I wanted to rate this book 4 stars but I couldn't only on the count that it was a very great book. I enjoyed each and every chapter. However, I wanted to rate 4 stars because I need more. She looked over and saw Killa. 9 times out of 10 you know it was him. Maybe the author is considering a spin off. It sure could use 1. I really need more. Killa should come back and demand his rights to his child. I'm sorry, not sorry, but I am 1000% team Killa! That's my book bae 😍💋💋💋 I'm in love with me some him. I'm sorry Summer but you shouldn't have chose the opps. This dude had his brother killed. Clearly he's his brother's keeper!! He's all about family and I'm here for him 😘 Summer shouldn't be a home wrecker, then had the audacity to hit old girl when she admitted to having Brayden baby. I hate hypocrite hoes... hypocrite people period!! Any who I like this author. She's good and I would love to read more from her!! Just next time, don't leave a reader hanging 😁

A good standalone ya won’t be disappointed to read
Killah is the real deal he isn’t nothing to be played with his name rings bells in the streets it’s unfortunate that Sumner couldn’t get pass what he did for a living in the streets. Brayden is a sorry sociopath excuse of a men who uses women for their weakness it’s sad that he had three children outside of his marriage and he paid the women to be quiet about his kids because he didn’t want to ruin his marriage well he did just that because his dealings in the streets cost his life his wife and his three daughters to be murder because of his selfishness and greediness. I wish Killah temper didn’t get the best of him because I saw a future with him and Sumner but I understand that she had to let him go because she has two sons she has to raise and be productive citizens

Hate This Is A Standalone
It seems as though this was more of a to be continued book with the way that it ended. I hate that Brayden put a hit out on Killah and Kreed that resulted in Kreed getting it up especially with him being hearing impaired. Brayden was so trifling to Summer by sleeping with and impregnating her friends Darling and Toshi. It's sad that Killah shot up everybody to avenge his brother's death especially Summer not knowing that she was pregnant with his baby. I do think that it was Killah who Summer saw while at the park with Samson and her and Killah's son Miracle. I think that we should get at least a novella to get an update on Killah and Summer with him meeting his son since he doesn't have any more family.

Excellent!!!
I loved killah ...which is crazy lol but he was definitely unstable af! My confusion was when she tried too verbally save that lame BD of hers! 🤔 he just admitted to being the lowest of the low.... she should have left him right there!
I dont understand were this is going though? Is this a series? I thought it was a standalone...or I wouldn't have read it😏 I dont possibly see how a sequel would go with him doing so much and being on the run! Especially with her Hating him for what he did! Or was it a dream ? Lol I'm mad I'm confused and read this book ... it was definitely litt though

Boo¡!
I really had high hopes for this book because it was actually edited and not filled with a lot of misspellings and typos, but....the pace of the book made no sense and if contract Killer's can get tracked down and handled by a counterfeit jeweler, what's the point!? And the fact that Summer laid down on top of someone who's was obviously for everybody made no sense either although she definitely shouldn't have chose a psychopath either. The storyline left a lot to be desired.

Wow.....
I surely didn't expect this ending man. I can't believe that Killah killed Darling. That really got me how he just killed her like that smh. I can't believe that he thought Summer was lying when she told him that his brother was dead. I really can't believe that he also try to kill Summer too but she survived plus she was pregnant smh. I was really hoping her to be financely happy tho. Great job mama! This was fire right here! 🔥🔥🔥🔥

Great read
Brayen was a trifling person an got his whole family killed behind is mess... i really didnt think Killah should have killed the kids but Brayen had killed his brother an was out for blood. Summer was out of her mind i cant believe she turned on Killah like that. Darling wasnt a real friend to summer anyways. I wonder was that Killah that Summer seen watching them.

Fast Read...But.I'm confused!
So let me understand this sooo Summer threw herself on her baby daddy to save his life?! Ummm why? Brayden was a mess out selling fack jewelry and having a boatload of babies. Darling was killed for no reason at all. What made me mad, was Summer knew Killah was a killer so why was she acting scared after sleeping with him multiple times...Sigh. For me, this story started off good but ended horribly.

A really good read
Killa chased Summer down and got her. Things went to the left when his brother g oh t killed. He couldnt handle it at all. I really wanted to see him and summer together because he became more normal. He loved that girl and even came back after he disappeared. She had h iij s son but she started acting real bougie. He was good to her in spite of everything. Let's see if we get a part 2. I would like to see what her and Diamond pick they life up from their.

Please Extend your Standalone Novels!!!
Looks like Killah is still around watching. He might come back and kill Summer and his son Miracle. Killah obviously know that Summer didn't die from all the gun shots that he fired into her and Brayden. We could use more from this story PLEASE!!! Most of the Standalone Novels that I have recently read by Jade Jones have really good storylines but we need more detailed depth. The stories are too short!

What this story was captivating a page turner at best and the drama was the best, Killah and his brother came and laid they murder game down and got they became distracted by two females, It was Summer for Killah he wanted and got her until his brother was murdered and he when on a murder spree, Summer was pregnant with his baby in the end and I can't believe she told him!!

Loved this book. Summer did what she had to do to survive for herself and her son. Her baby daddy was an idiot all he cared about was his self and how many kids he can spread all over the place.What can you say about Killah, he is sexy and crazy all in one, they would of made a great match if it was for so much drama.

Wow
I don’t know how to feel after reading this book. It’s so crazy. I just feel so bad for Summer and Killah. They could’ve been very good for each other under different circumstances. At least he got to experience love and she got to experience being cherished by someone being put first. Even if just momentarily. Wow.

Great read
Fast paced and auctioned packed. Summer kNew what kind of man kills was yet she still got involved with him so she shouldn't have acted shocked and self righteous when the going got tough. Kills was just that a killah. This was a good read . I would like killah to have his own spin off

Gotta Be a Sequel
This can't be how this story ends! I need more! I need closure!! So many questions need answers, i.e, was that Killah in the park, coming back for his family? What happened to Amore, did Summer get custody and raise her with her brother? Did Summer quit stripping and graduate college? I need to know!

I really don't know what to say
This book was really good I am a fan of your stories but the ending just made no sense to me can't believe that women with kids would put a man who has done so much wrong to you especially when he wasn't even yours would out themselves in harm's way to save him. Love is strong but not that strong were it makes you completely stupid.

Damn this book was good I can’t believe how dumb this girl was. Summer really should have expected KILLA to change his mind about killing Brandon he start everything away. I wish he wouldn’t have shoot her though just knocked her as out the way and shoot him but damn she had his baby anyway I wonder if he knew or not

Full of surprises

She's done it again!
This book was EVERYTHING! I fell in love with Kreed and Killah as soon as they were introduced. As for Summer, so many secrets were revealed! This is a must read and the ending OMG! I love that there's an opening for a sequel if miss jade jones wants one

OMG too quick
I love the story but the ending to tooo quick. Everything was fast paced. I was hooked and in it and then it was over :(. Killah needs help and I know Summer still wants to be with him (in my mind). Help a sista out

The story was definitely the other side of the tracks. Two brothers who were killers who seemed to be sociopaths. They fell in like quickly. And then the ending, wow!

Yeah so i gave this book 2 stars. Thats because, in my opinion, it wasnt up to the author's usual quality. It was rushed and the characters were underdeveloped. It was not a bad storyline and if it had some more "meat" added to it then it could have easily been 4 stars

This was a page turner for real!!!
Summer was so naive. Brayden was a dog of a man and his wife Harmonie was silly for dealing with him. Killah done killed everyone .He was upset about his brother Kreed but dang did he have to kill Darling. This was a good read.
