Angela Ruth Strong’s romantic suspense stories just get better and better. Her latest novella, False Security, is one I enjoyed because I can actually envision it happening. Often, it seems this class of novels has a healthy dose of improbability. Not so here.
Angela also manages to insert her trademark humor and faith lessons. Yet, conversation never seems to get bogged down. The suspense element clearly moves swiftly along, with a couple of good twists and turns. Trust, faith, forgiveness, and life-change are all themes well-woven throughout this compelling book. For appropriate background music, imagine Whitney Houston’s 80’s dance beat in the background: “How Will I Know If He Really Loves Me?”
Quotables:”He put the foe in phony.”
and “She’d never see him for anything other than his mistakes.”
I was given a complimentary copy of this book. (I also purchased my own copy.) No review was required, and all opinions are my own responsibility.
