The first meeting of Celina and Joseph was definitely an unexpected one, as the latter had to save her from the greedy hands of the mayor's son, Chet. From the very beginning Celina expressed her sincere caring about Joseph, yet our hero, haunted by the demons of his past, put a distance between them.
As the days went by, Joseph and Celina came closer. Their blooming romance, though, was put in danger by the persisting plans of Chet, who deeply desired to marry Celina. In his struggle to make his wish come true, Chet won’t hesitate to commit the most shameful of deeds.
In their darkest hour, when their love is threatened by the plots and schemes of an evil man, they have to bring their best self out in order to secure the survival of their blazing love. This is a very good love story about Cilena and Joe who returned home and finds love and after reconciling with his past admits to Love He is framed and placed in jail but the tables turned and he became town sheriff The characters are strong and determined and loving and stand for honesty The extended epilogue completes the story with love 💘 and happiness and peace A very wonderful and enjoyable story and This author can really write

I really enjoyed reading this book! It is about a man who leaves his home and becomes a gunman of sorts. His little sister and her friend both miss him and want him to come home.I recommend this book to anyone who likes western romance books!

Rita Wethers is a wonderful author and great story teller.
Wonderful clean story. I love most of the characters. The mayor's son really makes me upset.
Joe and Alba have lost both of their parents so they have been living with the sheriff. Joe decides to go away but does return many years later to find Alba married and has a child. He also learns that the Sheriff has died and Celina is homeless.
So many things happen so I won't spoil the story and tell you what happens. Grab a copy and get comfy to find out what happens. You will be glad you did.

Excellent writing!
This amazing inspirational story of faith and trust was unbelievably heartfelt and thrilling. A excellent story of triumph and courage facing unimaginable circumstances surrounding the characters. The author created a emotionally charged story where the readers attention was captured till the very last page of this wonderful western tale.

I enjoyed this story but I can’t help but feel there are some misleading statements in both the title and blurb. Joseph is a complicated man and haunted by his past. Despite his profession he is a good man. This story has some good twists and surprises so I didn’t discount the rating as much as I normally would for the formatting issues in the KU version I read.

What a story! Characters that are liked, loved, disliked, n yes, even hated. The things in life that they went through would break most people, but there are those who are so much stronger. I was very surprised that Joe n Celina’s wedding took 3 years after the guilty person was found out though.

Amazing, coming home is a wonderful feeling, not everyone gets the chance. Kept me interested from beginning to end and never a dull moment. Never let go of your dreams and keep it in your heart.

A great Read .
This story has a very different plot and provides a pleasant change from the usual MO Bride tale. It is well-written with few errors in typos. I recommend it!

This book had potential but in the end fell flat for me. The title of the book doesn’t make sense, either. The H wasn’t the sheriff, the h’s father was the sheriff.
