It’s almost Valentine’s Day and Jackson Crow is determined that he’s going to be romantic this year. He and Angela work hard year-round, twenty-four hours a day sometimes while raising their two children, and this year, he’s going to let Angela know just how special she is.
But a strange note arrives on their door, bringing Jackson back almost fifteen years to his beginnings as a young agent.
The killer known as the ‘Poet’ is back, and whether by accident or intent, Angela has received the first of the killer’s poems.
They will have to race against time—with just a little help from the dead—to stop the Poet from taking another life on the day celebrating romance—be that the life of another innocent, or Angela herself.
And it’s Valentine’s Day. Jackson Crow is not about to lose the love of his life!

After a stint of several years in dinner theater, back-up vocals, and bartending, she stayed home after the birth of her third child and began to write, working on short horror stories and romances. Entertaining mystery listening 🎶🔰
Angela and Jackson are called to investigate the return of the Poet who is dead. Is it a copycat killer? They have the threatened woman 🚺 going to the FBI office. They are staying the night 🌙 and the dead husband's ghost 👻 shows up ☝. Then a husband's friend shows up ☝ to kill the wife. But all ends will. I would recommend this novella and author to 👍 readers of mystery novels 👍🔰. 2023 👒😀💘🏡

Sweet and loving
Love conquers all. Angela and Jackson are my favorite couple so I love these short holiday stories with them. The poetry angle had me giggling, but the story was solid with a fun mystery angle of who was the killer. They managed to save the person in danger, catch the intruder, talk to a ghost, bring closure of the damaged couple and still celebrate their love on Valentine’s Day. A super quick and fun story!

Very fast paced but good story!
These short stories are great for a good lunchtime read or something similar like waiting for an appointment, that spet of thing. They get in get to the point and get straight through to the action and the conclusion without all the extra fluff. Lol it's like dialing into the best part of long book without about 300 pages! Kinda love that some days. Lol I think maybe you will too sometimes! Give it a shot!

It's always nice to get another short story of Jackson and Angela. This time, Angela found a poem stuck to their front door and it appears that the "Poet" is back and is after the woman who used to live in their house. Of course, Jackson and Angela put aside their valentine plans to go and warn this woman and catch the "Poet".

Cute little story about Jackson and Angela, of the FBI's Krewe of Hunter's. It's Valentine's Day and Jackson wants to give Angela a night she will always remember. Unfortunately, there is a case involving a killer, that interrupts their plans for the evening. Interesting story.

Angela finds a note on the front door of her and Jackson's home on Valentine's day. It has a scary threatening poem saying she was going to be dead. They figure out the poem was actually meant for another woman and track her down to keep her safe.

happy Valentine’s Day
Liked this book but it was too short. Always feel bad that a great story is condensed down to such a short story. Love the crew of hunters especially Jackson and Angela. This did have a very happy ending anyway.
