Aaaaaaa....blurb-nya menggoda sekali.
Saya rasa, Conan volume ini ceritanya bagus. Mungkin bakalan salah satu jadi volume yang akan selalu saya ingat, hihihi.
Kasus pertama adalah lanjutan kasus tengu dari volume sebelumnya. Membaca kasus ini rasanya rada bitter sweet gimana gitu. Di kasus ini ada unforgetable moment antara Shinichi dan Ran, tetapi kasus yang harus diselesaikan oleh Shinichi adalah kasus yang menyedihkan.
Saya rasa dari kasus ini dapat diambil pelajaran bahwa hal yang sangat penting bagi seseorang sebaiknya tidak perlu dirahasiakan dan dijadikan permainan. Walaupun tujuannya sebenarnya untuk memberikan kejutan. Atau setidaknya, dampingilah orang yang diberi kejutan itu saat menerima kejutannya, jadi kalau dia melewatkannya, kita bisa langsung memberi penjelasan.
Kasus kedua adalah kasus pencarian salah satu teman para detektif cilik yang bernama Maria Higashio. Maria tidak datang ke sekolah, padahal orang tuanya bilang kalau Maria pagi tadi berangkat ke sekolah. Nah lo, kemana Maria?
Saya rasa kasus ini agak sedikit berbahaya. Kalau saja para detektif cilik tidak berhasil menemukan Maria bisa fatal akibatnya.
Kasus ketiga diawali dengan adegan mendebarkan. Tapi adegan itu dialihkan dulu ke kasus sebenarnya yang terjadi di restoran kelinci hitam. Ini kasus untuk orang dewasa saya rasa. Tapi untunglah kesalahpahaman yang terjadi bisa diluruskan.
Kasus keempat adalah kasus yang sedikit mengerikan kalau menurut standar saya. Cara korban dibunuh itu loh, membuat saya pengin menutup mata. Sayang kasusnya bersambung. Saya penasaran sekali bagaimana lanjutannya. Semoga Conan volume berikutnya cepat terbit.
At last, seperti biasa, selalu 5 dari 5 bintang untuk Conan. It was amazing.

Currently, Shinichi is on a class trip to Kyoto with his nominal high school classmates Ran Mouri (Rachel Moore) who is also his girlfriend and Conan’s caretaker, Sonoko Suzuki (Serena Sebastian), her wealthy best friend, and Masumi Sera, a tomboyish amateur detective with a mysterious past. Shinichi’s using doses of a temporary antidote to the regression poison so that he can actually be on the trip with the aid of his Kyoto-resident rival Heiji Hattori (Harley Hartwell).
This being the kind of series it is, the fun class activities have been coinciding with a series of murders of film professionals seemingly committed by a tengu crow goblin.
This winds up with another murder attempt at Kiyomizu Temple as an invisible assassin with bloody footprints stalks the final victim. Except that the detectives finally figured out the pattern and the last person lives. The motive for the murders turns out to be horribly misguided.
Since there’s still a little time left in the trip, Ran takes the opportunity to “leap off the stage at Kiyomizu Temple” and kiss Shinichi. Regrettably, before he can return the favor, he feels his antidote wearing off and has to skedaddle. Sera attempts to follow but Conan and Heiji manage to obfuscate the escape.
The classmates are reminded not to post anything about Shinichi’s presence online as he’s still officially a missing person. We learn why Ran was talking to Okita, a kendo star who looks a lot like Shinichi, establishing his romantic subplot. Masumi contacts her mother with the news of a possible cure. Heiji fumes because he was trying to set up Kiyomizu Temple as a confession site with his crush Kazuha, and he refuses to follow Shinichi in anything.
The solution to the case makes international news, and despite all the precautions, it leaks online that Shinichi Kudou was present, an item of interest to the three top suspects for being Rum, second-in-command of the Black Organization.
Back in Tokyo, Conan’s cover story is that he’s been sick with a cold the last few days and bunking at Dr. Agasa’s place. Which is right next to the Kudou house, which is currently occupied by another ally of Conan’s. The press is trying to get confirmation on what is going on with Shinichi.
Meanwhile, at Conan’s school, Ai (Anita) and the Detective Kids are tasked with checking in on their classmate Maria who never made it into school today. It turns out that she stopped by her late grandmother’s place for a treasure hunt, but a mild earthquake has disrupted the clues and made it more dangerous than it should be.
Some shenanigans involving Okita and behind the scenes manipulation by Shinichi’s parents temporarily take off the heat. And then we get a big reveal–the name of the most likely suspect to be the head of the Black Organization! (Not that anyone’s going to follow up on that for a long while.)
Toru Amuro, the Cafe Poirot employee who is secretly Bourbon, a spy for the Black Organization who is looking for clues about Shinichi’s existence, drops by the office of Kogorou Mouri (Roy Moore), the private eye who’s the father of Ran and the unwitting host of Conan. He fishes for information on the recent rumors of Shinichi being in Kyoto, but Ran is not that easily convinced to talk. Then Amuro is invited along on Kogorou’s latest case.
So Amuro, Kogorou, Ran and Conan end up at the Black Bunny Club, a “gentlemen’s club” where the hostesses dress in “sexy bunny” outfits. Conan pretends to be oblivious to the scanty clothing, though Ran is a little miffed.
One of the customers has received a threatening note warning him to stay away from the club. But he is defying it because he’s especially chummy with one of the employees. Some set up of possible motives and personality clashes later, the hostess is poisoned. This one was a bit easier for me to figure out, even down to the secret motivation.
However, we learn a bit more about Amuro when he suddenly flashes back to memories of a mysterious female doctor…who we’ve seen before. And then there’s a meeting between him, the supposedly dead Akai, and a couple of surprise guests.
Time to check in with the cops! Specifically, Sergeant Naeko Miike of the Metropolitan Traffic Division. Her romantic subplot is that she’s interested in Detective Sargeant Kazunobu Chiba but won’t tell him until he figures out that she’s his childhood sweetheart. She runs into Conan, Ai and the Detective Kids at a street crossing, and gives them an impromptu lecture on following the traffic rules. No one notices a shadowy figure nearby who seems displeased by “rules.”
Frustrated by her love life, Miike goes to karaoke with two other traffic cops. Afterwards, one of the other policewomen is ambushed in a park and murdered. The one clue is that she’s pointing at…a swing set?
Detectives Takagi and Sato are assigned to the case, and naturally Conan also takes an interest. It’s determined that the most likely suspect would be someone who had a grudge against the deceased, and there was a particularly heated traffic stop a few days back. There were three very upset drivers who’d been detained for rules violations.
The second traffic officer suddenly realizes what the clue means, and tries to confront the suspect on her own. She winds up dead too. A “bent copper” coin is found at this corpse, just like the other, confirming it’s a grudge against the police…
Because this one has both a small advance in the romantic relationship and a major reveal in the myth arc, it's a must-have for Detective Conan fans.

Maria Higashio doesn’t show up at school, so Kobayashi sends Haibara and the Detective Boys to check on her. The kids suspect she might have gone to her late grandparents’ home to participate in a scavenger hunt they once planned for her—and they set off to follow her trail.
THE CHAMPAGNE COLLAPSE AT BLACK BUNNY’S CLUB
Kogoro is invited to Black Bunny’s Club to investigate a threatening letter, dragging Conan, Ran, and Amuro along. During their meal, a waitress suddenly collapses after a sip of champagne. The suspects? The only three people who could’ve touched her glass: the client, his butler, and a rival waitress.
TRAFFIC LESSONS, KARAOKE… AND A SERIAL MURDER
Naeko meets the Detective Boys and gives them a mini traffic-sign lesson while waiting at a crosswalk. Later, she heads to karaoke with two coworkers who admit they’ve been stalked. By morning, one is found bludgeoned to death and the other has fallen from her apartment. Chiba, Shiratori, and a passing Kuroda arrive at the scene—where Kuroda declares it a serial policewomen murder case.

Hmmm. Okay. I’m really not a fan of how the motives in this volume shake out. Once again, the killers, or almost-killers, are acting because they misunderstood the victim, or the would-be victim, and it all feels a bit too neat. Convenient, even. They have used this trick more than once now, and instead of feeling tragic or poignant, it just feels like the writer reached into the same box of excuses and pulled out the same slip of paper.
We are told (and shown) repeatedly that Shinichi and his crew are brilliant, the sharpest knives in the detective drawer, yet they cannot keep the fact that he is alive under wraps. The way that detail surfaces here feels far too easy. There were other cases that would have earned that kind of reveal.
On the other hand, we have a new villain, a new name (sort of) stepping into the story. It gives the sense that we might be shuffling toward the endgame of the series at last, or at least into the “final big arc” territory.
The policewomen serial murder case is genuinely interesting, though. That one has proper tension and stakes, and I am especially hoping it nudges Miike and Chiba’s story forward. If we must suffer through repeated motive tropes, the least they can do is give those two some progress.

Gosha Aoyama’s long running series continues to go hard and entertaining. This continues where volume 94 left off, so you may need to be refreshed with where it left off depending on when you read volume 94 (the curse of being caught up on a series). The adventures continue from there with the Junior Detectives and then jumps into a murder mystery involving the Black Bunny Club (which gives the vibes of the Playboy Bunny’s in this story). The final story within these pages has the Junior Detectives hot on a murder case! I am always amazed at these young kids sniffing right around a homicide case. But…always entertaining!

Lots of happenings, advancing the relationship between Ran and Shinichi, the animosity between Akai and Amuro is explored, and oh yeah some mysteries as well. The black organization believes Kudo Shinichi may in fact be alive, which will put all of his friends in danger. How is he going to get out of this one!

I am getting back to reading comics and graphic novels now. I like watching the anime weekly and it was a pleasure to read this. A delightful read with mostly filler material, but also some advancement of the main plot. Thanks to Edelweiss for a reviewer copy.

I do wish the Kyoto storyline could’ve been compiled into one volume, but that’s okay. Such is the nature of manga. I’m certainly getting into chapters I’ve watched. It’s nice to revisit them.

Akhirnya, sodara-sodara seri 95 keluar juga! kwkw
Hal yang saya cari ketika pergi ke toko buku yaaaaaa komik ini, udah jarang banget beli buku (alhamdulillah) karena masih punya hutang buku yang belum dibaca di kamar, hahaha.
Oke,
Cerita dibuka dari lanjutan kasus pembunuhan penulis di seri berikutnya termasuk Conan yang menjadi Shinichi di kegiatan study tour sekolahnya yang membawa masalah baru dalam kehidupan si kecil Conan yang membuat kedua orang tuanya jauh--jauh kembali dan menetap di Tokyo dalam jangka waktu lama.
Kedua,
Klub Detektif Cilik berusaha menemukan teman mereka yang tidak masuk dan membawa mereka memecahkan kata sandi yang ditinggalkan oleh nenek teman mereka, sementara Conan dan Profesor Agasa sibuk menyelesaikan masalah yang ditimbulkan oleh Shinichi, haha.
Lalu,
Kasus percobaan pembunuhan pelayan kafe kelinci dengan tiga tersangka utama. Kasus yang diawali dari surat ancaman kepada seorang miliarder dan mengajak Kogoro, Ran, Conan, dan Amuro bertemu di kafe kelinci yang kemudian menjadi tempat kejadian perkara. Ternyata, sesederhana itu motif kejahatan pelaku.

Hal yang saya cari ketika pergi ke toko buku yaaaaaa komik ini, udah jarang banget beli buku (alhamdulillah) karena masih punya hutang buku yang belum dibaca di kamar, hahaha.

Cerita dibuka dari lanjutan kasus pembunuhan penulis di seri berikutnya termasuk Conan yang menjadi Shinichi di kegiatan study tour sekolahnya yang membawa masalah baru dalam kehidupan si kecil Conan yang membuat kedua orang tuanya jauh--jauh kembali dan menetap di Tokyo dalam jangka waktu lama.

Klub Detektif Cilik berusaha menemukan teman mereka yang tidak masuk dan membawa mereka memecahkan kata sandi yang ditinggalkan oleh nenek teman mereka, sementara Conan dan Profesor Agasa sibuk menyelesaikan masalah yang ditimbulkan oleh Shinichi, haha.
Lalu,
Kasus percobaan pembunuhan pelayan kafe kelinci dengan tiga tersangka utama. Kasus yang diawali dari surat ancaman kepada seorang miliarder dan mengajak Kogoro, Ran, Conan, dan Amuro bertemu di kafe kelinci yang kemudian menjadi tempat kejadian perkara. Ternyata, sesederhana itu motif kejahatan pelaku.

Dikomik ini ada 4 kasus. yang pertama lanjutan dari cerita di komik yang sebelumnya,yaitu kasus yg terjadi ketika Conan ikut wisata sekolah di Kyoto sebagai Shinichi Kudo.
lalu ada kasus ketika Ai dan kawan2 berusaha mencari keberadaan Maria, teman sekolah mereka. mereka harus memecahkan kode peninggalan almh nenek Maria untuk mencari petunjuk dan menemukan Maria.
kemudian Conan, Ran dan Amuro bersama Kogoro Mouri mengunjungi sebuah tempat bernama Kelinci Hitam untuk bertemu dengan seorang klien yang menerima surat ancaman.mereka berusaha menemukan siapa pengirim surat tersebut sebelum ancaman tersebut memakan korban.
yang terakhir adalah kasus pembunuh berantai yang mengincar para polwan dan cerita ini masih bersambung ke volume berikutnya
dari keempat cerita ini aku paling suka cerita yang kedua,ceritanya sebenarnya sederhana tapi rasanya seru bgt,jadi berasa ikutan heboh mencari dimana Maria berada
yang bikin sebel dari serial ini adalah gak tahan sama banyaknya volume komik ini,plus nggak selesai2 juga,makin lama ceritanya makin kompleks,sepertinya semua orang didekat Conan itu ikutan terlibat dengan organisasi Baju Hitam..ya ampun kapan komik ini bakalan selesai yak..semoga komiknya nggak hiatus

Finally!!! After countless filler cases and even filler volumes no. 94 & 95 finally start to wrap things up 🙌

The struggles of their love story was one of the reasons I started reading this manga (almost 10 years ago in middle school^^) and it is such a relief they managed to confess their love and (almost!) share a kiss 🥰

Reading the last chapter of this volume I started thinking about the fact that almost every character is somehow struggling in their love life. So I’m looking forward to more progress in that matter and I’m curious how many of them will have a happy ending (because if everyone was happy in the end it would be boring, right?).
Although not too much, the main story around the black organisation sees some progress, too. I’m still a little bit confused because Toru seems to be such a nice guy - why is he working for the bad guys??!
All in all, vl. 95 brought some real progress and even for those who are tired of Conan because of many filler cases - this one (and 94) is a MUST READ 😊👍

Arriva la risoluzione del caso del Tengu e arriva anche la risposta di Ran alla dichiarazione di Shinichi fatta a Londra. Non servivano grandi discorsi o frasi memorabili ma un semplice bacio sulla guancia è bastato per suggellare la nuova relazione tra i due. Ma tornando a la trama: la gita scolastica ha confermato che Sera conosce la vera identità di Conan e che la madre di Sera è stata colpita dalla stessa sorte del giovane detective, curioso di vedere come si faranno dare l’antidoto ma soprattutto, la riunione della famiglia Akai, solo io sono desideroso di vederla? Purtroppo il caso risolto durante la gita scolastica ha portato l’attenzione su Shinichi, anche se aveva chiesto a tutti di mantenere il silenzio sulla sua partecipazione alle indagini; il suo nome è trapelato online destando l’interesse proprio dell’Organizzazione o almeno di Rum, infatti lo stesso chiede ad Amuro di investigare sul detective. Ultima grande rivelazione del volume: CARASUMA, abbiamo un nome per il capo dell’organizzazione! Sto vedendo la luce in fondo a un tunnel durato 30 anni!

Biasanya aku jarang menulis review komik ini, meski sudah mengoleksi dari volume 1 hingga volume 96. Tapi kali ini sengaja bikin, karena ada sesuatu yang membuatku excited.
Identitas Pemimpin Organisasi Hitam!
Beberapa tahun lalu, ada banyak teori mengenai siapa Big Boss organisasi paling licin nan jahat ini. Dengan adanya volume 95 ini, akhirnya teori ini menemukan titik terangnya! Sejujurnya, identitas asli si Big Boss ini tidak pernah terpikir olehku. Apalagi tokoh ini muncul di volume 20-an atau 30-an. Jaraknya sangat jauh, sehingga aku tidak mengira tokoh ini akan muncul kembali.
Volume 95 ini menjadi babak baru pertarungan antara Conan melawan Organisasi Hitam.
Tidak hanya itu, satu persatu misteri dalam serial ini pun mulai terungkap. Namun begitu satu misteri terungkap, misteri lainnya muncul: masa lalu Amuro dan orangtua Haibara.
Oh iya, di volume ini, hubungan Shinichi dan Ran akhirnya melaju ke tahap berikutnya. Cieee!! >___<
