The Gist: Kacey's on a downward spiral and her mom's had enough. Kicks her out and says don't come back until you're ready for help. Kacey's plan...more underage drinking at a bar. Thankfully an old family friend stumbles on her. And then decides to keep her. Along with his best friend.
Kacey, Harlan and Gabe were entertaining. The guys are 15 years older than her. Successful, sexy as all get out, a little dominant. They're good guys, though, even if they're robbing the cradle. Kacey. She's nursing a heartbreak. I thought her actions were a bit over the top for having been cheated on but okay. Other than the excessive drinking early on she's a nice heroine, too. A bit adventurous, a little naughty, trying to get her act together.
The sex was scorching. These two guys don't hold back once things get rolling and, whew, they have their way with her, that's for sure.
The only issue is editing. Same as book one. It could go another round. And some of the sex talk (exclamations!) had me giggling. lol
But overall Temptation & Trouble was fun. It's easy erotica that doesn't have a huge storyline but is entertaining.

Kacey is a 20 year old young woman that is using alcohol to numb the pain of her parents divorce and then the break-up of her engagement. She had been planning her wedding and future when it crashed down around her. Her drinking causes her mother to become concerned and she wants Kacey to stop and get some help, but Kasey moves out instead of listening. This move leads her into the home and arms of Harlan and Gabe. Harlan is a year out from his divorce which occurred because his wife was cheating on him. Gabe had grown up with his mother falling into love over and over again with different men only to have her heart broken each time, so he has never had a relationship in his life, avoiding them at all costs. When Kacey comes into their life everything changes for all of them. Kacey realizes she needs to move on with her life and does so with Harlan and Gabe. Harlan faces the fact that his marriage was never based on love and Gabe faces that happiness for himself can't be defined by his mothers experiences.
This was a fun fast paced story and I really did enjoy it but there are a couple of factors that I felt were missing that would have brought a new level of enjoyment for me and a probable 5 star review. First, I did not like the fact that they decided to hide their relationship from everyone, family, friends, the outside world period. I feel this is no different than the real world environment of people that live differently "hiding" in the closet. I would hope that in books we can have a world that people are free to love as they choose without worry of hate and non-acceptance. Of course I would like that for the real world also, but if it can be tackled in books, maybe people will start accepting as the norm. The second was wanting a little more of their relationship. I felt the story ended rather abruptly and would have liked to see how they actually took it to the next level rather than the implication that they all just accepted it as their long term future. Heck the three of them never actually sat down and discussed it. Harlan and Gabe talked about it and Gabe and Kacey also talked about it but not the three of them. Also each talked about love in their minds but no one actually said the words out loud to each other. If the book had to end I would have preferred it to at least end with them each declaring their love. As it was left it was really no more than three people having a really super good time with each other.
So while it was a good story that kept the pages turning I was left wanting more.

i read this book as part of an arc program. Kacey is a young woman who was cheated on by her fiancee and has not been able to get over it and move on. Kacey has spent the last two years drinking her sorrows away until her mother gets angry and Kacey moves out. When Kacey sees Harlan at a bar one night, he tells her about his divorce and she tells him about her failed engagement. Harlan was friends with Kacey's father but hasn't seen him un years. They have a great conversation and when Kacey goes back to a friends house, she fantasies about Harlan taking her virginity. When they meet again and Kacey tells him she needs to find a new apartment, Harlan asks his roommate Gabe if she can stay with them. Gabe and Harlan were college roommates and shared everything. When Harlan got divorced, he went to stay at Gabe's and never left. Gabe asks is Kacey is available for them to share and Gabe tries to fight his attraction. Gabe tries to hit on Kacey but she doesn't return his affection until Harlan and Gabe catch her watching Harlan. They then tell her they are willing to share her and they start a relationship. Gabe has never had a relationship before because of the things he saw his mother go through while he was growing up. Soon Gabe, Harlan and Kacey have to face everyone and their own feelings. I liked this book and thought they three had a great connection. I love how they wanted Kacey to go to college and would support through it. I love how they wanted her to repair her relationship with her mother.. Good one.

Kacey is trying to get over her boyfriend so she turns to alcohol and partying. This has her mother kicking her out of the house to see if she'll straighten herself up. Harlan can't believe its Kasey when he sees her she isn't anything like his friend's little girl anymore. Harlan is living with an old college buddy of his and when he learns about Kasey's circumstances he offers her a place to stay. Kasey wants to be a better person once Harlan and Gabe take her in so she quits drinking and partying and settles down in college. She never thought that she would ever get over what her ex did to her but now there's two men that are very interested in taking care of her together. When things get steamy between the three of them none of them really think anything bad about their unconventional lifestyle but what will Kasey's mother think if she finds out? Can the three of them have a happy relationship together?
This is a steamy hot story that will captivate you from the first page until the very end. The chemistry between Harlan, Kasey and Gabe is steamy hot. This is a well written and very entertaining story. I would recommend this to any book lover.

In this book we meet Kacey, Harlan, and Gabe. Kacey is a young girl who feel for a boy and agreed to marry him. Only to find out (before they got married luckily) that he preferred another's company. Yep he cheated and that was the end of them but 2 years later she still can't seem to get over it. She has been drinking as much as she can just to numb the pain. One night she runs into Harlan and she wonders what it would be like to be with a man like him. Harlan tells her on that same night about how he is no longer with his cheating wife. When Harlan brings up having Kacey at his place at first his first question is "Is she hot?" However one look at her and he is having thoughts he never had before. Can they all get a HEA or will their pasts make that impossible?
This is a super hot book. It does have its ups and downs that I really want to tell you about. However I don't want to ruin the book for any other readers. I will say this book will have you hooked from the first word to the very end. I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.

This was a great story. I couldn't put it down. I enjoyed the interaction between the characters.
Kacey has a rough couple of years and she is spirally out of control. One night, she reconnects with an old friend of his father and it led to her finding a place to live. Harlan and Gabe were roommates in college and when Harlan's marriage ended, Gabe offered him a place to crash. They fell back into old times of sharing a girl. Gabe doesn't want to settle down ever and Harlan needs to recover from his awful marriage. When Kacey comes to live with them everything changes. They connected and fell into a relationship. Temptations and Trouble is book 2 in the wonderful Surrender to Them book set, this book is a fast paced and an entertaining read, dealing with revealing truth, trust and is a great world building story. The characters in this story are well-developed and end up building an intense relationship, the other side of the MFM relationships, kind of on the hard-core side.
While, Temptations and Trouble is a good story and can be read as a standalone and the story has the ability to keep the readers turning the pages, it is not suitable for all ages and not to every reader’s liking and taste for a book. Ms. Kelli Callahan has done a terrific job writing this book, even though it was on the hard-core side. I did finish reading to give an honest review.

Kacey has been thrown out by her mother as she is drinking to much but it isn't her fault she is trying to get over her cheating boyfriend but now what is she going to do. She runs into Harlen a old friend of her fathers that she has always been a little hot for her. Harlen is now divorced and shares a home with his buddy Gabe he offers to let Kacey stay as well. Now Harlen and Gabe are quite willing to show Kacey just how hot they think she is and they don't mind sharing her. Be prepared for some super steamy scenes as these three learn to commit and also to let go of the past that is holding them all captive.

Kelli Callahan has released a quick and steamy read for us. While this is a wonderfully crafted romance, my favorite part was reading the strength Kacey found within herself to stop drinking. At only 20 years old, Kacey has heartbreak twice over, once when her parents divorced and having been cheated on by her fiance. After getting some 'tough love' by her Mother, she makes a life altering decision and leaves home with no destination in mind. This brings us to Harlan and Gabe. This is a fast paced book and I truly enjoyed every second of it.

I love reading menage romances as one women get two hot guys looking after her every hot sexy fantasy. These guys are hot buff and older men. She get killed out of her moms house for drinking to much which she is doing to get over her ex who cheated on her. She meets one of her dad friends she has always had a thing for and he lives with a college buddy. They let her move in and this is where the fun starts.

A short MFM older men and younger woman storyline. The story was good and interesting. Kacey meets up with an old family friend, goes to live with him and his roommate after she gets kicked out of the house for drinking too much and starts a relationship with both of them. The characters are relatable and likable. The chemistry is scorching hot. The plot flows well with the story and is filled with romance, drama and steamy sex. I would recommend this book.

I really felt for Kacey, she had her whole future mapped out after a two year engagement and then the expected wedding and marital bliss only it all disappeared when she found him cheating on her. I think in her position I would struggle too, the betrayal and hurt but also the lost dream. Lucky for Kacey we have her heroes in the form of Harlan and Gabe. Harlan was a friend of Kacey‘s father who she hasn’t seen in years so I thought that might make for a strained relationship, but it didn’t. After chatting with Harlan she found herself not wanting or needing to drink as much, which was a miracle after how much of an alcoholic she had become after the end of her engagement.
All in all I loved this book and read it in a single sitting. The MC was gutsy and smart once someone helped her. The guys helped her deal but she helped them too. I’m so glad Kacey got her happy ever after.
Highly recommend.

These three characters put the pieces back together .hot great story.

This was an amazing story with real characters Kacey is heartbroken when she finds her fiancé of 2 years having sex with her best friend. Harlan is a divorcée who ex wife was also caught cheating. Gabe is a wealthy bachelor and likes it that way. But together they fix everything that they have wrong going for them. Real issues with a positive resolution.

I loved it my only disappointment is I wanted to hear about thanksgiving dinner with all the families and an excerpt I feel the book was cut short but other than that it was fantastic that’s why I wanted more. The dynamic was great so many people deal with heartbreak differently hers was alcohol like a lot of people. This book was great I recommend greatly #Bookaholic #Sexy #MFM one of my fav MFM.

I loved this book. This is a cute novella showing what can happen when first love goes wrong but forever love comes along when you least expect it. You can definitely see all the points of view and hope there is an HEA down the road. I would love to see Kacey's mom get her own book.

Very good book. Harlan and Gabe, two older men who have been best friends since college. Kelsey is a young woman Harlen knew when she was younger. They meet again, sparks are there but they don't act on them. As Kelsey's life spirals downward Harlen and Gabe save her. Remarkable quick read.

I liked the story and the characters, but felt the book ended quite abruptly. I was looking for another chapter or expanded epilogue to end the book gracefully.
I liked the emotion, angst, and despair Lacey and Harlan's characters showed. It was very relatable and real.

Kacey was devistated by Chad chatting on her and she can't stop drinking to numb the pain.She meets Harlan at the bar and he's been cheated on by his now ex wife and is living with Gabe. They invite Kacey to live with them and eventually begin a relationship. Wish there was an epilogue showing them having a commitment ceremony and maybe Kacey pregnant.

Super cute story! I love the fact that Harlan tried to stay away from Kacey as long as he could, being old enough to be her dad and all. It follows with in the series as mfm and I like the way these books are written. The only thing I didn't like is the aburpt ending. Definitely a good short read. I'd recommend.

Kacey being almost homeless gets to live with the two hunks that are about to fall for her. A very powerful story that has a strong development of the relationship between the three of them.

Wow this book get so hot you may need a cold shower I absolutely could not get enough of this I was hooked from the first page great writing job bravo loved it and if anyone is looking a steamy wonderful read then add this one to your list you will not be disappointed I was not, I loved it
