In later years, Kane acknowledged Finger as "a contributing force" in the character's creation. Comics historian Ron Goulart, in Comic Book Encyclopedia, refers to Batman as the "creation of artist Bob Kane and writer Bill Finger", and a DC Comics press release in 2007 about colleague Jerry Robinson states that in 1939, "Kane, along with writer Bill Finger, had just created Batman for [DC predecessor] National Comics".
Film and television credits include scripting The Green Slime (1969), Track of the Moon Beast (1976), and three episodes of 77 Sunset Strip.

i am getting more lazy each day to add these issues of batman, but look and behold for once this issue was already here.
i feel this era of batman stories should really come to an end already, batman is just becoming more friendly with the authorities each issue, and more friendly with everyone else, its starting to get stale, and pretty predictable.
First Story Batman switches with a king of another country to save him from possible robbery, the issue is the genius idea is to dress the king as batman himself, thus putting the king in harms way and possible murder, way to go guys.
Second Story Batman college days its just utterly and completely stupid, you are giving bruce wayne a record of a champion of college in all athletic manners and also a degree in criminology, if that doesn't scream bruce wayne is batman i don't know what does, worst bill finger story for me.
Third story batman has to publicize the fire department struggles for a week, and at the same time helps the police to solve a big case, shining more light on the fire department, its best story of the issue for its significance, since it introduces the use of dangers of not putting out fires right, only problem is, is comics really the place for such stories? and if yes should it be a full 9 page story?
