Princess Bridget Inger was on a royal visit to the children’s hospital in North Texas. The newest groundbreaking procedure is fascinating and the publicity visit shows her country’s full support of the medical breakthrough. She loves children, but when a terrorist takes control of the hospital floor to reach her… they are playing a dangerous game with her loyalty, her money, and her heart!
Abel Wright thought the team at Disaster City Search and Rescue was pulling his leg! Terrorists had taken the crown princess hostage, and the hospital was in danger of being blown up. His assignment was to go undercover, rescue the princess, and save the day. This wasn’t a typical Friday night — it sounded like the theme to a video game.
Could rescuing the princess earn him some mana, a box of loot, some experience points, or perhaps the best prize ever…her heart?

Bridget and Abel's story was really sweet. Bridget is a princess and has been groomed to be a royal her whole life. However, an injury during her childhood still lingers although she can't show it to the world because she's a royal and it wouldn't be proper. But, when an opportunity comes to sponsor a hospital that could bring innovative treatment to her injury in the USA, she jumps at the chance to visit the states. When a bomb goes off during her visit at the hospital, Abel is sent in to rescue her. I liked both of these characters. It doesn't seem that they will ever be able to be together because Bridget is a royal and Abel lives in the states and is a search and rescue operator. I loved the ending! The only negative for me was that the rescue wasn't very long so most of the book was just the relationship between the two characters. While I liked that, I like these books because most of the books are about the rescues. This one was more about the relationship and that was ok.
I loved Abel and Bridget's story. Abel a cop, has to run into an exploded hospital wing to save Bridget a princess touring this same hospital. They find a connection that they can't figure out a way to be together. I stayed up all night reading this book. I had to know if the princess was going to be ok and if they take a chance on each other, to be together. If you like clean, sweet stories with heart you will enjoy The Royal Rescue. I highly recommend! I received this book from the publisher. The thoughts and comments are my own.
Wonderful characters! This story was so intense and had me on the edge of my seat. I felt as if I was right there watching the rescue unfold. The romance started out just as an attraction but grew into a beautiful friendship. A fairy tale story of epic proportions that just draws the reader into its clutches and holds firm. Another great book by Ginny Sterling! Was given a complimentary copy. All opinions are my own.
When a royal princess comes to visit and falls into a explosive setting, an officer comes to the rescue. Not prepared to feel anything but duty ,irritation of privilege, he is struck by her presence and strength. Emotions and reality conflict..do they have a chance. What is the secret she denys? A fast read of a delightful story.
What could be safer than a Princess, Bridget of Norway, coming to dedicate a hospital? No police officer, Abel Wright, really wants an assignment protecting a spoiled entitled princess. Both got more than they expected. Ginny Sterling gives us a story that has interesting characters, humor, danger, romance and a few surprises, twists and turns. This was a very fun book to read.
Princess Bridget is a young Royal from Norway who has come to Texas to officially open a new hospital that operates on the back, spine and nervous systems. When she arrives she meets a young police officer who is working the sidelines to make sure she can pass without any problems. This is my review and mine alone.Norma Gorrill
Last time I reviewed Ginny Sterling in this series, I was underwhelmed at best. But this is her redemption and MUCH better. Sweet story, quick timeline from meeting to falling in love and being accepted by royalty in mere days! But still keeps the character depth and fun along the way. Enjoy!!
This is an amazing and breathtaking love story with adorable and heartwarming characters that will steal your heart and touch your soul as they journey towards their unforgettable unconditional happily ever after.
Bridget is targeted in a terrorist explosion, but can danger and tragedy be followed by.....a fairytale romance? Abel completely sweeps Bridget off her feet, this is such a sweet romance packed with hopes and dreams which I read on KindleUnlimited.
This was a good love story and there was drama also. It had good information on royalty and the rescue was really a scene that made you hold your breath. CMcCrork
Loved this book, it was so cute. Bridget was so strong and trying to do the right thing for her country. Their love was stronger than anything. Abel never they were possible but I'm glad her family helped them
I started read the book and it was delightful storyline. I almost stopped reading but I continued. Didn't know if they would be able to make or not, it's must read .
This one was good but still missed the mark. Somehow. I mean this princess comes to town meets Abel and he saves her. She falls for him. Can they make it work?
This story is very entertaining, but I found it lacking. There were too many loose ends. His dog, the whole disaster, and her best friend. I loved the characters and the suspense.
