Read out loud to 4th graders. They demanded it after I read them A Brush With Danger. I'm always happy to give in demands on what to read next! I wouldn't say these are classics in the making but they are fun to read out loud and the kids really enjoy them. The writer is English and uses words we don't use in America (like queue). I enjoy books that allow me to introduce new words to kids.

Really enjoyed it and was soon hooked which was a surprise as I haven’t been doing much reading recently!
