1. Pick up dress 2. Do nails 3. Divorce first husband
Seems like bride-to-be Jenna Bravo had left one teensy thing undone before she accepted her nice-but-boring fiancé's proposal--divorce her first husband, Mack McGarrity. And when her former workaholic, currently gorgeous, superwealthy not-quite-ex showed up at her home one day, it turned out he had a new proposal....
...One that Jenna couldn't refuse: to spend two weeks alone with him. If, after that, she still wanted the divorce, she could have it. On the other hand, when it came to rekindling old flames, two weeks could be a very long time....

This was an okay read for me so many things left me disappointed,my heart went out to Lacey, along with Jenna-Mack who are giving second chance to their marriage we get to see how Lacey realizes her love for Logan.Logan poor guy was hurt for no fault of his.At the end when after winning Jenna back Mack pulled back i was really pissed at him anyways after many hurdles and finally Mack making peace with his past Mack-Jenna do get their HEA.
Also disappointed that Jenna was celibate.Did not like the fact Mack kept saying nothing was over,Jenna left and he still considers their marriage was never over then why did he went ahead and slept with OW:(liked the way Jenna makes him see it and they try afresh.
Overall okay read,i am eager to read Lacey-Logan's story:)
This second chance love story begins with a divorce that was never finalized. Jenna Bravo is about to be married when she realizes that she has never received the final documents for her divorce from Mack MacGarrity. When she contacts him for the documents, he comes to her home town and insists that she spend two weeks with him and then he will sign and turn over the paperwork. Two weeks, what could happen in two weeks? Quite a bit can and does happen.
I absolutely love this book. I think the romance was pretty mature and believable. The premise is a little His Girl Friday/Philadelphia Story, but the emotional journey is very real. The hero is high handed and annoying but I feel like the book really shows growth. I recommend it!
I disliked the heroine. Despite being married and having almost anything she might like, all she cared about was not losing her small town mentality and chain-bound family connections. It was really stupid of her. The truth is I hate family and community oriented romances because the take the focus of the story away. I prefer them solely focused on the leading couple.
Jenna and Mack's story, Millionaire She Married was a really good book. Mack had refused to grant Jenna the divorce she thought had been dealt with already, only to have him show up with a deal to finally end the marriage, if they make it through 2 weeks.
