Move over James Bond, Wily Fox is here! A Taste for Adventure is the newest in this great series for mystery fans!

Wily Fox is a Super Sleuth on a new case. The judges on TV show Megachef are voting against the good chefs and keeping the bad ones, and the producer wants to know why. Wily investigates the judges and contestants and with the help of cool gadgets and Wily's wiles he soon has the culprit in his sights. But he's up against a terrible secret, a wealthy, determined foe and a ninja hamster!

Full of fun black & white illustrations, this series has all the action of a Bond movie - but tailored for 7+ action fans. Fantastic!

When I first got this book, it reminded me so much of the books I used to pick up as a child, but taken to the next level. This book is like James Bond for kids, with a funky fox spy and all the gadgets to go along with it!

When the popular TV cook show Megachef’s authenticity is threatened by judges who seem determined to rig the final contestants, Wily Fox is hired to figure out why. Along the way he uncovers many secrets, as well as fighting a ninja assassin and a horde of robot waiters.

I loved everything about this book. It was such a fun, quick read that kids of all ages will enjoy. Even though it’s the fourth book in the series so far, I believe they can most likely be read out of order without losing anything.

With action on every page, laughs on every chapter, and fun throughout, there’s never a dull moment. I found myself reading the entire book in one sitting, I was enjoying it so much. I’m definitely going to keep an eye out for future releases and look into the previous ones too.

This is a book that I’ve already been recommending to friends with kids who like to read – and even those that don’t! This is such a great book to introduce a child to the joy of reading if they’re reluctant.

An excellent children story, with many adventures and funny characters! Is hard to resist someone as hungry as Charlie Cheetah or the evil Rin the Ninja Hamster! It is a page turner that brings the reader from Tokyo to Sydney and back, on the way of surfing, where mysterious codes are cracked and a very special butter knife helps when all hopes were lost. Definitely recommended to anyone who just love good books, regardless the age!
