With her long blond hair and flowy skirts, Rhys Glover’s new neighbor is the sexiest woman he’s ever seen. He quickly learns she’s also free-spirited and impulsive—the total opposite of his own personality. They should be like oil and water. Instead, the chemistry between them is like oxygen and flame.
But when Rhys’s next assignment for Cobalt and Dane security leads him right back to Wren, Rhys begins to walk a very fine line between ethics and desire. He believes he can trust Wren, but can he trust himself when he’s with her? And if she is keeping her own dangerous secrets, will he be able to walk away?

Rhys Glover cannot stop thinking about Wren - the goddess who has moved in across the hall from him, they may be opposites but their attraction is clear and it won’t be denied. However, their personal and professional lives are about cross, when Rhys and his security team are hired to investigate a potential security breach in the art gallery where Wren has an internship. Wren has her own reasons for accepting the internship, and it doesn’t involve developing her art, rather she is out for justice, and in doing so ends up in some trouble. I enjoyed both main characters both individually and together.
I do wish Wren’s ex had been sucker punched (I know - violence, but if you read this you’ll understand why I feel this way), plus the town Wren is from can I say YIKES.
This was a fun light read with a nice blend of banter, humour, tension and of course heat - a lovely source of entertainment during a very long train ride.
Wren Livington has taken on an art internship with artist Sean Ainslie to find out why her friend Kylie returned from said same internship with broken bones and bruises. Wren's also running from the conservative small town that shunned her upon discovering she liked to paint nudes. Her apartment is next to Rhys Glover, and the attraction is immediate.
As it happens, Rhys works for a security company hired by Sean Ainslie, who is concerned that there have been attempted security breaches of his storage room and email. The relationship between Wren and Rhys is threatened by the clash of personal and work lives.
Sexy romance with some darker themes, but it was still an enjoyable story. There wasn't really anything I could find fault with. The H and h are well-developed with backstories that inform their characters and their decisions. That's pretty much all I can ask for when I read a romance. I'm not a fan of characters behaving out of character because it suits the plot, and that certainly was never the case here! Stefanie London appears to be one of the few Blaze authors who has made the transition to the new Dare line, so I might even take a look at one of those!
A Dangerously Sexy Secret made me smile there is emotion aplenty there is sizzle and a story that had me turning the pages so as I could get to the end but I didn't want it to end another winner in this series.
Rhys Glover IT specialist who works for security company Cobalt and Dane is a man that sticks to the rules if he could have a spreadsheet for everything he would he keeps his work and personal life separate ethics mean a lot to Rhys he is gorgeous and so very likable so when a new girl moves into the apartment block he lives in he is attracted to her instantly what's not to love blonde hair and very sexy and he really wants to get to know her.
Wren Livingston has just moved from her very small town to the big city and she has a few reasons for doing so Wren is an artist a very good one but the people in the small town and her ex don't appreciate her paintings then when her best friend returns home hurt Wren the always caring person decides to get to the bottom of it. But when the gorgeous looking neighbour helps her out with a emergency the sparks fly.
Rhys and Wren are so very different yet the spark that sets them alight when they are together cannot be denied and with them getting closer and then with a work issue bringing them together as well and causing more problems this is a journey to a HEA that has a few ups and downs and with both of them being so caring and mystery and danger involved they really need each other in such a beautiful way they are meant for each other. I highly recommend that you pick this one up sit back and enjoy the sizzle and spark of this journey that will make you smile and sigh. And of course I do love catching up with friends form past stories thank you MS London for another keeper.
New-to-me author Stefanie London just blew me away! How did I miss this series? She will definitely be added to my list of authors that I one click without hesitation!
Rhys Glover can't quit thinking about the hottie across the hall. His new neighbor, Wren, is the total opposite of him but for such an ordered, by the book kind of guy, her impulsiveness just turns him on. But when his security team is called in to investigate a possible security breach where Wren works, Rhys finds himself questioning their budding relationship. Can he keep from breaking the rules if Wren is involved? And if she is involved, can he give her up?
Romance + Suspense = 1 big thrill in Stefanie London's 3rd book in her Dangerous Bachelor's Club series. It's equal parts romance/sex and mystery/suspense with two irresistible characters. Rhys and Wren were total opposites yet so alike as well. In other words, they were perfect for each other. Wren is in New York on a mission to help her best friend, Kylie. Both girls, aspiring artists, had applied for an internship at the Ainslee Ave Gallery. Kylie got the position but soon returned home battered and emotionally distraught. When Wren questions her about it, she is tight lipped but it is evident something happened with the gallery. Since Wren is next in line for the position, she snags the opportunity to find out what happened to her friend. She was ready anyway to be rid of her prudish hometown where her ex had humiliated her over her nude paintings, calling her a sexual deviant. She'd always been affected by what people thought of her. Considered reckless and impulsive, she could never measure up. After the final straw of her being ostracized by her community for her art, she'd lost all desire to paint. Helping her friend was her main focus now. She just wasn't expecting the distraction of her gorgeous neighbor, Rhys Glover. As the tech guru for Cobalt and Dane Security, Rhys is known for his control and by the book manner. It's not just his job that makes him so restrained, he's been that way his whole life. He has always tried to be perfect so his mom would find him worthy of her love. When he meets the beautiful blonde across the hall, he shouldn't have been interested. She was his complete opposite. Spontaneous, messy, and carefree, she was nothing like his controlled, restrained personality. But something about her drew him in and he wanted to get to know her. When Wren makes an attempt to spy on the gallery owner she suspects is involved in her friend' assault, Rhys' security group is called in to figure out who breached the gallery's security. And that's where the dilemma begins. Wren knows it's only a matter of time before her involvement is discovered but she can't walk away and she's not sure if she can trust Rhys with the truth. Rhys hopes he's not being naïve thinking Wren is not involved. Can he trust himself to walk away if she is?
As I said before, this book has the perfect blend of romance and suspense. The tension as Wren tries to uncover the truth of her friend's attack and avoid being discovered by Rhys is nail biting. The steaminess is off the charts. The romance is breathtaking as Rhys and Wren inspire feelings of worth in each other. All in all, a perfect story to get lost in. A Book Obsessed Chicks Review Team Selection
Wren Livingston went through a bad break-up 6 months ago, and she is still skittish when it comes to dating. The fact that she got a bad rap in her home town of Charity Springs doesn’t help either. Wren is an artist, her friend Kylie had obtained an internship in an art gallery for which they were both competing, Kylie got the job, but she returned to Charity Springs, Wren knew something was wrong, but Kylie refused to talk about it. Shortly after, Wren got a call from Sean Ainslie, the owner, who asked her if she still wanted the internship. Wren jumped on the occasion to enquire about what had made Kylie flee, and she moved to New York. Wren also has a perfectly delectable neighbour, the man in apartment 401, to whom she has barely spoken. Rhys Glover, an IT specialist in Cobalt and Dane, a security company, has also noticed his gorgeous neighbour. He is too busy to date, but when an occasion presents itself, he doesn’t miss his chance to get better acquainted with Wren.
And what an unforgettable first “date” it is! Rhys is not even a serial one-night-stand type; how refreshing! Rhys and Wren are true opposites: he’s all about order and numbers, she’s a bohemian and an artist, and I hadn’t seen such delightful, light, flirtatious banter in a good while. Both Rhys and Wren are genuinely charming and candid; the attraction is palpable, and it was such a joy to watch them get to know each other. I got an impression of real people, nothing felt fake; it was such a joy! In spite of the electricity that sizzles and crackles, their chemistry is joyful, playful, respectful, and just plain wonderful!
I just loved A DANGEROUSLY SEXY SECRET so much! Everything was just so perfect! Ms. London has an impeccable sense of timing, knows precisely where to start, where to stop, when to put in the element of suspense. Rhys and Wren have such a happy connection, it was so nice for a change: no big personal issues or drama, no existential crises, although Rhys has a troubling and fascinating backstory. Not everything flows smoothly in their lives, but it’s not due to melodrama, but because of the suspense element. And I loved how Ms. London flawlessly weaves the danger parts of the story into the romance, or is it the other way around? A DANGEROUSLY SEXY SECRET is the very definition of romantic suspense: just the right amount of everything at the right time: a couple with real chemistry, and a great suspense story, which builds up slowly until you begin to really fear that something dreadful is going to happen . Rhys and Wren are a perfectly charming couple, the sparks fly so bright, we can almost feel them. Ms. London’s writing is so effortless, fluid and easy, with an understated elegance and simplicity that suit the characters to a tee, and the dialogues are easy and natural. A DANGEROUSLY SEXY SECRET feels like listening one of those classic songs by Marvin Gaye or Aretha Franklin: sensuous, smooth, filled with emotions, with a touch of melancholy, lots of passion, and all very close to your heart. A DANGEROUSLY SEXY SECRET is utterly delightful, lovely, oozing with genuine charm; do not miss the latest instalment of this fabulous series! I

Reading the first pages had me giggling like a schoolgirl! I loved the way Wren thought and commented on her thoughts. Wren is Rhys’ neighbour and she is the sexiest woman he has ever seen with her long blond hair and flowy skirts. She is also free spirited and impulsive, something Rhys isn’t. Rhys would like to chart his emotions if he could and file them away. He is a bit rigid when it comes to his ethics. When he sees Wren because his next work assignment for Cobalt and Dane Security involves her workplace. He finds it very difficult to keep a distance to Wren, they have a chemistry together so much so that when they are together, they combust spontaneously. When he notices that she has some secrets, which he suspects have something to do with her work, he finds himself in an emotional turmoil while his ethics beg him to do the right thing. I loved the book, I read it in one go! I loved the suspense in the book and I absolutely adored Rhys for his looks and ethics. I love Stefanie London’s writing style, it’s funny, upbeat, but also emotionally mature and overall a so well written story that I love to read on an on, being sorry to read “the end”. A tiny piece what bothered me was that the silliness of Wren’s thoughts was only displayed in the first pages.
Hot and sexy with suspense Ms. London will blow you away with A Dangerously Sexy Secret!
Rhys can't stop thinking about his new neighbor, Wren. He doesn't know her story but knows that he is intrigued by her. When his security team is called into the place she works to investigate a security breach Rhys doesn't know if he can trust her one hundred percent but the closer they come and secrets are revealed now Rhys needs to decide where they stand.
I really enjoyed Rhys and Wren, this couple was so different yet they just meshed well together. Once everything was out in the open I could see them being a couple. While Rhys sticks to the rules Wren pushes them and for that they made a good team in finding out what happened to Wren's friend.
While this story did have some suspense it was more of the romance that drew me in. I enjoyed getting to know the characters and wondered how and when they would finally get together.
I felt the plot was different and like the whole art addition. I know nothing about art or what makes a good artist but Ms.London had Wren stand out and the explaining process of being a artist was fun to read about. Overall, this read was enjoyable and a great addition to this series. By now I have a read a few of Ms. London's books and I still keep coming back for more!
The latest from Stefanie London is a super fun read filled with sexy characters, steaming hot chemistry and a laugh-out-loud feisty connection between the two!
Rhys Glover is a very detail-orientated, controlled sort of man. He likes everything done just so, enjoys things organized and thinks he's only done a good job in life if everything is done correctly and within the rules.
Wren Livingston is a free-spirit. She's impulsive and quick to jump and do for others no matter what the cost is to herself. She doesn't mind living by the seat of her pants, and homey clutter is her comfort zone.
These two are almost polar opposites, but when the new neighbors keep running across each other in and around their apartment building, the chemistry is unreal! Deciding to have a friends (or more!) neighborly connection just might work out for them, but when Rhys's security job brings him full circle to Wren's door, will the dangerous secrets she's hiding be the end of their budding relationship?
I was pulled right into this story. The story has laughs, trust issues, secrets, naughty fun, suspense, and heartbreak.
If you have not read the below I would recommend reading those books(s) first A Dangerously Sexy Christmas (The Dangerous Bachelors Club #1) A Dangerously Sexy Affair (The Dangerous Bachelors Club #2)
This is Wren and Rhys’s story. Rhys’s neighbor is making him crazy. She is impulsive and totally opposite of him. But the chemistry between them is off the charts. Can he stay away? What happens when his work puts him closer to her? Can he trust her? Or are the secrets that these two are keeping from each other about to blow up in their faces? Can Wren get her life back on track and paint again or has she lost everything?
I felt I was able to connect with the characters and the story was a great read.
I absolutely loved Wren and Rhys' story. It's fun, sexy and suspenseful. I was hooked from the beginning. Wren moves next door to sexy and hard working Rhys. Wren is free spirited and compassionate and looking for answers trying to help her friend. Wren and Rhys are so different but are instantly attracted to each other. O boy do opposites attract. The chemistry is off the charts and I enjoyed the banter between Wren and Rhys. Will Wren's secrets cost her the relationship she could have with Rhys? Will Rhys risk his job to help Wren reveal the secrets? This book is great read. Received copy for honest review.
A Dangerously Sexy Secret has it all! A hero and heroine with delicious chemistry and a suspense plot that delivers. I loved the fun, witty banter between the characters, a hallmark of Stefanie London’s wonderful stories. I loved the differences between Wren and Rhys. Wren is free-spirited while Rhys likes to follow the rules. This proves the opposites attract theory.
I’ve loved all of this author’s couples but I think Rhys and Wren are my favorite so far. Rhys is definitely my favorite hero!!
I received an ARC in exchange for an unbiased review.
Rhys and Wren might be on opposite sides of a case but it doesn't stop them from falling in love in this sexy romance! Wren's in New York seeking justice for a friend, taking an internship at the same art gallery where something happened that brought her friend home abruptly, with bruises but no explanations. She's suspicious of the owner Sean, and is using all the means at her disposal to do her own investigating. But when Sean gets wind that someone is trying to get into his safe and his email, he calls in his own security team and the man in charge is none other than Rhys, coincidentally Wren's hot apartment neighbour. Already having developed a friendship with some benefits on the side, will she tell him the truth before he finds out her secret himself? And will it cost them a future together?
I'm enjoying this series by Stefanie London, and once again, she offers up a mix of drama, intrigue and steamy scenes in this neighbours to lovers, opposites attract romance. Rhys is a very by the book guy, ordered and neat whether in his job or his private life. So the whirlwind of emotions he feels for his sexy somewhat bohemian artist neighbour takes him by surprise. They are quick to capitalize on their attraction for each other in some sexy scenes, but their relationship takes on a more conflicting edge when his investigation of the art gallery she's working at puts them on opposite sides. Wren's loyalty to her friend outweighs the feelings she's having for her neighbour but doesn't stop her from feeling guilty for not telling him the whole truth, especially when it could mean his job on the line. I liked the two of them together and understood the motivation behind both characters' actions. It's an interracial romance, as Rhys's mother is white and his father is black, and his character is definitely influenced by his upbringing and life experiences. Wren is the first woman to really see him exactly as he is, and he can't let that go, even if it could cost him his job. There is some understandable conflict but it gets resolved on route to the happy ending. We get some scenes with characters from some of the previous stories in the series but each story can easily be read as a standalone. The story delivers what I expect - a thoughtful, interesting plot and a couple well matched in the bedroom and out.
Note: a copy of this story was provided by the author for review.
I fell for Rhys and Wren from the start, while they were trying to navigate through the lustful haze they were in for each other. The story started with such an enthralling way, it was easy to immerse in it, and get lost in the deceit and abuse involved with the art gallery, not to mention the sensual and ardent doting Rhys and Wren were involved in. They were steaming hot, so enamored with each other, it was adorable and charming. Of course, there was more to them, and to their relationship than the physical attraction. But the secrets Wren was holding was about to change everything and put any possibility of any kind of future together in peril. Both Rhys and Wren are honest, kind-hearted, caring people. They both have had their hurts and trials in the past, and are careful whom they trust, and to whom they open up to, share their secrets with. Both of them have their quirks, that in my opinion made them even more lovable, but it seemed not everyone agreed. It bothered me a bit how everyone, even her closest friends, was so adamant to say Wren never thought what she did, was impulsive, and hasty, when she was actually just trying to help them, take care of their problems. Yes, maybe she didn't use the best methods, but she did have a heart of gold. It wasn't a major issue to me, but it came up frequently, and I wanted to stand up for her and defend her. Yes, that is how emotionally involved I got with the tale. The mystery at the gallery, the abuse, the connection with Rhys to it all, it was done well, it was intense, and big part of the plot. The way the different layers of that drama was peeled off, one by one, gave a kick to the story, spiced it up. There's a lot of food and cooking involved in the story as Wren and Rhys get to know each other, and a scene with chocolate that is delicious, if I may say so. A delightfully sensual story with characters that were likable and easy to relate to, mixed with elements of menace and peril and deceit in the art world, are the makings of an engaging and lively story ~ Four Spoons with a teaspoon on the side
A DANGEROUSLY SEXY SECRET by Stefanie London is the third book in The Dangerous Bachelors Club series and definitely does not disappoint. Wren is a wonderful character who is so caring and compassionate, but also gutsy enough to take a dangerous risk to help her friend. A talented artist, Wren is the epitome of a free spirit, but with her ex humiliating her, her hometown is no longer a sanctuary for her. But when she moves to New York to uncover the mystery that surrounds her friend, she did not expect her sexy neighbour, Rhys. Rhys is hard-working and determined to succeed but lately feels like there is something missing in his life. And when he sees his stunning neighbour Wren, he cannot hide his attraction for her. But as they embark on a steamy relationship, what will happen when work and passion collide? With plenty of ups and downs, secrets, danger, and saucy scenes to get you hot under the collar, A DANGEROUSLY SEXY SECRET by Stefanie London has got it all. A sizzlingly enjoyable read.

Stefanie London has been a must-read author for me since her very first book. This does not mean that I automatically love her books no questions asked - they still need to prove their value to be rated well. I love that every title in The Dangerous Bachelors Club is able to be read as a standalone but also fits well within the series with glimpses of previous and upcoming characters. This book was no exception to that. Much as I dislike deceit in books I read, it was a necessary element to this book and helped with the intrigue that occurred the further into the book you got (relating to a friend of the heroine). I liked that much as Rhys tried to protect Wren, she still insisted on being her own person. I did finally notice with this story that Cobalt & Dane, the firm that the series revolves around, seems to have developed a habit of going against the person who hired them in the first place.
Well, this is yet another hot, sexy and dangerously entertaining book! Stefanie London brings out the best in her characters. The tension, the banter, the dialogues…were all clear and easy to navigate. I got a front row seat as the scenes burst to life.
Rhys Glover is a conservative man who does things by the rules. So when Wren Livingston—a wild, carefree and unconventional woman who lives her life one day at a time—bursts into his life, upsetting his organized world, Rhys has every right to keep her out at arm’s length. But could he truly do that when the chemistry between them is as explosive as a ticking bomb? They’re neighbors so he can’t completely ignore her but after his security job brings him to Wren’s door, Rhys begins to wonder about Wren’s secrets and the possibility it might tear them apart.
Another steamy, sexy read by Stefanie London. This one has her great sexual tension and sizzling scenes but I love that this hero is a bit of an OCD geek. A sexy OCD geek but still the organization of this guy is incredible. I totally love it and wish I had a man who would keep everything so clean and neat (but be so hot and talented in bed). There was also a tiny bit of mystery thrown in here so that was yet another detail that kept me turning the page until the whole thing was devoured in one day. This author is one to watch!!
now i am hooked. This was such a great, easy and creative book. i was hooked after the first page.
The characters were easy to fall in love with and follow, along with the story. the author made the mental visions so easy and vivid of the surroundings and the characters actions felt so real.
i would highly recommend this author and this book.
A Dangerously Sexy Secret by Stefanie London....As always Stefanie gives us a wonderful fun, sexy, hot story with great characters. I enjoyed watching Rhys and Wren's stories unfold. Stefanie London is my of my favorite go to authors. You will not want to miss the book, so make sure you read this one. I was given a complimentary book for an honest review.
