"There's a word for people like Esther. Mercurial. You look at a text conversation with her and it's just twelve messages in a row on your side, all unanswered." I love Esthers charecter so much because she makes me feel like less of a whimsicle struggling-to-stay-connected scumbag. Unfortunately this was probably one of my least favourite issues from the series though. Perhaps the back to back read of the last few issues has made my judgment more harsh. Too much crazy and not enough baby for me. Especially considering the cover. The whatever-core metal gig did give me a quiet chuckle. An overall okay read.

I liked the storyline about "that friend" the one who you've kind of lost touch with a fear turning up because chaos will reign. But also the flip side of not really knowing who they've become and being forced back into old roles.

This may be my favorite issue in this series. It includes all the characters we love and introduces a new one. The issue wraps up with an unexpected and sweet ending.

Seamless. Everyone had space & character progression. A good balance of plot w/ Lindsay's visit. Happy to see some Daisy backstory as well.
