Stan Lee (born Stanley Martin Lieber) was an American writer, editor, creator of comic book superheroes, and the former president and chairman of Marvel Comics.

With several artist co-creators, most notably Jack Kirby and Steve Ditko, he co-created Spider-Man, the Fantastic Four, Thor as a superhero, the X-Men, Iron Man, the Hulk, Daredevil, the Silver Surfer, Dr. Strange, Ant-Man and the Wasp, Scarlet Witch, The Inhumans, and many other characters, introducing complex, naturalistic characters and a thoroughly shared universe into superhero comic books. The Molten Man didn't leave a great first impression (ASM #28) and second time around isn't much of an improvement on the character.

The term pedestrian is mentioned which highly appropriate considering the content of this one. We're quickly approaching Ditko's departure from the book so this could be marked as the beginning of Ditko losing interest in Parker's life after his masterpiece of ASM #33. There's really not much to note in this one other than Parker finds out about Betty's departure from her replacement at The Bugle.

Setelah selesai menjalani masa hukuman di penjara, Molten Man pun kembali bebas. Spider-Man tak tinggal diam, sehingga ia menghalangi aksi jahat Molten Man.

A silly and enjoyable issue that brings back Molten Man, this is a Spider-Man tale that focuses on action, which feels like a nice and refreshing break from the recent mess of girl trouble and personal problems that have left our hero previously beleaguered and worn down.
