Revel: Twelve Dancing Princesses Retold (Book #04) 🌟🌟🌟🌟
This is an interesting retelling of The Twelve Dancing Princesses and although I haven't read the original I have read several other retellings that I have enjoyed of this story. There are a few darker scenes closer to the end of the story as the villains plot and identity is revealed but overall it is an enjoyable story.

Silence: Little Mermaid Retold (Book #05) 🌟🌟🌟🌟
This is a very interesting adaptation of the Little Mermaid that has some reference to the six swans with Margareta taking a vow of silence to break the curse that turned her brothers into birds although here it's twelve brothers into ravens instead of six into swans and her brothers deserved to be cursed rather than being victims. I liked the characters of Erik and Margareta as well as Penelope and look forward to reading more about them in future stories.

This retelling of "Sleeping Beauty" was interesting and the characters were well written. I also look forward to reading more about this world and the characters in it. I am also curious to see if Rosamond and Siward's children are brought up in any of the future books in some way.

I have two of Demelza's books of adult fairy tales and I loved every story. Her ability to draw you into the characters is awesome! Demelza is becoming one of my favorite author. I highly recommend her books and let her take you on different journeys.
