short stories and novellas…just perfect for a quick summer read. I always like to read novellas when times are busy in life, and this collection of hot, passionate stories is perfect for those hot summer nights when you want a complete story in one sitting! I highly recommend this anthology!

First-Class Scoundrel

I think Liv Morris writes with such sophistication. Add in a touch naughtiness and flirty fun and you get a sweet, passionate and entertaining standalone romance in this novella! Mallory Monroe has been jilted by her fiancé, and to get her mind off things, she takes relaxing trip to St. Croix. What begins on a plane with David Lawson in a jolt of lust leads to a mistaken situation, a little unintended naughtiness and a passionate night neither forget. This was a very satisfying, quick read that is a lovely, complete story. Liv does a great job wrapping up the novella in a unique way that I highly enjoyed. I was having so much fun that I could have continued to read more on Mallory and David. Also, the location is perfect for the summer. I wanted to lounge on the beach with my margarita watching this love story unfold.

Take It Easy

Daisy Prescott knows how to write humor and the male POV. I have highly enjoyed all of her stories in her modern love series. In Take It Easy, she takes two established couples from those novels, Tom and Hailey and John and Diane, on one of the most unforgettable camping trips I’ve ever experienced. This story is told in the male POV, and I was smiling and laughing the entire time. A little harmless prank turns the tables on the men and what ensues has me still laughing! This little standalone rom-com is charming, sweet and just what you need to put you in a smiling mood.

This review is for Pandora’s Box by Sarah M Cradit

Jasper Broussard, eccentric member of the Deschanel clan, first met Esther Prejean, of Prejean Textiles, at the Brother Martin school library. They share a common interest in the occult and the attraction between them is immediate. Their developing relationship is frowned upon by Esther’s father, who believes Jasper an unworthy suitor for his daughter. They manage to continue meeting until Esther, or Pandora as she prefers to be called, turns eighteen.

Believing they’d discovered a patron in Paris who offered to sell them several artefacts, enough to kick start their ambition to open an occult museum, they made plans to spend a week in the city.

"Jasper cared not about the angry father awaiting them back in New Orleans. He would move the heavens for Esther Prejean. Would cross through Dante’s seven circles of hell to find her. He’d not once, not ever, met someone who embraced his unconventional eccentricities and his strange, twisted heart. Someone he could appreciate in equal measure."

When complicated circumstances conspire to shatter their plans and separate them, Pandora has to make a desperate decision and hope it’s the right one.

I love these bonus stories, the little peeks into the pasts of members of the extended Dechanel family from The House of Crimson and Clover series. Jasper and Pandora are particularly intriguing with their unconventional lifestyle and choices.

I received an ARC in return for an honest review. This does not affect my opinions or the content of my review.

I was kindly given arcs of Perfectly Equipped by Lacey Silks and Unshakeable by J C Valentine in return for honest reviews. Wow what a read they both were, Perfectly Equipped is a short sexy awesome read that will definitely get you hot under the collar whilst you are reading. April is recently widowed and needs a change of scene so is dragged on a holiday with her best friend, but April is in for the shock of her life when she finds out it is a nudist resort. She bumps into a hot man named Sean that gets her blood pumping and her lustful thoughts driving her wild. Is April in store for a hot encounter more than she could ever have imagined, and never forget.

Unshakable by J C Valentine follows the Knockout series about Jami, Ally and Don. If you are fans of the series you will love this short story.Things are picking up for everyone in the Knockout Gym, Jami is recovering ok with his hands and him and Ally are shortly expecting their first baby. Don is feeling a little lost, he sees Jami as a son and wants the best for his future so offers Jami a deal that he shouldn't refuse. But his health throws a curveball. Jami not only has Don to deal with but he has a pregnant wife that he has to put first. How will Jami cope and what does the future hold for them all. Unshakeable is a brilliant follow on to the rest of the series and gives us a little follow on to what is happening to everyone in their lives. A lovely catch up and brilliant read as always.

This review is for author Liv Morris' novella, First Class Scoundrel. 5 Stars. Contemporary Romance. Island Setting - St. Croix, USVI.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------

First Class Scoundrel by Liv Morris was extremely well-written, funny, fabulous and St.Croix-Sexy!!

I'm not often a fan of novellas, given I feel that 90% of the time the format is too short to fit a fully fleshed out story. However, author Liv Morris surprised and delighted me with First Class Scoundrel and the characters found therein. Even the secondary characters added depth and texture. And, you can tell that Ms. Morris knows the St. Croix locale well. It was the PERFECT setting!!

The writing was seasoned and mature, leaving me surprised that this author has never been traditionally published. I see very good things for her future! The pacing was fast and fun, and just right for this little gem.

If what you're looking for is a light, breezy, sexy and totally tasty caribbean-cocktail of a story, you've found it in First Class Scoundrel! It's more than worth the 99 cents alone!!

" Unshakeable" by J.C. Valentine,

I was fortunate to receive an arc copy of this novella for an honest review and happy to say it was wonderful.
This novella is part of Ms. Valentine's " Wayward Fighter Series" , a glimpse into the characters lives a few months later; Ms Valentine updates us on out favorite characters, Jamie, Ally , Spencer and Olivia and the ever gruff and hard to get along with trainer , Don.
Though this is a wonderful epilogue to the series, it can be read as a stand alone the story revolves around Don and some health issues he is experiencing and how this group of friends , well really they are all more like family . So they rally around him when he becomes suddenly seriously ill. Best of all for series followers we have the bonus of the delivery of Jamie and Ally's long awaited baby; and I am not telling!
Be warned though, if this is the first you read of the Wayward Fighters ; you will be hooked and want to go back and read the rest of the series!

Looking forward to reading the remaining stories in The Red Hot Candy Box set!

ALways Enough by Molly McLain

I received a free copy in exchange for an honest review.

Always Enough was the epilogue to Tony and Nicole's story from Can't Get Enough. And it was an amazing epilogue. How the author managed to incorporate Tony and Nic's happiness, their love, their troubles and Nic's insecurities in just the bare minimum pages surprises me. This short story once again reinforced why I loved Tony in the first place. He was such an amazing guy even in this short story.

It's been 7 months since Tony and Nicole started living together. With their unpredictable jobs and taking care of Brianna, they don't have much time for each other. Tony decides to surprise Nicole and take her on a 4 day Hawaii trip. It was so fun to read how Tony pulled off his surprises. That guy never manages to surprise me.

Thank you Molly McLain for this wonderful story and a copy of the book.

I was given an ARC of both FIRST CLASS SCOUNDREL, by LIV MORRIS and TAKE IT EASY, by Daisy Prescott, for an honest review.

FIRST CLASS SCOUNDREL
Loved this novella, in true fashion, of what I love about Liv Morris, FCS has a nice pace, great sense of humor, good story with a lot of sexy. This makes it perfect for this collection, the kind that you read in a hot summer night, that leaves you with a smile in your face.

TAKE IT EASY
Love the world Daisy Prescott has created. Take It Easy can be read as a standalone, but you'll enjoy it more if you have read her other stories, Ready to Fall and Confessions of a Reformed Tomcat. They are the kind of characters you fall in love with, and want to be friends with. Loved taking a peek into their lives again.

I'm looking forward to read all 22 titles, this collection is perfect for summer. Both of these stories are great, I'm sure the other 20 will be too.

TAKE IT EASY BY DAISY PRESCOTT

What a great novella about two of my favorite couples Daisy Prescott has given us: John and Diane from Ready to Fall and Tom and Hailey from Confessions of a Tom Cat.

The foursome embark on a camping trip and let's just say they have more than the usual smores-filled night. With the delightful dry humor the author is known for, our two wingmen in John and Tom, find themselves a bit of trouble after making a foolish bet with their better halves.

To say I thoroughly enjoyed this adventure is an understatement. I laughed right alongside our couples and had a great big grin on my face. I can only hope this isn't the last we hear from them and I will most certainly welcome more in the future.

A solid 4 stars.

Looking forward to reading more from this collection!

Pandora's Box by Sarah M. Cradit

In reading The House of Crimson and Clover series, Jasper Broussard, of the Deschanel family, has been mentioned many times, but only in a minor character capacity for the most part. This short story allows the reader to become more acquainted with Jasper's backstory and his romance with Pandora, his wife, and it was an utterly charming tale. These two seem fated to be together, but have to overcome some obstacles to get to their happily ever after.

This is easily a stand alone and prior knowledge of The Crimson and Clover Series isn't necessary, but to me, it enhances this brief glimpse into the lives of Jasper and Pandora and their heart-warming romance. I'd enjoy reading more about these characters.

I received a digital ARC from the author in exchange for an honest review.

This is another great anthology. I love anthologies as it me up to discovering some new authors as well as reading old favourites.
I love how some of the short stories are novellas for series that I would love to go out an purchase so I can read them all.

The Things I Never Said by Jo Raven, Perfectly Equipped by Lacey Silks and Unshakable by J.C Valentine are my favourites out of this, though I loved all the short stories in this collection. You think that with a collection like this that the stories will all be the same but that couldnt be father form the truth - each is different in it own right which I think is why I loved the set so much.

I've only read Daisy Prescott's "Take it Easy" in this boxed set, but it was such a fantastic, humorous novella. I was excited to see that this was a future look-in at both John and Diane as well as Tom and Hailey, but I do admit, I was extra excited that it was all from Tom's POV. His mind is one I could live inside on a weekly basis just to make me laugh. This is the perfect story to read when you need a little escape and pick me up and are short on time!

I received an ARC in exchange for honest review. I absolutely loved the short story "Always Enough" by Molly McLain. It was a great sneak peek back in to check on River Bend. It shows how life can get in the way of love and relationships and balance is needed. It shows how strong the love is between Tony and Nicole.

I was given a copy of Unshakeable for an honest review.

This was such a great quick read. I love the characters from the Tapout series. This picks up a little after the last book. I thoroughly enjoyed this story. Don had decided he needs to leave Jami and Ally alone to become a family. Needless to say he realizes that he is a needed part of that family. J. C. Valentine has done it once again.

The Things I never Said by Jo Raven- Epilogue to Damage Control Evangeline is enjoying her summer with Micah. Micah is in love with Eva, but she doesn't know the real man behind him. He just knows she is going to turn her back on him if she ever finds out. Great story, loved the series.

Perfectly Equipped by Lacey Silks- Millie talks April into taking a vacation. Maybe she skipped the part about it being a nudist resort, but she knew April would never agree to go. April feels so out of her comfort zone. Being a single parent hasn't left much room in her life for having fun. But she never expected to meet a man at the resort. Sean was all a women would want in a man. A single father and sexy as hell. But when a volcano erupts and they end up separated. She doesn't know enough about him to find him again. Loved the story, looking forward to reading the next book.

Kidnapped by Blair Babylon- Epilogue to Billionaire in Disguise, I loved this series, enjoyed the characters. Wulf can't wait 3 more days before the religious ceremony to marry Rae. They are already married but to his father the Prince he needs to have the ceremony. When they are getting ready to leave Rea is missing. Wulf will do anything to get her back.

A Fan-Tab-Ulous Night by Olivia Rigal- Tab is going to be a submissive tonight, Master S has someone for her to meet. Ryan is only looking for one night, when Master S tells him he has the perfect women for him, Ryan can't believe just how perfect she was. And like him she is only looking for one night. Can there be more when he returns. Enjoyed the story, hope there is more to it.

Take it Easy by Daisy Prescott- John and Diane take a camping trip with friends Tom and Hailey. Sending Diane out snipe hunting, Tom thinks he would be funny to sneak up on the girls naked. No one was expecting to see a park ranger.

Cure story, I loved the full books with these characters. It was fun to revisit with them.

Before Flesh by Sky Corgan- Lucian can't get over the death of his wife and child. Convinced he needed to let go of control to heal and to get his head on straight. Being a submissive isn't doing it. The pain from the Mistress doesn't make it go away like he was told it will. He needs to be the one in control. He needs to be the Dom.

We got Amy's story in Flesh. now we are getting Lucians side of things. How he became what he is. What the need to control is from. I have to admit it makes you feel differently about Lucian. To many times I found myself hating him in Flesh. Now I can see what he was going through and how he ended up meeting Amy.

Hot Hotel- Scorched Into Submission by Daizie Draper- Divine is so ready for some aduly fun. Being a single mother of twins has really dampened her social life. She wants to be spanked. Meeting a man on-line she has agreed to met. When he doesn't show up she feels so let down. While she waits she realizes there is a BDSM convention going on at the hotel. Maybe she can get what she wants after all. When she meets Bryce and he offers her a night to remember, she just might take him up on his offer.

Great story. Enjoyed the smoking hot sex scene.

Pandora's Box by Sarah M Cradit- Jasper can't wait to spend his life with Esther. Both nerds, neither was really drawn to others in their school. Both from rich families. They plan to escape to France when school is done and live happily ever after. When Esther disappears Jasper doesn't know what to think. Esther finds herself pregnant with some very unhappy fathers, when he feels she must escape to prevent Jasper from finding out and not allow his father to disown him, she runs. Esther keeps writing letters to Jasper that she saves in a box.

Sweet romantic story. Loved Jasper and Esther. You find yourself cheering for them to come out on top.

Braving Love by SJ Mayer- Luke had been injured in a stunt gone wrong. Two years later his friends and fellow stuntmen are trying to get him back in the game. Being scarred has made him leery of trusting himself or others. Soleil a make up artist has had a crush on Luke for years. When she steps up to defend him from an ex, she ends up losing her job. Soleil doesn't see the scars, she only sees the man behind them.

Loved the story, Soleil has her own secret and she knew how Luke felt. Luke found himself attracted to Soleil but never thought he would have a chance with some like her. Can they overcome what they think people will see when they look at them.

Received an arc of ALWAYS ENOUGH by Molly McLain in exchange for an honest review.

When I first was introduced to the River Bend series, it was with the novella CAN'T HOLD BACK. I was less than thrilled.

Don't get me wrong, I really loved Molly's writing, but the characters and Maddie's ways of trying to get her hubby to notice her and do more in the bedroom, I was not a fan of. So when I ended up with a copy of CAN'T GET ENOUGH and learned that that book was part of the previous' series, I was taken aback -- because I absolutely loved Tony and Nicole. Granted, I was in an unintentional daddy-falls-for-nanny theme, but I just loved Tony and Nicole. Because of their story, I truly became a fan of Molly McLain's.

When Molly mentioned she was making a short story to revisit my favorite River Bend couple, I was all over it -- and Molly did not steer me wrong.

Nicole and Tony fell into a really easy relationship. She loved his daughter, loved him, fit in... they worked well. Toward the end of their book, Nicole started a third-shift nursing position, and she's still there. She and Tony have fallen into the easy rhythm of them hardly spending time together, passing one another on their way in and out the door. They are looking to go on a quick weekend getaway -- but it seems like the odds are against them.

Tony... Tony Tony Tony. I love that man. He's a great father and a great significant other. He works hard to keep Nicole happy and would do anything for her. When she starts voicing concerns, though, he starts to fear that maybe he's not enough for her.

This is a super, super quick read but definitely one for the Tony and Nicole (and little Bri!) fan. I have to say, I STILL WANT MORE OF THEM! But this little piece certainly will keep the fan happy.

DUDE: Book 1: Cal by Gillian Cherry ~ Skylar is heading to her Mothers wedding when her car breaks down and along comes hunky cowboy Cal to help her out. I must say that the sparks did fly and it wasn't because of Skylar's car trouble. This was a good start to a new series for me to dig my teeth into.

The Billionaire Biker's Bitch 1 by Layla Wilcox~ Very hot quick read! What happens when you break-up with your boyfriend and go out clubbing? Well, if you're Claire you hook-up with a stranger that turns out to be your new boss. I really enjoyed this quick read and I look forward to the rest of the series.

Lacey Silks - Perfectly Equipped
I love reading the books of Lacey Silks they always keep me wanting more this is also the same with this short story of April a widowed mother who goes with her best friend to a nudist resort. There she meets the perfectly equipped man of her dreams Sean who takes her breath away from the moment they met only she hopped that she met his eyes first and not his crotch.

Sean a gorgeous man with as the tittle mentioned also perfectly equipped knows what he wants and goes after it the moment he sees April. But the connection he has with her is not something he was planning for.

Their love making is being interrupted by a spitting Volcano and leaves us with a cliffhanger, they all need to leave the island she gets in the speedboat but did Sean get in one? Will she ever find him again because how do you reunite with a guy when you realize you don’t even know his full name and is guided to a dock in a different city.

I can’t wait to September 15th to read more about April and Sean absolutely loved this story.

This was a sweet short story, I wanted more...but I always want more!
Don Freyer is a grumpy bitter old man ( well actually he's not that old) but he's had some troubles in his life the death of his wife was a major blow to him.
Jami Weston is fighter with very painful injuries, he's part owner of a gym with Don who trained Jami to fight, Jami recently married Ally, and are awaiting the birth of their first child, Don and Ally haven't always gotten along with each other, but now Don finds that Ally really is good for Jami, and are the perfect fit a close family unit and Don wonders where he fits in in their lives.?
It was good to find out more about Don in this Novella ( and Jami’s close relationship with him) and I’m definitely glad I got to read this
To be honest, I would read the first three books in this Wayward Fighting Series by JC Valentine you will get more background into Don and all the other characters too. And the other books are just amazing reads, obviously you can read this a standalone but the other books are just to brilliant not to read.

I did receive an ARC for an honest review.
Book 1 Knockout
Book 2 Tapout
Book 3 Undefeated.

I have read the story Pandora's Box by Sarah M. Cradit in this set and I have to say that it was amazing! I loved the way that Jasper and "Pandora" met and the way in which they had it all figured out only for fate to jump in the way. The characters are just another example of the amazing Sarah M. Cradit and what lies in her imagination. She is able to draw the reader right into her world and the reader never wants to leave! It is an amazing journey that she takes us on each and every time the reader starts a book by her.

This is a short story, but there is nothing short about it. It packs the punch of a complete novel and it makes the reader want more! There is so much anger, loss, love, betrayal and surprise in this short story that you would swear the book was magical and just never ended. The reader gets a complete sense of satisfaction from the story while at the same time hungering for more of it.

Every single book or novella that I have read by author Sarah M. Cradit has been amazing and I have come to expect nothing less from her! Add this one and her others to your TBR list and get reading - you won't be sorry no matter where you start! Enjoy!!

I received a complimentary copy of one of the stories in this anthology in exchange for an honest review.

Pandora's Box by Sarah Credit is a short story in the Red Hot Candy anthology. Ms. Credit has created a few characters for this story that will surely find their way into her House of Crimson and Clover series.

Esther Prejean (who decides to use the alias Pandora) and Jasper Boussard (a relative of the Deschanel dynasty) find they have the same interest in the occult. Their friendship blossoms to love despite having to keep their relationship a secret from their feuding families. They struggle through road blocks and interference from friends and family. But in this love conquers all story, Jasper and Pandora eventually find one another again and begin to pursue their dream together.

A lovely quick read perfect for a lunch break. In fact, Red Hot Candy is filled with 22 lunch break escapes brought to you by 22 best-selling authors.

At the moment, I've only had the pleasure to read one story in this super hot bunch:

BILLIONAIRE BIKER'S BITCH, by Layla Wilcox.

Those three same initials on the title have a nice albeit strong ring to it, as much as the naughty story they enclose. The characters are nothing alike, but that doesn't stop them from having a couple of incredibly hot encounters.

From a wild night out and a biker who know how to seduce pleasure out of a girl, to a CEO who commands his employee to do his bidding behind rich bedroom doors.

Actually, the story is fast, hot and gives you a little bit of bad boy mystery along with a female character that has a creative personality. I really liked one particular anecdote that has to do with a T-shirt. Quite funny.
I hope to read the continuation to find out where this mismatch leads to.

I read Always Enough by Molly McLain. In my opinion this short story was an epilogue of Tony and Nicole's story from a previous book in the River Bend series. It was a great addition to their story. We got some insight on how they both felt about their relationship. Tony is truly a great guy and Nicole is lucky to have him. I still hope we'll get to revisit them in the future. I am glad that I had the chance to read this short story. If you haven't read any of this series then you are really missing out. This series is worth reading and Molly McLain is a great author. I didn't think I could read a romance book without a mystery involved but she proved me wrong. You should really give it a try and read this soon.

I was given an ARC in exchange for an honest review. This does not affect my opinion in any way. I have only had the chance to read "Braving Love", by S.J. Mayer.

Luke is a former stuntman. He has been retired ever since an accident left him scarred about 2 years ago. His friends have asked him to fill in for another stuntman who backed out at the last minute. He reluctantly agrees. Soleil, is a makeup artist, who has worked with Luck in the past. She has always had a crush on Luke and he on her. But, they both are too scared to do anything about it. They have both been hurt in love before.

I enjoyed both characters, especially Soleil. She stood up for Luke, even losing her job in the process. They had great chemistry. I would like to know more.

If you're looking for romance books by some great authors featuring hot alphas, billionaires, and cowboys, look no further... Red Hot Candy is for you. These are stories that are short, quick, steamy, and romantic with some naughty thrown. These authors know how to steam up the pages and will have you panting for more.

I received an ARC of Before Flesh by Sky Corgan which is including in Red Hot Candy. I've read the Flesh series and to read Before Flesh gave me an idea of what happened prior to Flesh. A definite must-read.

I also received an ARC of A Fan-TAB-Ulous Night by Olivia Rigal. Awesome story with great characters. A Fan-Tab-Ulous read!
