I liked the beginning of this issue a lot. We see June being a badass female, defending herself against criminals. She begins to question whether what she is doing is right or wrong. Yes, June is protecting herself from harm but is wielding an axe and murdering people the correct solution? Is she insane? She’s carrying around a basketful of heads that are talking to her.

Later on, she goes to the police station to find Hank, son of the police chief. She fills him in on her dilemma, and he ends up tricking her into getting into a cell which he locks. Surprise! He’s a bad guy. While this was very expected, I found that the comic is staying very true to the original horror storyline typical of the 1980s horror classics. I’m still enjoying this series, love the art!

O número de habitantes do cesto de cabeças aumenta.

Aquela parte da apresentação dos personagens ficou pra trás e a aura de mistério vai lançando novas pistas e, para mim, isto está deixando a história ainda mais interessante.

3.5 stars. Pretty solid issue. Even though the way it ended, I saw it coming, it still has me wanting to read the next issue.

Oh wow, the cops are corrupt and everyone is in on it? Didn't see that coming. Oh wait, I totally did. My question is, is the money actually real? Because if this is all about something that doesn't actually exist then what was the point? To show what man will do for even the slightest hint of gain? I think we all know how low man is willing to stoop.

I can't get enough from this story! I feel like every issue is s short and I simply need more!
This issue was a little predictable but I still enjoyed the horror of it, the art style is fantastic.
The suspense is here and although, like in every scary story, our heroine does all the wrong things, I still think we might get some surprises and I am on the edge of my seat!

Souboj je trochu přitažený za vlasy(doslova), ale to co příjde pak.... Konverzace s další hlavou :D, je tam vše. Šok, strach, zhnusení, atd. A konečně mi do toho perfektně zapadá June. Puberťačka co seká hlavy a pak si s nimi ještě pokecá.

You know what's fucked up in all of this? She might need a bigger basket. Hot damn every character she encountered after acquiring that battle axe is just asking for it.

The twists and turns this series took was completely unexpected. By the end I felt just as gutted as most of the characters.

Finally, we are getting somewhere with the plot. Not that watching cute girls decapitate had guys isn't great, but we needed it to progress a bit.
