One More Thing
I didn't ask to slip on a piece of gum then fall in love with a man who would die before the ink was dry on our marriage certificate.

How much did I love this book? Reading until 2.30am in the morning, that's how much!
Despite this being sub-titled as 47 Things #2 it CAN be read stand alone. I know that because I haven't read 47 Things. I don't know if my heart and soul could stand it, I cried enough at this book - even though we were getting a forever love story. Jude, Sarah, Ty and Tyler made me laugh, smile and sob. They made my soul ache with a longing for something that would never be and my heart sing with joy at them finding their always.
Listening to Sarah's struggles, her pain and loneliness, and then reading Tyler's journal extracts, lord that didn't just break my heart, it shattered it into a million tiny shards. Thank goodness there was the awkward, bumbling, geeky Jude there to glue it back together.
I did miss having Jude's voice in the book, it meant I didn't connect to him at the same level as I did Sarah. However I still felt I knew him and I still really, really, REALLY loved the book.

One of my top favorites of 2017!
Yesterday I finished reading one of my top favorite books of the year! I have NOT cried this much in ANY book before. From chapter one to the epilogue, I kept shedding tears non-stop and ugly sobbing in some parts so bad that I ended up having to take a break from the book several times. My vision kept getting blurry and my headache turned into a migraine. Don't get me wrong, I have absolutely no regrets of the pain I am in today because this book was worth it. My eyes are still puffy, my head still hurts, I not only feel emotionally exhausted, but physically drained. But oh, did my heart heal along with Sarah and everyone else!
I said my final goodbye to Tyler and even though I read 47 Things two years ago, I still felt like it had been just yesterday that my heart had been broken. I never got over it and when the author announced a sequel, I was super excited and dying for an ARC.
This book was EVERYTHING; raw, heartbreaking and realistic. My emotions were all over the place (the FEELS were strong with this one). The author did an amazing job at describing how Sarah was feeling throughout the book. Sarah was able to fall in love again, but that didn't mean she had forgotten her first love, Tyler. Jude was like heaven sent for her. He had his own demons to sort out, but he was perfect with her son, Ty. Patient, understanding, hot-nerdy type with so much love for Sarah. They both stopped existing, began to live again and got their second chance at a happily ever after.
I can't thank the author enough for writing this sequel and giving us all closure. She did an amazing, overall job with the story; the flow and everything was consistent. I can't wait for Rigby's spinoff and to read more from this author! One More Thing mended my heart and I cannot give it enough stars!

ARC received for an honest review
It is time to buy shares in Kleenex, as you are going to use copious amounts of tissues
A couple of years ago, Lilliana Anderson ripped my heart out with her book 47 things.
Now she must have thought that enough time had passed that she might as well rip it out again with One More Thing.
And she has. This is how I picture her as she reads reviews
You will need to have read 47 Things prior to reading One More Thing, as this continues on down the track from where 47 ended.
This book was everything I wanted for our lovely Sarah - even though I didn't know it until I read it.
I laughed, I cried, I smiled, then cried a lot more tears. You would think that Ms Anderson got paid by the tears collected from her readers, as she sure does know how to get us going!
Sarah and Tyler's love was epic - but that doesn't mean she can't fall in love again, right?
I don't want to give anything away about the story, as I believe this is one is best going in blind.
Just know that it will wreck you, but put you back together again.
Thank you Ms Anderson for another gut wrenching, heart breaking read.
But please give my heart time to heal before you decimate it again.

This is the book I wanted ever since book one ended I so hoped we would get a continuation of Sarah's story and this was just perfect in every way.
So like me I'm sure your heart was a broken bleeding mess after 47 Things but I always had faith that Lilliana would put it back together and she did one page at at a time.
It's been five years and Sarah is still grieving, she's alive but not really living when fate ( I like to think it was Tyler ) kick starts her heart again.
I'm not telling you anything about the story go in blind you really won't regret it. You will need lots of tissues, Tyler's journal entries will break you ( oh how I miss him ).
I can't wait to see the author is going to write next.

One More Thing is the sequel to 47 Things. Were 47 Things tears your heart to shreds, One More Thing will help it heal. Lilianna does an amazing job with Sarah and Jude's story. You'll shed more tears but also laugh and be happy for Sarah while she finds strength to let go of her grief and learn to love again. This was an emotional book but its also a healing book. Amazing Must Read!!

As an ARC I have received an advance copy of the book for my honest review. As usual, Lilliana Anderson does NOT disappoint. I could NOT put the book down - totally put life on hold to read. I laughed, I cried and cried some more. Happy tears, sad tears. Such a great book and finally puts Sarah's life in order. Ty and Jude are characters that compliment her and give her life meaning. Love the way the other characters in her life find their closure as well. I have been waiting a long time for this release and was not left empty. Bravo!! A MUST READ!

Ok so when I finished 47 Things and I wrote my review, one of the things I wrote was to grab a box of tissues cause you will definitely need it! Now I've finished One More Thing and I'm saying it again, grab a box of tissues cause you will need it and I needed it from the start. I love all the stories I've read so far from Lilianna Anderson but 47 Thing was my favourite and now she has made it even better for me by writing One More Thing. This story is so much more than a person or people grieving, it's a story of dealing with ones past, a story of love, a story of learning to survive and learning how to heal but most of all it's a story about getting a second chance at life and love. If you've read 47 a Things you will definitely want to read One more Thing and for those of you who haven't read 47 Things do yourselves a favour and grab yourself a copy you will not be disappointed. I received an ARC and in return I'm leaving my honest review.

A few years back Lilliana released 47 things. This book had torn me to pieces. It took me a while to recover from this book. Now she has written One More Thing and I cried even harder with this book.
Sarah and Tyler had a love that was beyond amazing. In 47 things, Tyler lost his life to MS. One More Thing is the story of Sarah slowly getting her life back..... I am not going to spoil anything for you. I went into this book blind. I love everything Anderson has written, this book topped them all..
It was a beautiful yet heartbreaking story of Sarah finding herself and learning to live again after losing her husband.
One More Thing deserves way more than a measly 5 star rating. Amazing heartfelt book!!!

Tissues, check! Cause you bawled your eyes out in 47 Things so we know that we will need to bawl again and again reading One More Thing. If we thought Fate intervened in 47 Things you need to think again cause Fate re-aligned again in this story. I don’t care if others agree or not, but Tyler definitely had something to do with this story. Let’s not forget that the gum comes into play again. I don’t know if you should laugh or cry at that moment. Jude Oh Jude! You have us laughing hysterically and then crying with your own demons.
Sarah is struggling to move on even after five years of Tyler being gone. Ty is just her added bonus of keeping the Golden Boy in her memories. How do you move on and still keep your first love alive? Your first love will always be your first love and as long as you let the memories stay alive it is OK to move on and love again. Tyler would agree and just ask his journals as it is written for us to see. Yes, we finally got to see Tyler’s POV from his journal entries that we didn’t get to see in 47 Things. He still makes us cry and laugh in memory. Be still your heart when moments come through between Sarah and Tyler. Some may think this is crazy, I believe and know that it is possible for this to occur. It leaves your heart tugging and beating at the same time reading this.
Jude, compliments of Tyler meets Sarah with the same Gum hap stance except a different body part. Oh my gosh, Jude experiences more injuries than Sarah did and I don’t know if you should laugh or cry at Sarah’s actions. Hilarious but it is not! Jude is quirky, but while he knows Sarah has baggage he sees something that he tries to fight off. Forget fighting a Ghost, how about fighting off the MIL. You shall see and only Sarah’s mom can put the MIL in place. I get it, I do, but it was totally uncalled-for cause Sarah could never ever forget Tyler and will always keep in memory forever.
Just when you think the tears are over and you will start to see the story of Jude and Sarah move forward here comes the ceremony with Tyler’s entire family and his BF, Alex. First you cry over Tyler’s dad finally coming to light, then his mom, Sarah’s parents, Alex, but holy tears can’t stop falling when it comes to Ty and Jude’s statements. This was a perfect tribute to Tyler and cause. The epic love story will never be forgotten and then to see where it lead with Jude and Sarah. The bond between Ty and Jude is the bond that I believe Tyler and Ty would have had. If you think Sarah’s emotions are all over the place, just know that you will feel the same way reading this. Holy tearjerker this is story worth reading!!
While it is best to read 47 Things prior to reading this story, I almost feel like it can be read as a standalone, but if you want the full background to Tyler and Sarah than you definitely should read that book first. This book does an awesome job of giving us a background though should you decide to skip it for whatever reason. Maybe cause you can only cry so much before you have to take stock in the tissue company reading both these books. Haha. This is a beautiful story, packed with emotion and worth the second chance romance that was deserved. Now go grab this book, a stick of gum and some tissues and read this story! You will not be disappointed even if you have tears stuck on your face it is so worth the emotional ride. No one said love was easy!

THIS BOOK! This book was everything I hoped for for Sarah Lohan in the sequel to 47 Things.
47 Things is a book I've read so many times in the last two years. I recommend it constantly, despite the fact that it's a complete sobfest. And I still cry with every re-read. So I had my tissues ready when I tore into One More Thing, and I am so glad that I had them readily available, because Anderson writes just as many tear-worthy moments in Sarah's second story as she did in the first.
OMT was a perfect tribute to Tyler and Sarah's epic romance, combined with the brutal decision of letting go your first love and moving on with your life to open yourself up to love again. The moment that Sarah meets Jude is so perfect, you just KNOW that Tyler had something to do with it. Little by little, their friendship grows, and Sarah's emotions are all over the place as she goes back and forth between wanting to spend time with Jude, but feeling like she was betraying Tyler at the same time. Add into the mix sweet little Ty, and Sarah's guilt was compounded as she witnessed her son form a bond with Jude that he'd never have with his own father.
I loved how this story wasn't just about Sarah struggling with letting go of Tyler and allowing herself to be happy again with Jude. It was also very much about Jude battling his demons and putting them to rest so he could be happy again in his life, with Sarah. Together, they heal each other's hearts and soothe each other's souls. Together, they learn to LIVE life again rather than just walk through the motions.
Sprinkled throughout the chapters are entries from Tyler's journal, beautifully tying together the first book with the second. And the ceremony when Tyler's entire "family" gathers together to scatter his ashes? I really think I cried harder then than I had when his heart stopped beating to begin with.

*Firstly, you must read 47 Things before reading this book or it will make no sense what so ever!*
This story is about a family who is grieving, but mainly it is about Sarah and how she is coping with Tyler's absent since he passed away.
The details involved in Sarah's emotions, thoughts and actions were so real. The indecisiveness, guilt, deserving happiness and decisions were how a person would feel in this situation, these emotions are typical for a person who loved someone as much as Sarah loved Tyler!
It was five years since Tyler's death and every year Sarah always went back to the same location on their anniversary of where she crossed paths with Tyler in Uni, that day changed their lives. Sitting next to that path on this day she threw a wad of gum on the path to mark her anniversary when a random person happens to step-on-it at that precise moment.........what are the chances!!! The chain of events that happen after this incident is how this story takes place. Jude, the random gum stepping guy, happens to be just what Sarah needs! This story shows how broken people can mend, compromise and let people into their hearts even though they are suffering and in pain. I thoroughly enjoyed this book. At first I thought Jude could not be for Sarah, no, something was off about him and then I understood why as I read on in this book. Here is a warning; tissues, you will need them. A heart shattering sequel by Lilliana
Two years ago I read a book called 47 THINGS by Lilliana Anderson, and my heart was completely shattered. there was no HEA with that story. That was the story of Sarah and Tyler, and a love that was meant to last forever. But this was Lilliana, and nothing is ever easy with her.
Now it is two years later, and Sarah's story is about to continue. Will it be a life of forever grieving and remembering Tyler? Or, will Lilliana allow love to find Sarah again?
A word of warning, even though ONE MORE THING can be rea as a standalone, you really should read 47 THINGS first, in order to gain a full understanding of Sarah's story - her love and her loss. Tissues are a definite must, as this one will break your heart even more.
Going in blind is the best way to approach this continuation - in this way reactions and emotions will be a lot more realistic and spontaneous. This one will certainly pull at all of your emotions - even after you have finished it. This is one almighty book hangover.
A highly recommended read. Ms Anderson at her brilliant best, once again.

Two years ago I read a book called 47 THINGS by Lilliana Anderson, and my heart was completely shattered. there was no HEA with that story. That was the story of Sarah and Tyler, and a love that was meant to last forever. But this was Lilliana, and nothing is ever easy with her.
Now it is two years later, and Sarah's story is about to continue. Will it be a life of forever grieving and remembering Tyler? Or, will Lilliana allow love to find Sarah again?
A word of warning, even though ONE MORE THING can be rea as a standalone, you really should read 47 THINGS first, in order to gain a full understanding of Sarah's story - her love and her loss. Tissues are a definite must, as this one will break your heart even more.
Going in blind is the best way to approach this continuation - in this way reactions and emotions will be a lot more realistic and spontaneous. This one will certainly pull at all of your emotions - even after you have finished it. This is one almighty book hangover.
A highly recommended read. Ms Anderson at her brilliant best, once again.

I absolutely devoured 47 Things, the first book in this series. When I saw that there was a sequel, I just had to read it. I really wanted a HEA for Sarah after everything that happens in book one.
And whilst this one has a much happier ending, it still managed to rip my heart out into little pieces, and having me ugly crying whilst I was reading.
There are still many things to be dealt with in this book, but Lilliana has written it wonderfully. And while I think Tyler still has my heart, she managed to piece it back to together again with the way that she progresses this story for Sarah and their family and friends.
I smashed through this book, and I definitely recommend reading this series. Must be read in order though.

I had my tissues ready in preparation knowing this would be an emotional read and boy did I need them. There were certain moments when I literally had to put it down and walk away because I could no longer read the words due to the tears streaming down my face. Thankyou Lilliana for writing such a beautiful and heartfelt second chance romance. I was devastated for Sarah and where things ended and I can see why it took two years to complete her story.
Ty and Jude will melt the hardest of hearts and even though some parts were emotionally draining, I would still read it again and again. It gives you hope that even though life is short and eventually we will all end up losing someone we love dearly, if there is one message you should take from this it is that we still need to live and try to move forward while always holding their memories dearly in our hearts. This was such an amazing story that I was fortunate enough to recieve an ARC for. This was my honest review.

Can fate really happen in the same place and to the same person? Well Lilliana Anderson can write two books that will make you feel like your heart is being ripped out over a stick of gum on the same sidewalk.

I am so in love with this series!!!! The second book was just as amazing as the first.....if not a tad more. I am so happy for Sarah! This story sucked me in amd i had to keep reading!! Their love story was a fun, flirty yet it made me bring out the tissues!! I am always in awe of how you bring your characters to life and make me love each and every one of them. Thank you for the story of Tyler and Sarah and for the wonderful ending of Sarah and Jude. It was so wonderful to read and exoerience. I cannot wait for the audio also!!❤️

MAKE SURE YOU HAVE PLENTY OF TISSUES BEFORE STARTING THIS BOOK
After reading 47 Things when it first came out I thought there was no way a sequel could do it justice.....
Boy was I wrong, Lilliana did a beautiful job with One More Thing.
She ripped my heart out and stomped all over it, only to carefully piece it back together again when she was done with it.
It's a beautiful story told woth love and compassion and I absolutely adored it.

One More Thing
The story of Sarah and Jude was the best book that I've read about having lost the love of your life and learning to live again. Grieving is hard to do no matter who it is that you loose. If Sarah had not allowed herself to live and grieve it would have affected her son Tyler . This story was so real it made you laugh and of course cry. Lillian you out done yourself on this book. It was one of the best one ever.

Ever since I read 47 Things by Lilliana Anderson, I have been waiting for Sarah to get her happily ever after. My poor heart was shattered in a million pieces, after 47 Things, and One More Thing was the perfect way to put it back together.
For the past four years, Sarah has simply just been existing not living. She drifts day to day making sure her young son is cared for, but ultimately she just put her life on hold. Then because of another fateful stick of gum, she meets Jude.
After a few other run ins, and subsequent mishaps, Sarah and Jude start to spend time together.
Their relationship is a slow build up. They both had deep emotional scars that they had to deal with, before they could be each other's foundation.
One More Thing was the perfect follow up to 47 Things. Even though it was a tough road to put the pieces back together, it happened, and I don't think it could have been done any better.

Can someone explain to me what I didn’t like about this book? Oh yeah. The answer is nothing. There is nothing I didn’t not only like but love about this book. One More Thing by Liliana Anderson is the continuing story for Sarah. To be honest, I didn’t read book 1, 47 Things. I’m pretty sure that one would have crushed my insides into dust. Unfortunately now that I’ve read this book, I’m going to have to go back and read it.
One More Thing is just exquisitely written. You will feel every emotion as you read this book. You will cry, that’s a promise. I really love how Lilliana Anderson wrote this story. The characters are so real. I mean like they are like actual people you know in your life. It’s like watching your best friend try and piece their life together after the loss of a spouse. I really and truly loved how excerpts from Tyler’s journal were included. A lot of times I find those bits from previous books tedious, but these excerpts just added to the overall experience of the book. The plot is complex. Lilliana Anderson put so much detail and thought into this story.

I love everything about the novel! It gave me all the feels. Having Tyler still there through his journal entries. Her growing relationships with everyone and opening up again for love, not just romantic love but all of it.

I haven't read Sarah and Tyler's story, but I need to remedy that soon. There are so many ways to go through grief. Not everyone deals with it the same, and as the story reminds us, not everyone goes through the same grief timeline. Watching Sarah go through grief and watching Ty have his little piece, even though he had no memories of Tyler was bittersweet. Tyler's Mom still had a panicked anger. But life does move on if one lets it. Jude was another puzzle to unscramble and figure out, but I liked that Jude and Sarah had each other to help move forward in life. I loved that Tyler's journal was used as well.

Since the end of 47 things and I've been waiting for One More Thing and OMG Liliiana you just broke my eyes, this book had torn me to pieces, I cried and cried, I begged, I smiled, and cried and cried and laughed and cried a just little bit more.
Just felt for Sarah, her pain, her sadness and her happiness and it was perfect!
As usual beautiful writing.

One More Thing again had me hooked from the blurb.
This story, Sarah's happy ever after is just as powerful and emotive and involving as her and Tylers story.

A follow up to what happened to Sarah (book one) after her love/husband died of M.S. Reading this story you will need tissue and a strong possibility a sadness will come over you but boy can Ms. Anderson write a tale. Its been five years since Sarah husband died and she left raising their son alone with the help of her mother in law. In the eve of her anniversary of meeting Tyler she goes back to the scene of the crime to reminisce. While there she threw out a gum that landed on a man who ended up falling. So begins her fate and meeting Jude. Once the awkwardness of their meeting is behind them Sarah realizes she's attracted to Jude but fights it because she feels like she's been unfaithful to her dead husband. Ms. Anderson weaves a very intricate tale of how does one get over a forever love to hopefully find love again. Story is narrated through Sarah. We see through the pages/words her pain her sadness her wanting to overcome but at times the suffering becomes too much. What can i say about Jude it takes a special man to feel confident about stepping into another man's family and finding love with the widower. Jude himself also we find out is dealing with his own suffering. Remarkable how they both fight against the odds to have a another love of a lifetime. Giving arc by the author for an honest review.

I didn't think I was ready to read this book after being destroyed by the first one. I am glad I did, although I was anything but ready this story healed my broken heart.
This story picks up 5 years after the death of our beloved Tyler. It shows us that Sarah is still mourning her epic love.
Anderson writes a beautiful story of grief, loss, healing, love, learning, and letting go. 47 Things and One More Thing have been an incredible lesson about life.
This story was beautifully done, I cried, oh how I cried. I cried until the very last page. There were very sad moments, I truly appreciated the excerpts from Tyler's journal, happy moments, and moments that are undescribable.
Jude, Jude, Jude I love him. He really made my heart sing, I fell for Tyler, he is irreplaceable, but, the way Jude wormed his way into my heart and taught me that we have the ability to love many, not one love is the same and they don't have to be. His flaws made him imperfectly perfect.
