Good
This book is definitely OTT like it promised. Carter is one OTT possessive alpha male. He is crazy obsessed with the heroine and goes slightly mad as he waits to claim her. If you don’t like May/December romances about crazy, OTT heroes that fall for barely legal heroines than this book isn’t for you.

Completely safe. No op drama but hero makes a little drama with heroines assistant soccer coach. Hero has been celibate for years, h is a virgin. No abuse. H is on a date when the story opens but that goes nowhere. Hero was completely devoted to heroine the moment he met her.

What the hell did I read and how in the world did I even tumble upon such a book? I felt as if I was reading a novel version of an adult film. I would not say this is my type of book at all.

Quick fast pace fluff read.. these are like good for lunch breaks to read.

Her maturity level reads of that of a 13 year old even though she’s just turned 18. Made it feel even more repressed. Constant usage of “girl”, “teenager”, “ripe”, had me gagging. You know? Still in school. Our ever beloved virgin. And this salt and pepper haired pervert keeps talking about breeding her never mind that he already has a five year old son from a one night stand.
And then there’s the classic, by falling in love or lustfucking, a rich man has saved her from her dire situation of living with her alcoholic, junkie mother and absentee father. Now she’ll never get the chance to save herself. Instead she’s just going to be caring for a child, and weirdly finding a pseudo daddy in her partner.
C’est la vie, they obviously get a happy ending in this book and all my cynicism means nothing.

This story was completely over the top and I flew through this one! Carter and Brooklyn had some serious sparks between them and I really enjoyed their story. Quick and very hot read!

Pretty generic and a bit gross, to be honest.
One thing that felt odd was that the h was thinking about her f*cked up family and how her mother got pregnant and still decided (on the same day) to have unprotected sex with the H. She couldn’t have known if he would support and be there if they eventually had a baby, since they met 3 days before. Why think about her mother to do the exact same thing?
The whole fetish around the breast milk was plain gross to me. They also have sex when they are playing hide and seek with his 5-year-old and it turned my stomach (there’s no one to watch the kid while they do that).
Felt like the h was “in love” because he had money and made her feel secure because of that (come on, the girl went to his house without eating because she had no money). The H, on the other hand, liked her because she was young and pretty. They lacked chemistry and couldn’t feel the whole love thing (I like other insta-love books, this one was just not good).

Hero didn’t feel the same way he treated to heroine I am expecting for. NOT my type.
Connections between them are not that strong. What I could only feel was Heroine loved hero more than he loved her. He went on another dates with another woman after seeing heroine. And years ago, he also didn’t feel the same way, heroine felt for him.
The writing was really great, I really love Olivia’s writing skills, I just didn’t like the plots of this one.

The one huge problem I had with this book was that the hero implied that he would have had sex with her even if she had been underage.
"I don’t know what I would have done if she walked into my house a few months ago. The same thing probably. Would I have still trapped her and fucked her little pussy raw and unprotected like I plan to do now?
Would I have cared that she wasn’t legal? Would it have stopped me?
I roll my shoulders back as I look down at her, knowing the truth. Nothing would have stopped me. Not now and not a few months ago.
A couple of laws would never change the fact that this girl is mine."
That is literally statutory rape. She is underage for a reason and the implication that he would have raped her is absolutely disgusting.
He claims it to be love but for me it looks like he is a pedophile. If he truly loved her he would have waited till she became of age.
The fact that he would have preferred raping her than waiting for a few months is disgusting. Also; the implication that statutory rape laws can be ignored is absolutely wrong.

Well, it is a simple story, since there is no plot in the middle. It is simply
two characters have love at first sight, and until they are together they don't stop, as always in this type of story.
Carter is the kind of dominant character, the kind that until they don't get what they want, they don't stop. One of those of now you're mine and pregnancy. And Brooklyn is like an innocent girl, but not so much since at the first moment she gets into his bed and makes mischief so that when he comes he knows it.
What to say, is a hot story, although I found it a little slow at some point.

Brooklyn Bennett, 18, is called to babysit 5-year-old Evan while his parents are away. What she didn't know was that this little boy's father was single and that he was so attractive. Carter Ross has a date but when the babysitter arrives he is dazzled by her beauty, and won't stop thinking about her until he sees her again.
This is the first book I've read by this author, and I was looking forward to it because it's the kind of short book that is necessary after reading a long book.
Well, it is a simple story, since there is no plot in the middle. It is simply
two characters have love at first sight, and until they are together they don't stop, as always in this type of story.
Carter is the kind of dominant character, the kind that until they don't get what they want, they don't stop. One of those of now you're mine and pregnancy. And Brooklyn is like an innocent girl, but not so much since at the first moment she gets into his bed and makes mischief so that when he comes he knows it.
What to say, is a hot story, although I found it a little slow at some point.

The story is super short (under 100 pages), but flaming hot. Yes, the first scene is of the H on a set up blind date with an OW, which was a little jarring, but the rest of the story made up for it; and the way the H handled the assistant soccer coach....*sigh*. Classic OTT male.
This story, like all of this author's stories, are like a shot of espresso; small, powerful and reeeaalllly satisfying. I loved it.

This was such a quick read. I really enjoyed it.
I would have loved a bit more of Brooklyn's home life and maybe flesh out the storyline with the coach. What can I say, I like a bit more build-up before the claim.
I will definitely be checking out other works from Ms OTT

This is a short and steamy young girl/older man story. To be honest it had been a while since I have read one so I was excited to read one even if it was shorter. Oliva brought a good story forward with these two characters. If you are looking for a short read with some hotness in it. This is the book for you.
