I love an age gap! Hero is heroine's professor but in reality he is a tycoon who left his business to take a teaching job in the United States because he knew the love of his life was waiting for him there. Naturally she is too young for him and the university doesn't allow teacher/student relationships but that's not a problem for Liam because London is the love of his life and he will have her no matter what.
Super steamy and sexy read. I loved Liam. He was so possessive and so obsessed with London. He was kind of a stalker but he was sweet. Epilogue with their daughter and pregnant London was adorable and so romantic. Safe: heroine was a virgin, no info about hero's past, no other man, no other woman, no drama!
I hope and bet Charlotte gets her own story. I can't wait! :)
Billionaire leaves his company to come to the US as a teacher, meets the h and is done! Instalove, ridiculous plotline, OTT Alpha hero, With a sweet young virgin h I can usually forgive this author a lot but certain phrases made this sleazy for ME,it could be that agegap romances tend to give me the skeeves and in this case the H was 35ish and the h had barely turned 18. He was dead set on baby making from jump but of course the h wasn't too far behind It read like a really bad porno with the older man/professor plot line, it just didn't work for ME!
No cheating or OW or OM drama JP OTT Alpha H Instalove
A CRAZY short and sexy read , super insta love , possessive and obsessive and ( STALKER) H !!!!!- yes he was !! She was sweet and in love from the first look 🤗 alot of HOT sex and 2 epilogues ❤ Loved it Excited about Charlotte story
Everyone wants a hot professor, right? Well we get one with Liam. Liam takes control right away and London tries to avert it the first time. Steamy and quick! Great storyline and wonderful epilogues!
Liam is bored with his life and in need of a change. Something or someone was calling him to NYC. Moving across the country was exactly what he needed. After two years of teaching there, in walked London and suddenly he knew his life’s purpose. Obsessed and determined, he will break whatever rule needs to be broken to make London his forever!!
-safe read -h is a virgin -no talk about H past except his lower half has been asleep for the past few years -no om/ow drama -epilogues 1 month and a little over a year
Liam had no clue re-locating to New York would lead to finding his forever. But that's exactly what happens when London Kennedy walks into his classroom. He fell and fell hard. The filthy dirty things he wants to do to her would have her running screaming from the room. But he has no intention of letting her run. He'll find her and make her his.
He knows all about the policy regarding students and teachers and he couldn't care less. He'll have her no matter what the cost to his career.
London had no idea that walking into class late would lead to her future. But one look at the older and sexy teacher and she's hooked.
She's innocent in every way and this sexy older man is about to claim what's him.
"London Kennedy. Her name was as beautiful as she was. Although, it would be even more perfect when it was London Grey."
Another really good read in this series. I'm really enjoying seeing the next generation find their mates. I also like a good student/teacher read so this was right up my alley.
The only thing for me was I didn't feel like there was any conflict. If there was, I can't remember it which means it wasn't very big. It was just one smooth ride for Liam taking over London's life. I mean, she needed to put up a little resistance. Girl, give me something!
Short and over the top like the rest of the guys in this series. And all from one POV.. and only a tiny pov from the girl.
Liam is a rich billionaire who wants a break from his job so he takes to teaching at a university under a different name to enjoy life. Their he meets London and he is already head over heels and he is glad shes already of age.. so he let's her go getting all the info on his girl but its alittle harder since her uncle is overprotective of security with his family 😂😂😂 Teach these newer guys that someone already beat them in that stalking.
But that doesnt stop Liam.. and once he has his girl with him he doesnt stop.
No ow/om drama, no cheating, slight secondary chara, sexy times, virgin girl no manwhore guy

3.8 stars. I absolutely love these OTT, instalove, possessive, alpha male romances Fiona writes She likes to do the books in this series from just the male’s perspective. Which can sometimes make it hard to get to know the female character, but I think she did a pretty ok job in this one with all the stalkerish behavior Liam was doing. The sex is hot in all of these books. Though, this one was particularly filthy, which I wholly appreciated. The romance is instantaneous, on a soul mate kind of level. I love it. Can not wait to dig into the next books.
Which. On a side note. Amazon seems to have put them out of order for some reason. Which hasn’t been a problem while reading them since they aren’t connected in any meaningful way, other than the little mentions, and cameos from family members that had their own books. Weird, but not really a problem. Just something to maybe keep in mind.
I was privileged enough to receive an advanced reader copy of this book from the author for a voluntary and honest review. Fast paced read that has the ever elusive rainbow unicorn…the perfect alpha. I'm a sucker for the over the top, crazy in love alphas. You give me one of those and I'm sold. Add in a heroine I actually don't want to hurt and hello, winner! If you like your books with a strong hero that is dominate, sexy, sweet and knows how to take care of his lady, this is the book.
“I don’t want anything from anyone else besides you. Haven’t you been listening? I only want you.”
Only Love is a professor/student romance in the Love series. Liam left the business world behind to start a job as a college professor. He wanted something different and New York City was calling him. When he's sees London walk into his class, he's certain she's why he was meant to come to NYU.
The books in this series always make me laugh. The heroes are adorably over the top. I liked Liam and London together a lot. They are intense and sweet. The scene in his office where they are interrupted had me laughing. I kind of can't get enough of this crazy series!
This was a sweet spicy taboo read about Liam and London. Their chemistry was off the charts. Love teacher/student genre stories. I couldn't stop reading until I finished this wonderful, sweet, naughty love story. Loving this next generation of the series. Can't wait to read more by this dynamic duo.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Holy Moly!!! I have to say that this may have been the most intense one yet!!!
It had everything..... breeding, age gap, professor-student, love at first sight, virgin heroine, super rich hero, etc.
Liam was a hot, bearded, South African who knew what he wanted and did not wait to make it his. He was possessive and loving and totally obsessed!
London was a pretty submissive heroine and was very willing to give Liam the babies he wanted! London has obviously had babies on her mind for a while!
First epilogue was a month out and second epilogue was about a year out.
I really want Annika’s story... [and Patty’s (from His Love and Her Love) for that matter]. And I have a feeling Charlotte, Grace, and Hudson be getting stories!
It was hot, hot, hot! 🔥I love that Davenport has a nickname that the hero gives the heroine and sticks with for the whole book. It is so adorable!
So far there’s... His Love- bunny Her Love- sugar Their Love- peaches Unexpected Love- angel First Love- Eva-bear Only Love- baby girl
Well that book was hot. Dr Grey was possessive, hot, demanding but sweet as well. He really took not No for an answer and convinced his woman that she was his. London fell head over heels. This story was so freaking steamy and sweet. The older professor and his student.... heck that was one of the best I always read... no hands down the best😍😍😍 This series is really quickly becoming my favorite👍👍👍 Totally safe and romantic book.
A sweet and hot teacher/student little romance. It's easy to love this trope with all its naughty implications, and this duo of authors pour their distinctive style all over it.
The romance between rich professor Liam and his student London is over-the-top insta-love.
If you are not prepared, you may be surprised by the swift possessiveness of this alpha-male at first glance as she enters his classroom. He sports instant lust, plans to offer her a future home and babies five minutes after, and ravishes her with bearded passion that renders her speechless except for moans of pleasure.
Told mostly from his point of view, the story is based on hot times at first, but later they start knowing each other and exchanging life experiences. I like that part a lot. And I like the humour and the teasing, also that she has creative dreams that he supports besides having babies. It's a steamy, hot age-gap romance.
Only Love (Love Series, #6) by Fiona Davenport ⭐⭐⭐
Hero - Liam Grey. Currently a Language Studies professor at New York University. Originally from South Africa, he owns several diamond mines and exports the gems around the world. Tall and muscular with brown hair, light skin, dark blue eyes, and a full beard. Fluent in six languages, and passable in another four. Has a doctorate in Language Studies.
Heroine - London Kennedy. College freshman whose father is a billionaire. Average height with long, straight copper hair, jade-green eyes, and deep dimples in her cheeks. Dream job is to design clothes for children and babies.
Overall Thoughts - I liked it, and would recommend it, but had some issues with it as well.
First, Liam. He leaves South Africa, where he grew up, for New York because he feels drawn there. Two years later, he meets London and knows instantly she’s the reason for it. He’s your typical super possessive (and obsessive) hero that we’ve become familiar with throughout this series’ run. Unfortunately, this time around, he came off as a bit desperate which isn’t very attractive. He spends an entire weekend (the days, anyway) basically camped outside of her home, just watching and waiting to see if she’d leave. Then when she did, he’d follow her around. I don’t know...I love a good obsessed hero, but this one missed the mark in places.
Then there’s London, daughter of Jamison and Hazel from Their Love. Like the rest of the books in this series, we don’t get the heroine’s POV until the epilogue, and I have to say...I had a tough time connecting to her because of it. I mean, there’s always some level of disconnect with the heroines thanks to the lack of their POV, but I felt it especially with this book. Maybe because everything happened so quickly. In previous entries, the relationships were months or years in the making and you always got the sense that both parties were in love before the relationships finally kicked off. Here, everything takes place over the course of four days, two of which were just him camping outside her house. I guess I could buy Liam’s proclamation of love because he’d just spent the weekend obsessing over every little detail he could find out about her, but London?
She got kissed by him once, ran away, and then the next time she seems him is ready and willing to have sex. That same night, she professes her love for him as well. Having her POV would have been really helpful because without it, she’s completely one dimensional. She knew nothing about him other than he’s her professor. I don’t think she even did a little internet stalking over the weekend because she had no idea who he was (a billionaire, that is). So did I believe her when she claimed to be in love with him? Unfortunately, no. Crushing on him? Yes. In lust? Definitely.
Another downside to not being privy to her thoughts is that we never find out why she ran after their first kiss. I can guess why, sure, but then why when she saw him again was she ready to do a 180? Basically there was too much missing from her character to make her feel real.
As of writing this review, this is the last book published in the Love series but there were hints at other relationships to come. Charlotte Kennedy, London’s sister, is mentioned to have a jerk of a boss who London thinks is only that way because he’s in love with Charlotte and can’t have her. Then there’s Hudson Kendall (son of Thatcher and Imogen from Her Love) and Grace Carrington (daughter of Jonah and Penelope from Unexpected Love), who are already a couple and have been since their pre-teens. The only previous couple to appear on page is Jamison and Hazel, which makes sense since London’s their daughter. Jonah is mentioned, but doesn’t appear.
Overall, it’s still worth a read, but you might find yourself disappointed by the lack of character development for London. A big positive I’ll give this book, though, is that it’s probably the hottest one in this series since the first book so that’s a big plus!
First things first; I love the cover of this book! Only love is book six in the love series. This story is short, fast paced and an enjoyable read. I read this book in one sitting and was satisfied throughout. I found the writing style easy to follow, the characters likeable and the storyline enjoyable. Billionaire businessman Liam Grey needed a change in his life. Getting someone to take care of his business, Liam takes a teaching job in the United States. What he didn’t expect was to fall for one of his students. The chemistry between Liam and London was clear to see and I liked them as a couple. They made a cute pair. I really liked the hero and heroines names in this story. London and Liam go together nicely. I really liked the ending and the epilogue for this story. The storyline for this book is easy to follow and it is an enjoyable read. I cannot wait for more books from this series.
Liam, 35, is a billionaire that is bored with life and feels that he needs a change to feel like his life has a purpose again. On an impulse, he decides to move to New York to be a language professor at NYU. After 2 years, suddenly in walks London and his whole world now has a new meaning. London, 18, is a freshman and also his student. Liam could care less about policies on fraternization....London is his. Liam is OTT alpha, obsessed, possessive, and would give anything to make his girl his. But what about the teacher/student policy? What happens when London finds out that he's not just a lowly professor? Never fear, Fiona Davenport would never disappoint!!!! I am loving this new generation series!!!
- h is a virgin - no mention on H past - no om/ow drama - no abuse - 2 epilogues ( one is 1 month out and the second one is about 1 1/2 years out)
WTF was this?? You know when your jaw drops and you keep reading because it's like watching an accident happen and you're too in shock to look away? Well, I know. It was me reading this book. I expected the insta-love, because it's a FD short story. I didn't expect for a professor to be jumping a virgin 18 yo student at the end of class without her even saying a word to him! Ok, the second time, he jumped her in his office and she had actually said a word. Maybe a complete sentence. It seems as the author needed to put a book out and just wrote this in a morning. It was so bad it hurt. Couldn't feel the love, the lust, nothing.
Liam is from South Africa. He left everything behind to come to America and work as a teacher. He felt there was something pulling him to America and he followed his instincts because the first day of class his world gers turned upside-down by one of his students, London. He doesn't mess around and start working in making her his. Fun short instalove story. Highly recommended.

Liam needed something in his life, so he handed his company over to his "sister" and left for NY. Two years later, he meets London in one of his classes. She's one of the daughters from the first 4 book couples. He kisses her before ever knowing her age. Then he starts making plans. He really did lose his control over himself. Some readers may even deem this to be dubious consent.
This story took off at a rocket pace and never slowed down. The author crammed a great deal of emotion, plot (was there one?!), angst (umm...not really), and humor into just a few short chapters. However, that didn't detract from the spicey atmosphere she created. I just wish it had a little more grit, more push/pull, and a tad more filling to round out the book. Otherwise, it was decent. Not five-star worthy by any means, but definitely three stars.
Yes this one is also like the others, in the sense that’s it’s also insane, super unrealistic and just shouldn’t work.
I don’t know what it was about this one but I didn’t quite enjoy it as much as the others. There wasn’t any particular reason or point that made me dislike it, I just didn’t enjoy it in the same was the others gave me that guilt pleasure level of enjoyment.
