Ronan Connolly.

Movie star. Sexy. Seductive. Charming. Passionate.

I'm drawn to him like I've never been drawn to a man before. I'm completely captivated.

Every filthy promise he whispers, I crave it.

One touch and I am tempted.

One kiss and I am addicted.

As much as I try to deny it, I want more.

More of everything, more of him.

Fate may have brought us together, but my past comes lurking back and that's trouble neither of us needs.

He's the one man I never saw coming and now I need to let him go.

He can never be mine.

Perfectly Scripted

Hollywood scandals are a dime a dozen. Today's sex tape is tomorrow's rehab story.

I vowed to keep my personal life out of the public, however fate had other plans.

Holliday Prescott changed everything.

What started as one week of passion, became so much more.

She's mine, and if she thinks that I'm afraid of a scandal—she's wrong.

I'm willing to risk everything to prove to her happily ever after's do exist—you just have to fight for it.

International Bestselling Author and self-proclaimed french fry addict, Christy Pastore writes sexy, contemporary romance books that contain no nonsense (mostly) heroines and swoony gentleman with a naughty side.

Readers so overwhelmingly embraced one Wicked Gentleman, Jackson Hart specifically, turning many of her #AuthorGoals into a reality.

When Christy’s not turning her risqué thoughts into something worth reading, you’ll find her geeking out on all things pop culture, obsessively stalking Pinterest for home interior ideas, lunching with friends, or researching her next vacation destination.

She has strong opinions about folding laundry, fruity wines, the Oxford Comma, fashion, and mixed vegetables.

Christy lives in central Indiana with her husband and their three loveable cats, Cheeto, Dorito, and Brew. But as cute as they are, please send scratching posts asap because they’re slowly destroying the furniture.

Honest review

I really loved the characters in this duet. Their personalities jump right off the space and drag you into the story. I really couldn’t put it down.

Unscripted: 4 stars.

In part 1 of The Scripted Duet, Unscripted, we meet our couple, Holliday & Ronan, when his adorable daughters immediately find a connection with Holliday in the lobby of the York Hotel. Of course, Ronan, being the arrogant Hollywood star that he is, immediately suspects Holliday of having an angle when he sees how much she was enjoying her meeting with his daughters. Men... but Holliday, being the awesome character she is, immediately puts him in his place, and the soon after, the chase is on as Ronan realizes just how much he wants the feisty, beautiful Holliday.

I loved Unscripted. The chemistry between Holliday and Ronan is electric, and more importantly, Holliday is the perfect match for Ronan and the perfect person to keep him on his cocky toes and bring him to his knees. Holliday in particular, stood out in this first installment, and I loved finding out her backstory. She's so strong, and has gone through so much at the point where she meets Ronan, and I love that she didn't just simper at his feet the way he was expecting.

Perfectly Scripted: 5 stars.

In Perfectly Scripted, Holliday starts off having decided to fight for their relationship, rather than to run away as she did at the end of Unscripted. The conclusion of The Scripted Duet is even stronger than the first installment, with the two having a more solid connection, and deciding to stay together. Their pasts are laid bare to each other, and they fall even deeper than before. I love how perfectly matched they are, but how strong individually they are, too. In the first part of their story, Holliday shone and stood out for me. Here in Perfectly Scripted, Ronan was the star in my eyes. His sexy but vulnerable alpha mode was in full affect and the way he loved Holliday and watched out for and took care of her, all while acknowledging, and loving, how strong she was, was swoon worthy!

Ronan and Holliday's story is sexy, swoony and perfectly told. I love that this was re-released and given new covers, because it really is a wonderful romance with two amazing characters that everyone should get a chance to read!

Unscripted:
I'm not sure what is with all these authors writing about Irish men but I really want one now. I think the only way this book could get better would be listening to the audiobook. I swooned enough just reading the words. Roman was dreamy and oh, so naughty. I need a shot of something after reading that book. Who wouldn't want to be in Holliday's shoes when it comes to being in the presence of Hollywood's hottest actors in and out of the sheets?
Perfectly Scripted:
The second part of this story is Holliday and Ronan's road to falling in love. It still has the steam and passion from the first book, but now there's more feelings, and they aren't as warm and cozy as Holliday's Chocolate Kiss. The paparazzi is rampant with photos, secrets, rumors and lies. It's getting scandalous when old baggage comes to light and sacrifices are made which could possibly tear the couple apart. It's like watching a soap opera. It was such a great read!

I was really excited to when Christy said she was going to re-release this duet with updated content. It was the only two books of hers I hadn't read. I could NOT put this down. I finished it in a little more than a day. Holliday is a strong heroine who is not going to let her past define her. Ronan is a hero who would do anything for the people he loves. Their chemistry is off the charts. Absolutely loved this and wish it didn't have to end.

Holliday is spending a short time in a hotel to give her sister and family time to then self. While sitting downstairs two girls came up to her then a short time later there father turned up. Holliday realised it was none other than Ronan Connolly the Irish actor. That was the start of a relationship that the press managed to get photos of. They had there troubles in the form of an old friend of Holliday who Ronan didn’t like. Her sister encourages the romance and once the girls go back to there mother they can spend more time together. Then Holliday realises she cannot see Ronan as she doesn’t want trouble to fall on him so breaks there romance off. Then in scripted this is what happens Christy has done it again this book about Ronan and Holliday. There are ups and downs but one thing you cannot do is put the book down. I didn’t read these stories first time around but am so glad I did this time. Ronan is a sexy father who will not let Holliday get away. I received this for an honest review which I have given.
