The strange symbol that appeared on Kaguya's chest proves he has ogre DNA--but that doesn't mean he's abandoning earth. In order to prevent Rasetsu's calamitous attack on the planet, Kaguya travels back in time to kill Rasetsu's father--the evil sorcerer Sesshuu! But when Sesshuu turns out to be kind and gentle-hearted, Kaguya begins to question his original plan. Can he find another solution to save Earth before it's too late?!
I did not realize that this was only a four volume series. I felt that volume four was rushed. A great deal of information was pushed into this volume. I love the authors sentimental storytelling technique. I found myself gasping at key parts and shedding a few tears. The story was touching although I still have a few questions. This is a must read for all 07 Ghost fans!!!
What attracted me to this manga was the artwork on the cover. The artwork on the inside matched which was nice and not always the case with some manga. This was the first book in the series I have read. It was in the clearance section of my normal used book store. The story did an ok job of catching you up on what had happened previously, but it left me wanting more of the previous story. If I could find the earlier books in the series for cheap I would be willing to get them.
I didn’t understand much of what was happening but I loved to see my favorite 07-G character back.
It was obvious this story was cut in the middle and that the authors had a lot more to tell so there are many plot-holes and the like but since I love everything related to 07 Ghost I still enjoyed reading BR.
(Still, if someone can explain what happened hit me up please).
Overall I enjoyed this ending to the series. I do feel it was a little rushed in the last couple chapters. I do think it wrapped up the series well I just wanted it flushed out a bit more.
