What a LOL, steamy, paranormal whodunit and, maybe, if someone can pull their head out they get to keep their mate. Loved it!❤❤❤❤❤

I loved Brielle she was so real and i could definitely relate when everttime things are looking good something knocks you back.. Jasper is a great guy but has no clue how to relate to his mate.. This story was entertaining, suspenseful and sexy..

This is an OK alien shifter romance, but I did have a few issues with it. It gets 2.5 stars from me, rounded up to 3 stars.
It features the typical shifter instalove, but I would have liked a little more backstory on both Brielle and Jasper. I do always like Gerri Wilder and her matchmaking methods, though.
Jasper was really hard for me to like. He was arrogant and selfish, and had difficulty controlling his temper. He was constantly berating his sister, and said some really rude things to Brielle when he first met her. It seemed that he tended to jump to conclusions, often incorrect ones, whenever things didn't go the way he thought they should. I honestly wondered why Brielle was so attracted to him, when he was such a jerk to her.
I liked Brielle, but I wanted her to stand up to Jasper more. She shouldn't have put up with the rude things he said to her. And why was she so attracted to a man who was so rude to her? I didn't buy it.
I also didn't really believe that they were in love. They were definitely in lust, but they were just too different to fall in love so quickly.
One complaint is that most of Milly's stories are a bit too explicit for me. I like hot sex in romances, but I would prefer it to be a little less descriptive and dirty. I am not a prude, but the really explicit stuff is just not romantic to me. But I will continue to read Milly's writing, as it is usually entertaining and fun.
My rating system is below.
1 star -- Hated it, or did not finish. I usually only give this rating if some of the content is truly objectionable to me, like if one of the main characters does something really awful, and gets away with it.
2 stars -- Didn't like it. This rating usually means that I thought the writing wasn't very good, the editing was terrible, I didn't like the characters, or it had other major flaws.
3 stars -- I liked it, but had some minor issues with it. This rating means that there were minor editing issues, the story needed more character development, it was just too unrealistic, or had some other fairly minor issue. The majority of books I read get this rating – I do not consider it a bad rating.
4 stars -- I liked it a lot. This is a high rating for me, and I rarely give a higher one.
5 stars -- I loved it, and will probably read it again. Very few books are good enough to get this rating from me. The ones that do are usually classics.

A wonderful addition to the series, I am sure you’ll be as engrossed as myself
I have loved every book in this series as they are all so beautifully written with a simply fantastic plot and characters that are so well written you have to simply read the story in one sitting to discover the outcome.
In this story we meet Brielle Hudson who is a wonderful character, she is having a terrible day and has discovered that the airliner has lost every single one of her bags and she is ant a complete loss as it contained all of her fashion creations.
Her best friend tries to help by arranging for her to see someone about a substantial loan so that she can replenish the fabric and other accessories lost in her luggage, Jasper Fortune is a Dragon Shifter who is also a finance whiz and when he meets Brielle he realises that she is in fact his mate, even though he tries to keep his distance it is simply impossible.
As the dragon shifter and the lingerie designer argue and kiss and make-up it is simply impossible to put this wonderful book down, it is a fantastic read and I am sure that you will enjoy every single moment of this book.

Flame of Mind is book 39 of the Paranormal Dating Agency series. In this book we follow human Brielle & dragon shifter Jasper as they make their way to happily ever after.
Brielle is a fashion designer with a big problem. All her bags have disappeared at the airport & with them all the pieces she created for the most important show of her life. Brielle's best friend is not about to let her give up just yet. She has a trust fund & knows how to use it. Brielle might just have a chance if her new partner has anything to say about it. But her bestie's workaholic brother has other ideas.
Jasper has spent years trying to keep his sweet little sister from making huge mistakes. Like the one she just did by loaning a ton of money to some gold digging 'friend' of hers. But what happens when the gold digger just happens to be his mate?
By the time a series has reached 15 or 20 books they've already started to all sound the same & I lose interest. Not so with this series. Somehow, Gerri's books always seem to have some fresh twist that catches my attention & holds on & Flame of Mind is no exception. The main characters are both strong willed & stubborn with both trying to fight off the attraction. The supporting cast does a great job of moving things along without taking over the spotlight. The story line grabbed me & had me turning the pages until I was done. All in all, this book is up to the usual PDA standard & well worth finding that quiet place where you can shut out the world & read.

I loved the contrast between the highly creative Brielle and the very analytical Jasper who actually fit together incredibly well. I loved the danger and drama associated with the attempts to sabotage her show and business and the lengths that Jasper had to go to in order to save her and her business. Easy to read and understand, you will definitely get swept away with their romance as well as the attempts to harm Brielle. Contains explicit sexual content.

While this is book 39 in this series, it can absolutely be read as a standalone! You will be able to perfectly understand everything without reading the previous book, although I recommend the rest in this series because I do enjoy them all! In this one we get Brielle Hudson and Jasper Fortune's story. Brielle is having a horrible day and it is only made worse when the airline she was flying with lost all of her luggage-including all the items she made for a fashion show. And when her best friend tells her to talk to someone who might be able to finance the replacements for her, she wasn't expecting it to be her best friend's brother. Jasper likes his world orderly and loves his career. But when he meets Brielle, not only is she his mate but he thinks she is a gold digger just out for money. He can't keep his hands off her but he certainly doesn't trust her an inch. But there is more to her luggage disappearing and now he has to keep her safe all while trying to make her see him as her mate.
I really enjoyed this book! Brielle cracked me up from the beginning and was just extremely likable. Jasper comes across as kinda stuck up and full of himself, but as the story goes on-I liked him more and more. They have chemistry right from the start and it is off the charts hot! The plot line kept me involved and had a lot more to it than I was expecting, but I really enjoyed it! I would love to read a book about Talia! I can never get enough of these books!

Brielle is a Lingerie Designer who has come to town to be in the big Designer show she may become the next big designer in her field, but when she arrives at the airport and meets her best friend Talia her luggage has been lost and all her designs for the show were in there and she is so upset that Talia takes her shopping Talia makes her an offer she can't refuse and she takes her back to her penthouse and she gets to work. But her things seem to keep coming up missing from the penthouse so she started locking the pieces up until the show. Unfortunately, Jasper Talia's older brother comes in ranting and raving about her spending money and then accuses Brielle of taking advantage of his sister. Jasper and his sister are shifters but Talia has never told her best friend, he recognizes Brielle and what she means to him but he says nothing to his sister or her friend. He lets her think he doesn't like her but keeps coming over uninvited and they get closer. The enjoyable storyline and the characters are very interesting. Drama, mystery, intrigue, suspense, and love. I read an ARC via BookFunnel without obligation. I volunteered an honest review.

When a series of accidents occur surrounding Brielle's business, Jasper steps in to try and defuse the situation and defend his mate.

I love to read stories form Milly Taiden. This story is about Brielle and Jasper. Brielle's best friend is Jasper's sister. Brielle is a lingerie designer. It's a bad day when the airline loses all four of her suitcases containing her clothes for the fashion show. From the first time that Jasper saw Brielle. Jasper knew that Brielle is his mate. And boy does the sparks fly between these two. Can Jasper keep Brielle safe when someone is out to get her? This story pulled me in right from the beginning! Can't wait for the next book in this series. Keep up the amazing work girl!

Brielle and Jasper are like oil and water when they first meet. He thinks she's a gold digger out to milk his little sister of her fortune. She thinks he's an overbearing a-hole who has never taken the time to understand her best friend. Even though Jasper senses that Brielle is his mate, he is leary as to the type of person that she is. Even as they are getting to know each other, will outside forces ruin her career and end their connection....forever?
I liked the connections in this book. Talia is a trip, and though she seems flighty, really has it together for her best friend and brother. I enjoyed the banter between the characters. The speed of the book is fast and steady.
Gerri Wilder is my favorite character. I definitely want to be her when I grow up (snicker).

Brielle came to the city, with suitcases full of her signature label lingerie for the fashion show. She was most likely the "next big thing". But before she even left the airport, her luggage was missing. All 4 cases. Turning to her bestie Talia, she was offered her penthouse to room in, as well as all the cash she'd need. Straight out cash? No way. She was going to replace what she needed but after convincing- took Talia as her business partner. Talia's brother Jasper wasn't so convinced. A gold digger, taking advantage of his sister? But then he met "her" and the Fates couldn't be right could they? With a little help from Geri Wilder, this dragon may just have met his match! I love Geri…she is the best character ever. Brielle is having a bad year….her designs disappeared and sketches are disappearing. Jasper is the overbearing big brother to her best friend. Jasper thinks Brielle is just hanging around to take/use his sister. He doesn’t realize their best friends and partners. The minute he sees her BAM…he’s found his mate. I LOVE LOVE LOVE when the dragon and Jasper mentally argue. The more time Jasper spends with her the more he realizes she is amazing and that someone is trying to hurt her. Milly ALWAYS comes with a fresh story that keeps you from putting the book down.

Brielle finally has a chance at her big break in fashion. However, nothing seems to be going her way. A series of unfortunate event jeopardizes it all. If her luck isn't bad enough, she meets Jasper. Let's just say their relationship is 'complicated'. Jasper knows Brielle is his mate. But he's too stubborn to make to see her for who she really is. When he realizes someone is out to sabotage her career, his protective instincts kick in and he will do anything to help her. Although these two have a rocky road, they will eventually find love. Once again Gerri is successful at finding the perfect match. This is my honest opinion of an advanced copy I received.

The story brings you to NYC. Brielle loves to design lingerie and is amazing at it. Now she is to be part of one of best lingerie fashion shows but it doesn’t seem like things will be going her way. Thankfully she does have two friends that will be there for her. Gerri is well known matchmaker and well you never know who she has her sights on that are perfect for each other. Her other friend my brother a trust fund baby but she has a heart of gold. Too bad her older brother is a pompous a$$. The story is funny and romantic. There are some twists that will bring danger but some that will crack you up.

A smexy designer of smexy clothes loses all her work and her designs and pretty much no money to cover replacing her life/career items.
A smexy dragon shifter very good with money and a bit stubborn when it comes to affairs of the heart.
Gerri is Gerri, sweet, magical, and knowing to love her. The chemistry between these to pops off the chart, but what's nice is I giggled through a lot of it. I love the banter and watching them find what was important in their lives. smexy scenes mixed with a bit of detail, great characters. Enjoy.

Milly has such a fantastic way capturing your interests. Flame of Mind is a wonderful addition to this amazing series. Brielle is on her way to the top. Her hard work and dedication are bound to pay off. If only things would stop going wrong. Jasper thought keeping his sister in line was hard, but what when he meets Brielle sparks fly between these two. Jasper knows that Brielle is his mate, when he realizes she is being targeted all bets are off. Can Jasper keep her safe or will he lose his mate before it even happens.

Loved Gerri doing her thing.
Jasper was a jerk with an abrasive and downright rude attitude. He jumped to conclusions and even though he knew he was wrong, didn’t apologise.
Liked Brielle and felt bad that she was targeted by a vindictive old man for something she had no control over.
Some of the lingerie she made sounded fantastic.
I just felt these two were in lust more than love. More romance and less graphic sex would make a nice change and improve my ratings.
Everything happened quickly at the end but I want to know what punishment Walker received.

While written in the traditional PDA style, this book was far from boring. Brielle was making a name for herself without relying on anyone else. What she didn’t know was that she had been plunged into the world of dragons. The authors description of the Swan lingerie made it sound so beautiful that I want to purchase for myself.

nother home run from Milly Taiden’s Gerri Wilder and the Paranormal Dating Agency. It would be amazing to hang out with her as she travels the galaxy finding matches and making happily ever afters come true. As always just the right amount of sex, sass and story. I received a free copy in exchange for an honest review but I still buy her books so she can keep writing them for us to enjoy. Loved it.

Milly brings us another fantastic story in the PDA series! An awesome storyline with suspense, action, intrigue, and plenty of sass. Brielle and Jasper are quite the characters! They were pretty funny at the beginning! This story pulled me in right from the beginning! Talia was pretty funny too! As always Gerri really knows her stuff! Very enjoyable and entertaining and I highly recommend! Received arc and am voluntarily leaving an honest review

Another fantastic addition to this series. Plenty of intrigue, drama, action, and of course steamy encounter to keep your hooked from beginning to end making it a helluva read. Can't wait for the next book in this series. Brielle is not happy, airline lost her luggage, all her creations for show. Good thing, her best friend has her back and lends her money, bad thing, her best friend's brother is not thrilled about loan, and thinks, that Brielle takes advantage of his sister. Jasper is not happy with his sister, what's even crazier, that when he meets his sister's best friend, his dragon tells him, they meet their mate.

This is one of my favorite series. Gerry is successful again. Fashion designer Brielle keeps running into setbacks with her participation in the Lingerie Fashion week show. Missing all four pieces of luggage containing her entire collection, her sketchbook stolen and facing her best friends domineering brother accusing her of being a gold digger. Loved it.

I loved the relationship between the designer and her mate. She has fire under her belly (lol). Mr. Fortune himself, very much the alpha male. Their meeting and their journey made me finish the book quickly. However, I did have some favorite moments I had to revisit (lol). Let me just say Dragon's covet what is theirs and dang be the person or creature to try to come between them.

There's nothing like a large amount of money being transferred to someone else to get him extra hot under the collar. There had to be a conspiracy going on her complete fashion show collection of lingerie was lost by the airport. Creating a brand new collection single handed isn't easy and isn't cheap as he is finding out, but a happy mate is priceless.

Brielle is having all kinds of bad luck. First, her luggage is lost by the airlines and she has to recreate all the designs she made for a fashion show. To top it off, her best friend's brother treats her with hostility and accuses her of being a gold digger, taking advantage of his sister. Jasper just keeps putting his foot in his mouth. He knows she is his mate but he still treats her with hostility. He seems to be a slow learner.
