A short Krewe story, approximately 7,000 words, and told from a different perspective, and with a different take on the Krewe! Angela Hawkins is being stalked—right before her first Mother’s Day. But unbeknownst to the stalker, the stalker is being stalked in turn. The situation might be deadly, Jackson is worried. But through a different kind of assistance, disaster might be averted because questions will be raised, and while there is no easy solution, there is often so much more than meets the eye. A mother’s love for her children is often infinite. And on Mother’s Day . . . Love knows no bounds.

I’m a big Krew fan and this story really touched my heart. Angela & Jackson are celebrating their first Mother’s Day but there’s a stalker wanting to do harm. Enter a ghost dog to round out the plot and now we have the makings of a fast but so sweet story!
Sean/Morrie, a ghostly Irish wolf hound, saved Angela from an abusive dead father who continued to torment his son from the afterlife. Angela finally saw Sean and together they got the story out of the imprisoned mother, and was able to reduce her sentence under mitigating circumstances. Mother's Day turned out to be a happy one for all.
A pregnant Angela, Jackson, and their son, Corb, with dogs, Kelly and Sean, became a new nuclear family. A very, very, short story with and anticlimatic ending. I still can't believe the father just disappeared. Strange!! This should have been free!!!

Fun but short, paranormal story for readers who love dogs and ghosts
I enjoy the Krewe of Hunters paranormal series, and I like following FBI Special Agents, Angela Hawkins and Jackson Crow, on their investigations. This unique story has a fascinating, new POV character, who adds a fresh voice to this series. Author Heather Graham stays au-courant with current affairs, this time setting Angela Hawkins’ first Mother’s Day during this trying time of wearing masks and 6-feet distancing. This story could’ve used 500 more words, but it’s a heartwarming, light-hearted read that I’d recommend to Krewe of Hunters fans.
Someone is stalking Angela Hawkins just before her first Mother's Day. But the stalker is being watched in turn. There's a dangerous situation in play but it just might be possible to stop it before things go too far.
I love the Krewe of Hunters series and this book is no exception. Told from a different perspective, this is a quick and enjoyable read. I was caught up from beginning to end and highly recommend this book.
A new ghost and the men in Angela’s life are worried about her as Mother’s Day approaches. This story is super short, but still a fast and sweet story. The story conveys the characters, problem and resolution in vivid detail and emotion.
The new ghost is adorable and I loved his role in the story. Angela and Jackson’s new family dynamic is wonderfully sweet and a great new addition to the Krewe.
A different twist on the usual Krewe of Hunters books, this novella features a different type of ghost. Angela and Jackson have an adopted son and now Angela is pregnant as well. This takes place just before her first mother's day. Someone is stalking her and the stalker is also being stalked. Well written (just one typo that I'll ignore) and well paced. Fans of the Krewe of Hunters series will enjoy this novella.
This is a beautifully written short story! I loved that children and a ghost dog was introduced! And the added bonus was Angela’s love and compassion for Joey and his mom and helping them! And we can’t forget Sean the Irish wolfhound who was a hero by defending and destroying the evil who plagued Joey, his mom and brother all their lives!
I gave it a 4 because it was well-written, but I thought it was too short. We needed Corby and Angela's relationship to be enlarged upon and more from the stalker.
I loved it and a little feel good cozy story is just what we need right now. Heather Graham's krewe is one of my favorite paranormal series. This one was a winner. Satisfying conclusion.
Warm, surprisingly gentle, surprising hero. What more could a Heather Graham fan ask. Another great read. I read it straight through I enjoyed it so much.
Such a sweet fun story. Angela and Jackson at it again. Angela’s first Mothers Day during the COVID 19 virus and she stills finds the time and the way to save another Mother on this special Day. Enjoy, I did.
I loved this story line. Especially from the ghost dog's point of view. So that's how Sean came to be a part of their family. It was such a sweet story!!
