Full of insights into what trust in a relationship should really be like. Went beyond the usual definitions and understanding of trust to demonstrate that trust is really about comfort in the relationship and how to have that comfort. Full of useful anecdotes to demonstrate the principles covered. Also contains worksheets, quizzes, and frameworks to use as practical guides to work on trust.
