While I enjoyed this installment of the Angel Pack series, it wasn't one of my favorites. I liked the three MCs, especially Shay and Kia. Revisiting all the members in this series is always a treat. I just think that the whole lets revisit the past in order to heal thing didn't quite work for me. Then there was Raffy's trip to the underworld. IMO, the whole thing was a bit anticlimactic.

This was a decent installment in the Angel Pack series, just nothing spectacular. As a fan of this series, I would recommend you read this book. There are things that happen that will more than likely impact future installments.

It has been a while since I’d read this series, and I was looking forward to reconnecting with the boys from the first thirteen books. This series is written in such a way that a little sighting in each book allows you to easily recall the characters so that you do not have to look back for reminders. In this case, Cass has been along for the ride since the beginning, and I was wondering when the poor guy would finally find his mate…or in this case, his mates.

Shay and Kia are two little enigmas. They are a bit different than the rest of the pack, sort of a package deal, and their powers are something new to the guys, as well. But, as we have been led to believe all along, the end game paranormal war required everyone to have their mates and stand together to survive and win…and Cass is one of the last…if not the last.

One of the things I like about this series is how inclusive they all are to everyone’s new mates. No one who belongs is left to feel less than. Jesse and Taylor, especially, go out of their way to make it a home, and I love that. Another solid installment in The Angel Pack series…though I am getting nervous since the next book is called, Fin…that doesn’t bode well, huh?

Overall Impression: I really liked it!
