Very simple book for absolute beginners. Relations, Rollups and Formulae not deep enough explained. Still good for an absolute beginner who likes to first read a book before or while diving into Notion. At the end of the day the tool is pretty self explanatory though and the book does not really go beyond the basics.

Also, as there is not much content in it, it is a super quick read.

Basics gathered from menus

It was a nice place to start. But sometimes I still had to look things up, Like why the columns wouldn't create, apparently you need to move the item all the way to the left or right. You could tell she was writing from an experienced user, but that left a few things to newbies that want to learn some of the good things behind, because we don't know what that coding is about. I was also hoping for something like help with dashboard set up, if you want something like this: Here is what you need to do... But like I said this is mostly an introduction to the menus. Helpful yes, not as much as I was hoping though. She does add some resources at the back though which I have added to my Notion to go look up someday. Thank you for being one of the only 2 books out there!

A very good beginner's guide to Notion

A great introduction to Notion by Jillianne. Not the book to turn to if you don't know what to use Notion for.

Having a basic idea of Notion will help as Jillianne quickly guides you through the App and provides plenty of resources and links to help most people come to understand the full potential of Notion.

Clear explanations

This is an easy to understand course that covers all facets of this powerful app. Most videos go too fast and don’t always explain how to do things. Hamilton takes you through it step by step. This the best explanation of Notion I’ve seen.

do not waste money

I am a beginner of Notion and after reading i am still the beginner. There are too many pages what for to use Notion. What i think it is useless. If you know how to use the app you will find by yourself in what areas to apply

Buen libro

Simple y claro para una version de introducción, no es muy complejo de entender y bastante resumido, lo recomiendo 😁

Poor explanation. A lack of illustrations for understanding.

Need more explanation. Also, need more pictures for better understanding. I would not buy this one, if I had known this book was this much disappointing.
