Beyond Intention is a transformational life tool that enable you to break through the stuck states, mental and emotional blocks between you and living a joyful life of purpose. Developed from years of personal experience and refined by my fellow Dreamers around the globe over years of mentoring, sharing and indeed personal growth, the paradigm augments a range of modalities as a framework for effecting deliberate, real and lasting change in your life.
By his late twenties, Daniel Mangena was ready to give up. He had built and lost two multi-million dollar fortunes, but with everything stripped from him a second time and the shattering late diagnosis of Asperger’s syndrome; he felt that there was nothing left for him but failure.
In seeking a way to end his life, it was the fear of failing to do so effectively that lead him to understand he was central to every aspect of his life. This realisation gave him back his power. The methodology that he created as a result, ultimately led him to the creation of Stepping Beyond Intention his first best-selling book.
Daniel followed this up with three more best-selling books: From Time to Time, The Dreamer’s Manifesto and The Money Game: A Wealth Manifestation Guide.
These books have offered countless others the opportunity to learn from the years of personal experience and hardship that Daniel has gone through, as well as the hundreds of thousands of dollars he has spent on personal development coaching. They offer incredible value, insight and proven methods for wealth creation, time management and any other area of your life that you want to improve.
Today Daniel lives his ultimate, dream life in Cabo, Mexico with his young family. He speaks regularly, offers group coaching and one-to-one sessions. He is a guest contributor to Entrepreneur Magazine, Brainz Magazine, The Good Men Project and Elephant Journal to name but a few.
His ongoing mission is to empower people and give them what they need, in order to choose a life of abundance. He is passionate and dedicated to enabling others to realise their own, unique dream life - using the very tools that have enabled him to do just that.
Through his powerful speaking engagements, live coaching, retreats and writing: Daniel continues to create massive change and results for his clients. He is a shining example of how we can all choose to start again, any time that we want to and no matter how hopeless our situation may seem.
Stepping Beyond Intention wants to help guide you down a path of personal choices that will connect you with your desired results. The author, Daniel Mangena did not create his plan in a scientific lab, his research was gathered through real life experiences, otherwise known as the school of life. The goal of this book is to help people achieve their full potential through a series of steps that he shares throughout the pages of this book. I read the eBook format of this book and found many grammatical errors, but am choosing to give it four stars because I can see that it has the ability to help those in need of change, of a new direction for their life. I haven’t read many of these types of books, but I think that the straightforward approach this book has taken will be helpful to many.
‘Quit complaining – make yourself a magnet for more positive experiences’
British author Daniel Mangena formed The Mangena Foundation in 2015 and incorporated England and Wales in 2017 as a non-profit organization whose mission is to empower the next generations to create a better, brighter, safer, and more loving world. The foundation builds schools and orphanage in third world countries, mentors children in foster care and children’s homes in the UK and mentors young offenders and those in the criminal justice system in the UK. The key phrases are ‘emancipation through education’, ‘a safe home for every child’, ‘teaching creative independence’, and ‘supporting the value of creators of tomorrow.’
In this exceptional book, Daniel’s mission statement carries impact: “Spearhead an evolutionary uplift in universal consciousness by awakening people to the importance of their unique role. This that is already encoded in them by way of a deep and often ignored or undervalued passion defined as their Dream.” And as he has stated before, ‘Growth is a key component in nature—if you aren’t growing you are dying.’ His gift: a four-step system now called the Beyond Intention Paradigm.
As is his charge, Daniel focuses on guiding us on personal growth – the important step to taking control of our lives and fulfilling our dreams. In his words, ‘If you look at every experience that has been in your life, there is only one thing that has been present there all the time; you. In every win. In every lesson. In every challenge. You. This simple truth came to me at a truly dark time. If was this recognition that pulled me back from the brink of taking my own life; I was there at the centre of every experience I had sought to escape. If I change me, I can change it all. That moment was the birth of Beyond Intention and the start of my journey into my true purpose here on earth, and was born in a situation where I had every reason to push blame in a 100 different directions. But the joy I have in my life today, stems directly from my owning this.’
Perhaps the most pertinent view of the importance of this book is Daniel’s statement as follows: ‘Step with me Beyond Intention and open your mind to the paradigm of pure intention made manifest in your life, deliberately on command each time. I am not a scientist or mystic or sage but spent some time in the mystery schools and have spent nearly 20 years at the feet of all three of the former. I am a student of such, just as we are all students of life. I will not therefore insult the great works of others living and passed on who have dedicated themselves to teaching some of the more specialized areas that I will be sharing with you in this book. As much as possible I will be directing you to additional resources to add depth and substance to the ideas explored in this introductory journey into my work, but I do in all instances ask for your patience where certain leaps are made and do invite you to look a little deeper before rejecting any concepts that I have not expounded on with the greatest elegance.’
With that degree of supportive guidance and compassion, Daniel shares his life experiences that provide the foundation upon which we can implement our growth into enriched lives. Very highly recommended.
This is going to sound really stupid, but I recently got a puppy and I found the new level of responsibly extremely stressful. It changed so much about my life that I began to doubt my ability not only to care for my puppy, but to be able to handle all other aspects of my life. I felt like a complete failure and needed a boost, and not just the temporary one that chocolate brings.
I'm fairly new to the world of self-help books, having read the odd one in the past. But after a great success using a self-help book to help me beat my fear of flying and get on a place for the first time in 20 years, I'm much more open to them. 'Stepping Beyond Intention' by Daniel Mangena seemed like it would give me the advice and tools I needed to get past the block I had put on myself and help me to deal with some of my anxieties. And it really did!
The focus on 'Stepping Beyond Intention' is working on your own personal growth. By talking about his own experiences, I was reminded that in my past I have too struggled, but I came out of the other side every time, and this time I would too. Instead of providing you with a few motivational quotes, you are actually given tools and techniques to grow, however, you may need to. A very useful read for me.

Micro shifting train your brain to always to a set of steps in one way and routinely do it to change the outcome. Repeating affirmations and associating your true self with who you were brings enlightenment. I recommend this beginner to medium level metaphysical teachings here. A understanding of life in a easy to follow verbiage.

It’s a short guide to recognize your responsibility to life and to make conscious decisions and actions. Another self help book that turned one paragraph into an entire book.
UK author Daniel Mangena starts off his book here with admitting that he is not a scientist or mystic or sage but has gained much of his knowledge and insights from the school called life as we all learn about everything from it by what we go through and what we encounter. Mangena tells us that through this book, we will be learning how to direct our lives by choosing “here and now” paths that connect with the desired results that we all want to gain in life. Mangena further states that if we consider all the experiences that we have gone through, we will come to realize that the “only thing that has been present through it all is: us.” He tells us that we are the key figures through all the times we win, we learn a lesson, and in every challenge that we face.” Throughout this book, Mangena talks about his paradigm that he calls, “Beyond Intention”, which is a system of steps, tools and knowledge that he believes will help those who take part in it achieve their full potentials, attaining happiness, successes and the like. Also, Mangena informs us the readers that “Beyond Intention” is “structured to ‘reprogram the operating system that we manage so that there will be no need to focus on the conscious’ exceeding of the unconscious programs in us for they are all operating side by side for our supreme goodness.” Near the end of this intriguing book, Mangena is said to have initially developed “Beyond Intention” as a lifeline for his overwhelming suicidal thoughts. This basic, 4-step process really ended up turning his misery to happiness and as a result, making him want to share it with the world to which the full “Beyond Intention” system came into fruition.
This is an interesting, intriguing, but exceptional work because there are some grammatical drawbacks here and there but all in all, Mangena comes through as positive and very devoted to his creation, the Beyond Intention paradigm. He gives some great points and easily seems to describe his system in great detail. Mangena does give instances of when he was feeling low and depressive and how he utilizes his program every now and then to erase the feelings of doubt and negativity that may rise. I found this book to be an easy-to-read experience as well as a short and detailed book that all who may decide to read it may comprehend and understand.
I recommend this book to the depressed soul who has tried but to no avail therapy and any other psychological assistance there is out there. Just give this guy’s “Beyond Intention” some of your time and who knows, maybe it will work for you. Mangena lists all of his social media links and websites at the end of this book so that you can try him and his help out for your depression or suicidal thoughts. I think it works for the reluctant reader for it is only a 100 or less pages in length. I read this on kindle so it went by so fast and I was able to complete in three days long. I know it could be shorter for you, who knows?
Great book! It has a step-by-step breakdown of how one can bring their intentions (whether personal or professional) to life. I took copious notes in it and have been applying the principles/frameworks outlined in it in my life... And that's when the real magic of this book starts to happen. I've already seen huge shifts and results in my business, income, confidence, and overall happiness. I recommend this book 100%.
Dan's best book so far. They get better and better everytime. He combines what some think of as "spiritual' with known science to create practical, day today steps for changing one's life. No pie-in-the-sky bologna here, just good old-fashioned common sense. Worth the time and looking forward to his next book.
