This is for The Tresspasser last book of the series. Taut police procedural with a compelling plot and strongly written characters. The first person narrator is a mixed race Detective in the Murder Squad dealing with a frustrating case and viscious misogyny.

All of the books in this series are wonderful - especially as audiobooks. Love the dialects of the narrators.

I'm a mystery fan but always have trouble with Irish mysteries. They seem so dark, but that said it is a good read

It was an easy read, but come on we all knew who did it from the start. Right?

I kept thinking there'd be a twist, but it was pretty standard. Maybe I'm jaded.
