Harlequin romance.

I liked the story but felt that there were too many unanswered questions at the end. Do they find the murderer? Does Alyssa's father ever return? What happens with the killer? Her mother? We were introduced to these characters and don't know much about them. Will her father turn around? Will he ever accpet Alyssa? Is their baby a girl or a boy? I wanted to know more and hate it when there are too many unanswered questions at the end of a book.

I just can't stop reading these Montana Maverick books. Which they'd get rid of the cheesy covers because I really enjoy the characters!

ugh. couldn't overcome aversion to poor writing to find out what happened.
