Kamachi has taken the series back to England and had included a lot of very unique magic. The magic side in general after both the GREMLIN arc and the Coronzon arc just became so much more interesting than the science side. The scenes in the Tower of London were really well made, and Kamachi kept the good quality humour up.

In a war, everything is uncertain, from the devastation it causes to the deaths it causes. Therefore, nothing is reliable enough to hold you back and create a solid line of hope, as ignorance is the most twisted feeling in a war.

In Index we have this, but instead of the scale going from 0 to 100, to match the absurdity of the world, it seems to be going from 100 to 1000

Compared to the war in the previous book (ironically, I used a good configuration of preaching in the middle of a war, the real hope), here it seems to take a much faster turn, but still, accurate with the devastation generated so far

A very interesting strategy here is the relationship of metaphors and metonymies to war tactics. It's very common in a book of this genre, the reader ends up getting lost, as often the writer's lack of skill cannot intersperse with his creativity for wars, which ends up creating a confusing and poorly done status in war, but well , it's Kamachii we're going to talk about, so don't expect this mistake from him

The war strategies here are written cohesively, whether for simplicity or similarity in quality. Even when wars seem to cross the line a little, some comparisons with wars in the past are offered to bring the reader closer to the text. It's a pretty cool strategy and one that more writers should adopt

Talking more about writing, even though there are some language vices here and there, it still hides a beautiful poetry hidden in its "between the lines". So, due to the author's creativity, don't expect a boring or repetitive story, because even if the settings look the same, there are several readjustments that allow this series to be essentially different from each volume to volume

New perspectives, strategies and explorations of wars are shown here, which not only demonstrates the author's creativity in alternating the various paths traced, but also shows how much he geographically studied the terrain to decide which path to follow.

And damn... The whole complex configuration in relation to magic that interceded with philosophy, this was really something well done, after all, the discussion between intolerance vs. tolerance was always very good to see, as it deeply surrounded our daily routines and immature actions, but because of pride, we rarely take true advice.
