Keane exemplifies the kind of spirit of American business acumen that quantifies principles. Projects in particular need a structure and skeleton to make sense of an often unwieldy effort: placing people, and other resources squarely in a fold of measurable product takes is what makes Keane's methodology ahead of its time.
