This is a short story that follows The Sea Witch. We follow Ursa, Zuriel, and Alaric after the events in the Sea Witch. I am glad that Zurielle seems happy and more in control of her own decisions in this new role. I was not impressed by the The Sea Witch and the short story felt the same.
This was a little too convenient for me--but that is also how I felt about Sea Witch in general. I wish we could see more Alaric because his story seems like there should be more to it.
Honey, We’re Home (Zurielle's New Role: The Sea Witch Bonus Short) (Wicked Villains #5.1) by Katee Robert – I love how much Ursa empowers her loved ones to reach their potential! Happy Reading!
I know it's been two months since I read this, but I honestly barely remember this one. Apparently, I enjoyed it, but I didn't love it. I also wasn't a huge fan of this trio. Though I blame that on the audiobook narrator for Ursa. I couldn't stand her voice. Which has really put a bad taste in my mouth with them.
