The story is wonderful, it's truly horrific. It is getting harder to read though, this issue brought me to tears.

There has to be a continuation of this. There is no way this series has only 1 more issue left. I want more!

I missed issue #3 (I didn’t add this title to my pull list at the comic book store in time), but issue #4 of “Stray Dogs” is nearing the exciting climax.

Earl, the oldest dog in the house, still refuses to believe that the Master could be a serial killer. Sophie, the new dog, has convinced just about everyone else. Still, he can’t deny that something happened to Victor last night.

Sophie and the rest go exploring in the backyard, which is where the scary old shed is located, the one the Master says is totally forbidden. Bravely, Sophie sneaks inside, and her little Pomeranian life will never be the same…

This series, by writer Tony Fleecs and artist Trish Forstner, is one of the most original and lovable and strangely disturbing comic book series out there. This is a dog-lovers’ revenge fantasy for those who were scarred by “101 Dalmations” and wanted to see Cruella De Ville stuffed in a meat grinder.

It helps a little that they're cartoon dogs, but this issue is still really dark.

Definitely hope the dogs eat the guy's face.

Ra-yos.

This is a really good read. I don't usually do horror, but I like how this story is told following the perspectives of dogs taken in by a serial killer. I don't recommend it if you want to avoid gore, animal death, and dismemberment.
