This is only the second book I have read by Ms. London but I can promise you I'll be reading more of them in the future. This book was cute, funny and sexy! I actually read it in one sitting because I didn't want it to end.

Quinn was hurt two years ago by someone she trusted and now it's time to get back on the horse. She attends a gamer party with her best friend and ends up talking to a tree. Well that is before Aiden captured her interest.

As a former FBI agent Aiden knows all about uncover work and that's the only reason while he's at this gamer party. He needs to find out who is leaking information, but when he sees a woman talking to a tree he immediately taken with not only her appearance but her quirky attitude.

What I noticed first about this story that caught my attention was the description of the main characters. London did an excellent job at making them unique and stand out. I loved how Quinn had piercings, pink in her hair and dressed like a teenage boy. Aiden sounded like he was all man but the way the London described him it made him have a boyish quality that I just loved.

The plot kind of started out like a few books I have read when they spend one night together and come to find the next day they will be working together but that was the only similar thing I came across. This story was different. Yes they had to work with each other but they also had to trust one another. The more time they spent together the more they both started to fall in love.

London didn't disappoint on the sexy scenes and oh boy were they sexy! One of my favorite scenes is when Quinn ties Aiden up. The reason why I enjoyed that so much is because he knew she needed the control to feel comfortable with him and help her with what happened to her in the past.

Overall I really enjoyed this read and I am looking forward to reading more of London's work. If you're looking for a hot read that is funny, contains an ex FBI agent and a woman who loves Mario kart I highly recommend this book to be added to your tbr pile!

Fabulous story I loved this one from page one it has everything you want in a romance hot gorgeous and a very caring hero a heroine who is quirky fun but has some issues from her past that have kept her single for some time now and she has just been passed over for a promotion at work it is time for a change.

Quinn Dellinger IT specialist and is a very keen gamer and is at an industry party with her best friend Alana when she sees the most sexy handsome man and her body tingles in a way it has not done for some time can she do this have a one night stand and switch of the past, well she is going to try and when handsome guy sees Quinn the tingles increase.

Aiden Odell is just about to start a new job with his best friends security firm he has just left the FBI after an injury has changed things for him and he has come to the industry party to try and get some leads never thinking he would meet the gorgeous girl with the pink hair and sparks would fly and a sexy passionate night would be had.

When Quinn arrives at work the next morning and discovers that the hot sexy guy Aiden is none other than the guy who got her job more sparks fly but when they are teemed up to together to solve this case and Quinn goes undercover they get closer and both open up more Quinn has such a hard time trusting but Aiden is so caring and the affair heats up. This is a story that is fun and so very enjoyable hot steamy and with characters that are so real there are games to play as well as a case to solve but above all a beautiful romance between two very deserving people that had me smiling and Aiden will always be a favourite hero of mine. I highly recommend this one.

This is the second story in The Dangerous Bachelor's Club series and focuses on Quinn, a female gamer who works in the IT department of her security company. When she's passed over for a promotion in favor of an outsider, she's pretty ticked off, but willing to work with the new guy to solve a case. The only problem is that her new partner and the man who got the job she wanted, Aiden, turns out to be none other than the sexy stranger she slept with the night before! When they'd met at an industry evening, they'd exchanged names but no particulars, making for a no strings attached hookup that exceeded Quinn's expectations, and then some. Can they somehow make their night together the stepping stone to a real partnership, in bed and out?

Can I just say yay for female gamers! I loved that this was Quinn's character, that she's in information technology as a career (a traditionally male dominated field) and that she loves playing video games (incidentally, I knew exactly which racetrack she and Aiden were talking about when they play Mario Kart together in one of the scenes). Tired of her low level position (fixing printer connections, recovering lost passwords and the like) she's got her eye on moving up to a security level position. She's qualified for it, and she knows it. But when it turns out that her one night stand Aiden has gotten the job, and he happens to be ex-FBI so obviously equipped with some skills, she is disgruntled but willing to work with him in partnership to investigate the leak they've been hired to track. Her job is to pose as a newly hired game designer, hoping to gain the confidence of whomever might be the leak. Aiden's role is very open - the company has told the staff that they are investigating an information leak and that Aiden is there to interview them. But Aiden and Quinn aren't supposed to know each other so they take pains not to be seen talking together in public. Once she's gotten over the initial shock of finding out who Aiden really is, Quinn acknowledges to herself that the night they shared together was so good, she's willing to forgive him for a repeat of what they shared, as long as they agree it's a sex only affair with no chance of becoming more deeply involved. Truth be told, Quinn has trust issues from the demise of a previous relationship and is in no hurry to rush into anything that looks like commitment.

Aiden himself comes across as a smart, hard working, determined man. He's in a bit of a bind himself - he wants the staff to believe that he's been hired because he's the best person for the job, and not just because he happens to be friends with the owner of the company, Logan. He had enough nepotism at his job at the FBI where his father also worked. Being told that he's only gotten a job because of his relationships and not his skills really bothers him. Also, an injury while on a job resulted in a partial hearing loss that affects him and how he interacts with people and approaches tasks on a daily basis. He's learned to deal with the handicap, and definitely doesn't want to be pitied for it. Because he and Quinn meet first as strangers, she has no preconceived bias where he is concerned, something he really appreciates. Once they've gotten past the initial reintroduction and are hard at work on the case, they both find that they are quite willing to hop back into bed together. The result is more steam factor (this is an HQN Blaze after all), but also the sense that they are starting to care about each other as more than just friends with benefits.

As Aiden and Quinn are sorting things out between themselves, they are also getting closer to catching the informant. There are several secondary characters at play here, including Quinn's best friend Alana, also in the gaming industry, whose personal mission to have games feature more female heroines directly impacts Quinn and Aiden's undercover work. Quinn's 'co-workers' are all suspects in the case and I enjoyed seeing how the pieces all fit together by the end. Combining a mystery with a hot romance, this was definitely an enjoyable read for me. 4 stars.

I was pulled right into this story. The story has laughs, trust issues, naughty fun, suspense, and heartbreak.

This is Quinn and Aiden’s story. Quinn had one hot naughty night with Aiden only to find out that he was the one to get the job she wanted. With both of them having trust issues will they be able to work together? Can they even trust each other a little in order to get the job done? Or will they be working against each other the entire time? Can you work together without falling back into bed together? You get to see why they both have trust issues and how they both deal with those issues. Can these two figure out who is leaking the information before it’s too late? You get to see a naught side to them both and how even that side of them will learn to trust.

I felt I was able to connect with the characters and the story was a great read.

I highly recommend this book.

A Dangerously Sexy Affair ( The Dangerous Bachelors Club)

The Second I started reading A Dangerously Sexy Affair I was hooked. I mean I'll be honest that I love Stefanie London and have been addicted to her writing and books since I first started reading her work. I love her writing style and her period but once again she proves that that love and admiration was well founded because I fell in love with her all over again after I read A Dangerously Sexy Affair and if I hadn't of been a fan (or stalker) of her before I would have been after reading this one.

The characters from Aiden , who was so hot and panty dripping you can't control how easily he corrupts you dreams, to Quinn , who you couldn't help but admire, Stefanie London has once again created captivating characters who steal your heart and attention with no intention of releasing them back. To the sex scenes were so hot that I'm surprised the pages didn't burn off my finger prints. Add to that the uniquely different storyline of the book ( the world of video gamers) and the I was hooked.

Aiden Odell was a former FBI agent who was injured in the line of duty. Unable to work as an agent in the field anymore he retired and started looking for another job. His best friend had been trying to lure him to work for his company, Cobalt and Dane , for a while now and the job opening for Chief of Security was the perfect fit for him.

Quinn Dellinger has worked at Cobalt and Dane for 3 years and looking forward to taking over as Security Chief but she was passed over for the boss's best friend.

Hurt and frustrated Quinn lets her friend talk her into going to the industry party for gamers and meets Aiden who says he works for Ricochet Studios as a game designer.... one thing leads to another and they end up scorching the sheets in a room upstairs.

The next day Quinn realizes that Aiden had lied to her and he was the man who had stolen her promotion.

The sheet sizzling that started at the Gamers Party continued once Quinn decided the sex they had was worth forgiving him and giving him a chance..... they combusted anytime they were alone together. Quinn was falling hard for him and believed he was falling just as hard for her. Things were going great between the two of them as they were forced to work together to uncover who was sabotaging their clients business. Their jobs consumed their days and their passions consumed their nights.

As time went by they realized that they were no closer to solving the crime. The only suspect Aiden could see was her best friend Alana, but Quinn knew her friend couldn't have possibly done it and begged him to let her prove it wasn't Alana.

Would they figure out who was stealing secrets and releasing them inside the gaming world? I couldn't stop reading and I honestly wasn't sure I was gonna like this book as much as I did because i'm not into gaming but that didn't matter, I loved it and couldn't bear to put it down as I waited with baited breath to see what happened.

And I can tell you a lot happened... things that I didn't include here because I didn't want to spoil it for you. Good moments, exciting moments, puddle forming moments .Not to say that there weren't some moments that I wouldn't have loved to smack Aiden upside the head for lying to her (both in who he was and about not saying anything to their boss until they could prove if her best friend was lying or not) and for not believing in Quinn the way he should have or kept his word to not say anything until they could figure out what had really gone on. But for a man who was former FBI and used to doing and looking at things a certain way in order to justify his job now that hes a civilian and has to realize that things weren't so black and white anymore you have to realize that he was really a great guy.

And on the other hand there were moments that I would have loved to yell at Quinn for believing in Aiden because he lied to her more than once already especially after the way she was used and hurt in the past.

Ultimately when you realize that Aiden was doing everything he had because he had a misguided sense of honor and right from wrong you realize just how nice and caring he really is.

In the end Aiden realized just how wrong he had been and he was willing to do whatever he had to in order to live with himself and prove his love in order to get back the only woman who would hold his heart until the end of time. And Quinn had to realize that until she accepted that things weren't always black and white, that Aiden hadn't mean to hurt her the way he had, she was going to lose the only man she'd ever truly love, the only person who could complete her.

These characters and their friends and coworkers were all so nicely developed and well written they easily were able to wrap themselves around the readers hearts. Myself as a reader felt that I had a vested interest in their lives and the outcome of the story. And once I finished reading it I couldn't stop hoping that Ms. London would revisit them and give Quinn's best friend , Alana , her own story and a panty melting man of her own.

I couldn't wait to see how this enthralling book would end. Would Aiden be able to fix things with him and Quinn? Would Quinn and Aiden's love be enough to overcome everything that had transpired between them? Or not?

If you've never read a book by Stefanie London then you seriously have no clue how much you are missing... seriously ever book she's written so far have been captivating keepers for me... I couldn't put any of them down and they have found places on my keeper shelves.... FOREVER!!!! I'd recommend her and her books to anyone who loves to read romance books period because there is no doubt that there is something in each and every one of her books to endear her to you. Only a fool would pass up a book by Stefanie and I'm not a fool and neither are my fellow romance readers.

Without a doubt a must read book by a must read author!

Full review on the bloggy blog, I'm Here For the Romance <3

Quinn Dellinger is at ease with one thing in her life- and it’s not sex. It’s gaming. Hurt deeply by her ex almost two years ago, she is looking to regain her confidence in the bedroom and put the past way behind her. Stepping out at an industry party for gamers in her best friends little black dress helps her out of her shell and into the arms of a sexy and very willing to please game programmer. One night of passionate fun can’t hurt, right? It’s not like she is giving him her heart…right?

Aiden Odell is not a game programmer and he wishes he could tell that to the fuchsia haired beauty he is leading up to his hotel room, but she doesn’t want to hear it. No personal info. Fine with him. She doesn’t need to know he’s an ex-FBI agent, forced to leave the field due to an injury incurred whilst being fired at. She doesn’t need to know how desperate he is to prove to himself and his father that he doesn’t need him holding his hand at the agency to be successful. All she needs to know is how much he loves making her feel like the goddess she is. And it’s just one night after all. That is, until he learns that he’ll be working with her very closely on a major assignment at his new job…

I liked this! London is definitely a talented writer and I am very impressed, not for the first time, with what she was able to accomplish with a shorter format. I would really love to see what she can do with just even 100 more pages. Quinn and Aiden were both really well developed and well rounded for a shorter novel. As kind of a nerd myself, I loved that aspect of Quinn’s character. You don’t often get a pink-haired, game/nerd-culture loving heroine so I soaked that right up. I also enjoyed the subtle game and game culture references that were dropped here and there. That being said, I felt a little like some of the character development and love story took a bit of a back seat for the S-E-X-Y times. Because there were lots of sexy times. This is the first romance I have read where the couple get together right away. I’m talking second chapter right away. It was interesting to read a romance develop from that point, as opposed to developing to that point. I know I should have expected that, this being a Blaze novel, there would be a good deal of steam but I prefer it to compliment what the couple has as opposed to taking center stage, and my personal preference is for a bit of a slow burn. But I know that is just my taste and says nothing of the writing, just how I felt about it. This is my second Harlequin title (the first being The Nanny Plan by Sarah M. Anderson…which I just realized I never published my review on. Oops. Stay tuned for that!) and they were both fun, quick reads. Now that I know what to (mostly) expect from the line I will pick one up when I need something light. So if you love lighter, more fast-paced romances then I definitely recommend this one!

What do you get when you put a quirky but talented nerd and a sexy former agent together and throw in some corporate espionage? A very cute romance and some passionate interludes that will generate enough heat to have you fanning yourself.

Quinn Dellinger is not happy to have been passed over for the promotion she was looking forward to at work but she'll take the tall, dark and sexy drink of water that just caught her eye as the consolation prize for one night. Well, what happens in the bedroom doesn't always stay there because her consolation prize from the previous night is the new guy whom she lost the promotion to and she's just been assigned to work on an undercover assignment with him.

Aiden Odell's new job with his friend's security company is a fresh start for him away from his father's shadow at the FBI and he's determined to make his mark without accusations of favoritism but his fresh start isn't going so smoothly because the woman who rocked his world so well the night before is his new co-worker who had been angling for his job and there may be some residual resentment there. Besides she's a huge distraction he doesn't need if he has to make a good first impression to his bosses.

The first thing that hit me was the sizzling chemistry between Quinn and Aiden and boy, does he have some moves in bed. But with Quinn's trust issues, Aiden's need to prove himself at work and their joint investigation, both Quinn and Aiden have to trust each other and work together or what's building between them will be over even before they get a chance to find out how permanent it can be.

Aiden and Quinn are very opposite, at least on the outside. With her ripped jeans and colored hair, Quinn is a far cry from the kind of woman Aiden would be interested in, but on the inside they both want the same things: someone to trust in and a chance to excel at their jobs. In spite of his issues, Aiden is the stuff of dreams. Sexy, kind and knows just what Quinn needs to feel safe with him, even if it means he gets tied up and you have to love that he's willing to give up control to her. And Quinn's hangups were understandable but I loved that she was strong enough to overcome them and trust again.

This is a really sexy story and I enjoyed Ms. London's writing so much that I've been reading up her back-list and I can't wait for more from her.

Heather's review from Smut MattersThis was a really cute, fun story. We met Quinn in the previous book, A Dangerously Sexy Christmas, and I really liked her, but we didn't spend a lot of time with her. I liked what I saw, though, and when I heard her story was next, I jumped on it right away. Here she's been passed over for a promotion she deserved, and she's pissed about it. She'd believed she was in line for it, but then her boss gave the job to someone outside the company, and she has no idea who or why. I liked Quinn as much here as I did in the first book. She's in IT, working in the security  department of her firm, a serious gamer on the side, and a total geek. She's really smart and clever, and I love that Stefanie London managed to make her quirky without turning her into a manic pixie dream girl. Quinn is also down-to-earth, and has fought to make her way in a male-dominated industry by working hard and being damn good at what she does.

Imagine her surprise when she gets to work the day after a party and discovers that the man who stole her job was her one-night stand from the night before. His first assignment is to investigate a potential security breach at a gaming company and he needs Quinn's help. Someone has been leaking information on a new game to a rival gaming company, and Aiden is going undercover to find out who it is.

Quinn had some trust issues to work through after a previous relationship went really, really wrong, and Aiden starting out their relationship by lying to her about who she is does not get them started out on a very good place. However, the sizzling chemistry between them and the genuine affection they have for each other from the very start goes a long way toward helping her work through her issues. They were great together, and Aiden was so good with her, letting her set the pace and take control when she needed to in order to feel comfortable with him and with herself.

I don't want to say too much about the corporate espionage, because their investigation makes up the majority of the story, but it was good. A few red herrings thrown in, and one sort of out-of-nowhere complication, but overall, this was a really fun, sexy story. I can't wait to read more from Stefanie London.

Quinn Dellinger got dragged to a party at a gamers’ convention by her friend Alana. It’s not exactly Quinn’s cup of tea, especially since she is sulking because she was passed over for a promotion. After a dreadful experience with her former boyfriend, Quinn does only one-night stands; she’s not risking her heart again. She can’t wait to go home, alone, until she sees a glorious male specimen who might be able to salvage the evening. However the morning after, it turns out that the hot guy who rocked her world, Aiden Odell, is the man who got the job Quinn coveted.

What a great book! A DANGEROUSLY SEXY AFFAIR is and so much more than a few sexy bits held together by a flimsy story. There is at least as much suspense as there are sex scenes; the story itself is as good as any suspense novel, and the sex is playful, hot and tender. Ms. London has created terrific characters all around, and Quinn and Aiden are very real fleshed out, and they are great separately as well as together; they share real chemistry, and the way their relationship evolved was realistic and utterly delectable. One thing I particularly enjoyed is that both Quinn and Aiden are equals, and for that alone A DANGEROUSLY SEXY AFFAIR is worth reading. Both have issues, which are dealt with intelligently and subtly, and do not weigh the book down, but rather enrich it. The characters, the setting, the story are all flawless, and the writing is impeccable: the prose is crisp, clear, yet flowing and eloquent. Quinn and Aiden are exactly the types of characters I like to read about, and the story is just what I look for. A DANGEROUSLY SEXY AFFAIR is excellent from beginning to end: there is not one little hitch!

Quinn Dellinger is supposed to be having fun at an industry party for gamers. Instead, all she can think about is the promotion she just got passed over for at her security firm. Then she spots him. Tall? Check. Dark? Check. Dangerously sexy? Check. Hell, yes—this is the guy who'll help her forget all her worries and give her one wickedly naughty night.
The next morning she discovers her one-night stand was the guy who took her job. Oh, hell no. But Aiden Odell is not just a security specialist, he's ex-FBI, and Quinn is expected to work with him—very closely—on a major assignment. He may be tall, dark and dangerously sexy, but this is one game Quinn is determined to win
I loved this book so much I even read it twice. I loved the way Quinn is portrayed, she doesn’t like to dress up to enhance her body, she is very smart – hey – she discovered who leaked information when she was working undercover while Aiden was a bit slower on the uptake, and she likes to play games, a trait, people only associate with guys. I really liked the sexy bits of this dangerous affair, even that Aiden, sweet as he is for her – lets her tie him up – giving their time together a different meaning. I like it when he starts being all Alpha-male and she doesn’t need his protection- but she likes it very much all the same. All in all, I enjoyed reading this book, I enjoyed the characters of the book! I take my (imaginary) hat off to the writer: Stefanie London! I will drink some bubbly to congratulate you on this wonderful sexy affair!!

I love it when I read a book where the female lead is an intelligent woman! Even better when she's in a profession that's male-dominated. Though Quinn does have her own baggage from her past that makes it extremely difficult for her to trust anyone outside of her very small inner circle, something about Aiden just clicks for her.

Oh yes, Aiden...the strong, sexy, smart ex-FBI guy who's also thoughtful, insightful-and totally into Quinn right from the start. As far as leading male characters go, you can't get much better than Aiden.

Put Quinn and Aiden together, and the result is absolutely explosive-both before and after she finds out he's the one who got the job she wanted. They work well as a team both in and out of the bedroom, and the angst that Quinn's past brings to the surface gives them hurdles to leap in order for her to truly trust Aiden. I love how safe Quinn feels with him, it accentuates how well the two of them fit together.

There's some drama and a spot of mystery as the two try to unravel the case they are working on, and this along with the steamy intimate scenes kept my attention fully focused on the story. The writing flowed very smoothly, and I found myself virtually flying through the pages.

A good, intriguing story with plenty of heat, A Dangerously Sexy Affair was a solid 4-star read for me and I'd definitely recommend it to contemporary romance fans 18+ (for some adult language and the sexual content).

4.5 Stars!

This is a brand new author for me and I definitely hit the jackpot. I love finding new authors who can write in such a way that it is easy to get lost in their words. Stefanie London's writing was absolutely brilliant and captivating. This book, which is a complete standalone, had everything I was looking for in a romance writer and am super excited to dive more into this highly addictive series.

Are you ready to dive into something a little different and edgy? Well get ready for one he!! on a ride with Quinn and Aiden. Sexy. Intense. Passionate. Stefanie London gives her readers a romance that will keep them on the edge of the seat from the very first page. I was sucked into this romance and I didn't stop until the pages quit turning. This book was fast, steamy, fun, and sizzling.

This is Quinn and Aiden's story. One wicked night was all she wanted but she got way more than she bargained for and is in the shock of her life. Quinn and Aiden have tons of sizzling chemistry between them. They have some obstacles to face. It won't be easy. Trust is the key to it all but how can you really? With some twists along the way... can they find their happy ending?

I highly recommend this book.

Quinn Dellinger is smart and sassy. She’s just a little vulnerable and out of practice in the sex department. She’s determined to let go of the past and get her mojo back. Her best friend Alana convinces her a gamers industry party is the best way to go. Aiden Odell is determined to prove he’s successful because he’s good and not just because of who his father or best friend is. He’s at gamer’s industry party attempting to do some preliminary recon on his new job assignment. Surprise, surprise. The woman who catches his eye and spends the night with him is a member of his new team.

Assigned to investigate the leak of a game design engine, Quinn goes undercover at Third Planet while Aiden goes in as the investigator. With the pressure to have this investigation wrapped up quickly, these two are having a hard time keeping things professional. But when all signs point to Alana being involved, the lines get blurred and the insecurities of Quinn and Aiden both come to the forefront.

I liked playing amateur detective alongside Quinn and Aiden. I found the whole plot to be good. I would have liked a little more suspense. But I loved the misdirects. All in all, A Dangerously Sexy Affair was a good story.

What a fun story, with endearing characters.
You take your nerdy geek and a former FBI agent, put them together and mix in little kinky sexy times and a drizzle of suspense, and there's a story that is hard to put down.
I liked the energy and chemistry between Aiden and Quinn, there was a little bit of competition, a lot of attraction, but also common interests and true caring. They were completely enamored with each other, the thoughts of each other taking over. Yet, they were both in a difficult situation with their careers, and the relationship in between them puts them in an awkward position.
Even with Aidan's physical presence being so strong, I liked that he wasn't 'perfect', and that he was able to share that with Quinn.
Quinn's issues with her ex, and the events that took place were touching, and difficult, but I liked to see, how she worked on the trust issues, and made an effort, and took her responsibility in the conflict that later happen.
The story is well written, has a lovely flow in it, and it is easy to get lost in the story. I enjoyed the humor, the game references, and the magnetism between Aidan and Quinn. The workplace matters, the favoritism, and surviving and making it happen on your own, as well as the suspense elements, all brought more spice into the tale, making it solid, satisfying entertainment

I like my heroes to be alphas, and I like my heroines to be strong.

But when you throw a little nerd in there too, and do it well? It makes for some light (sometimes great) comedy.

And that is what Ms. London has done with this latest, A Dangerously Sexy Affair.

Quinn and Aiden were fun. I loved that Quinn was a gorgeous girl who still felt a little out of place because she'd rather beat a game than go to the mall. At the same time, though, she was well-rounded and a well-deserving character... and it was that well-deserving part that has her a bit upset over the job she just lost out on.

...and to Aiden, no less. Makes for some interesting dynamics, right? Absolutely, it does.

Ms. London's writing style is definitely one I can get lost in. I know when I pick up a book of hers, I will be engrossed from beginning to end with no questions throughout. I simply fall into her books and am sad when I must pull myself out. There's a bit more to this story than a nerdy, pretty girl, and the guy who stole her job. It's that adventure that kept the pages turning.

Although this title forms the second title in the (to be 6 book) The Dangerous Bachelors Club series, I didn't feel like I missed anything having not yet gotten to reading the first one. This book could easily stand alone.
I want to call the story beautiful, but those who have read the story will know what I mean when I say it kind of doesn't fit. Not sure what word to use in its place though. Either way, it's an enjoyable read with the sexy heat that is expected in the Blaze line
I enjoyed the way that both Quinn and Aiden came to grips with their demons, and hope to see glimpses of them later in the series if Harlequin will allow it.
Looking forward to seeing which of Quinn and Aiden's colleagues at Cobalt & Dane get a HEA and also would love to see Quinn's friend Alana get a HEA too.

This book was received from the author, as blog prize, but I also agreed to give it an honest review.

All you really need to know about A Dangerously Sexy Affair is HOT HOT HOT. If you're looking for a sizzling read (that keeps sizzling all the way through the book) and that's not recycling the same tired old romance tropes, then this is the book for you.

It also gets bonus points from me for the storyline being based around game design which the inner geek in me was thrilled about.

I can't recommend this book highly enough. Go go go to your book retailer of choice and get it. You won't regret it!

A Dangerously Sexy Affair by Stefanie London...Another amazing book, I know whenever I pick up a book by Stefanie it is going to be great. I was hooked from the first sentence, it had me laughing and smiling all the way through. This story is filled some mystery, humor, romance, love and great characters. Quinn is a quirky woman, but beautiful, strong and fun sense of humor. Aiden very hot and swoon worthy and these two a perfect together. Main romance story OK but lots of back story of unethical business dealings and sexual harassment in workplace that does not get resolved, it just continues.

2.5 Stars Will not keep to re-read.

Aiden with his hung ups with his father, fbi experiences causing insecurities, keeping his friendship with the owner a secret and self imposed getting runs on the board attitude making him insecure, a jerk at times and not seeming trust worthy or a good team leader and putting himself first mentality.

Rhys is a hard character to like with his issue with Aiden's hiring making his dismissal of Zach's sexual harassment at the client's company as a not important in the case and hardballing when the case is not solved to his timeline while expressing displeasure about Aiden's lack of progress.

Quinn is protective of herself due to bad experiences and her employer's being a male dominated field and place of business, obviously suck at team building and utilising Quinn's skillset except when it suited them with her new assignment with Aiden yet did not provide self defence training in a male dominant fieldwork?

This story has lots of sex, sizzle and spice with flawed male characters, strong friendship moments but too easy resolution with sexual chemist as a relationship base 🤦‍♀️ and minimal trust building on business and personal fronts and disgruntled employees that created issues at the company being investigated and the Investigative company.

Fun and sexy. Love the mystery / undercover investigation aspect. And I especially love that the heroine is dealing with some fear / trauma around sex (not rape, but rather a betrayal by an ex) and that the hero responds in such considerate ways (at one point, he lets her tie him up so she retains full control). I also love that the MCs started as work rivals -- I love the whole dynamic of the hero kinda having the job she wanted just handed to him coz he's friends with the boss, but he objectively IS better qualified, and he's dealing with a past of trying to move out of his powerful and controlling father's shadow. So both MCs are flawed and dealing with a lot, and even the ultimate bad guy has a sympathetic reason for their crimes. Loved this.

Don’t be deterred from reading this by the fact it is published under the Harlequin Blaze imprint. I don’t find these books bad, but many are quickly enjoyed and even more quickly forgotten. This one is different.
Stephanie London is seriously talented and somehow I think she wrote these characters with extra love and care because their story just jumped off the page and grabbed me.

B890 Ap2016 Dangerous Bachelors Club #2. Quinn Dellinger and Aiden O'Dell. She had applied for the job that Aiden has. He's ex-FBI and is there looking for the person who is leaking game assignment.

Quinn and Aiden's story was a very different kind of love story. The nerd girl who never thought she was all that meets handsome FBI agent. When they go on an assignment together, sparks fly. I loved this gamers story. So fun.
