If you like this kind of thing I cannot recommend this author and his books enough. The Archer series is brilliant, a great and compelling read, good characters, complex and compelling storylines and enough twists and turns to keep you guessing. Can't wait for the next one, it can'y come soon enough.

Excellent

Very exciting and funny. Hopefully not the last of the archers saga . The only thing I didn't like was the end because it was very abrupt. Nothing about george other than he knew how to swim. Nothing about the great surprise the king and William Marshall mustve felt when the archers took the French fleet alone . But I still haven't enjoyed the book very much

Just keep getting better.

The characters are pretty well fleshed out by now. It's good that George has grown up enough to be included more. The details of the writing about living so long ago from where people poop,eat and sleep to how battles are structured is fascinating.

Some are going to be better than others and this is better than most. I've read all I found of the series, some were repetitive,but in all a good read.
