About the author

William "Bill" Finger was an American comic strip and comic book writer best known as the uncredited co-creator, with Bob Kane, of the DC Comics character Batman, as well as the co-architect of the series' development. In later years, Kane acknowledged Finger as "a contributing force" in the character's creation. Comics historian Ron Goulart, in Comic Book Encyclopedia, refers to Batman as the "creation of artist Bob Kane and writer Bill Finger", and a DC Comics press release in 2007 about colleague Jerry Robinson states that in 1939, "Kane, along with writer Bill Finger, had just created Batman for [DC predecessor] National Comics".

Film and television credits include scripting The Green Slime (1969), Track of the Moon Beast (1976), and three episodes of 77 Sunset Strip.

first story a sharpshooter fights crime and replaces batman and he intends to be a crimelord luckily for batman i guess because that guy is good and he doesn't kill his enemies, when batman figures out his intentions he makes him confess.
second story is about a cursed cellar that makes everyone a homicidal maniac, batman figures there is something going on so he goes in and discovers a plant that make people go crazy and he exposes the guy who put the plant there.
third story batman and robin go to the future, the idea of that doctor that hypnotizes them and makes them go into other times was brilliant from bill finger and made for a great many interesting stories, anyway in this story they find that the joker descendant is actually a man of the law and they work with him to expose a series of crimes.
