This book covers the topic of DevOps and uses the Microsoft Azure cloud platform to explain how it can be done in a modern organization to provide continuous integration, continuous deployment, and infrastructure as code. The end goal is faster cycle times and less frequent bugs. A good introduction to the topic and a thorough analysis of its more advanced techniques.

While not directly being an exam prep guide, it certainly functions as one. I'm using this book as part of my preparation for the AZ-400 DevOps expert exam. While I don't know if this book alone could help prepare, it would certainly do a pretty good job. There are questions at the end of each chapter, and some mock exam questions at the end of the book.
