Don't point a gun at edge, he doesn't fucking like it. Somebody does every book. Edge caught up with two girls in trouble after his horse is shot and his guns taken. The girls want revenge and Edge wants his stuff back. They make a deal to get back an expensive bull. A man shot in the chest, no pain, just disappointment as his dead weight hit the dirt with a loud thud. Edge uses his trusty razor to cut into a man's ball sac. Ouch! The girls unload bullets through eyes, ribs, lungs, flesh and bone fly, blood rains down on the dirt. Edge shoots a man in the thumb that spills his beer. Don't spill Edge's beer he doesn't fucking like it. Edge gets paid in the end until someone steals his money in the next books haha

Edge teams up with two ladies that are trying to take a giant bull to a man in Texas that will pay big bucks for it. The problem is that they took it from a man who wants it back. He follows them with a band of men to get it.

Everything you expect in an Edge book. Although, it's not one of the more violent ones. Don't get me wrong, there is violence here, just not brimming over with it like some of the previous books.

A better than average entry in the series, tight, nasty and fun

The usual bad punning and extreme gory violence as Edge gets involved with two women on a vengeance trail. Funny thing is, though, that this story ends in Greenville, where Edge was in the previous Vengeance Valley book, and Woodrow Ryan a man Edge killed in that story is alive and well and neither know each other. Left this reader slightly confused 🫤

“Dead from murdering Barnaby Tree” was carved into 10 tombstones being carried around the West by 2 women seeking vengeance. They needed help tracking the 10 killers so they hired Edge - one of the hardest, coldest and most ruthless men in the territory. Violence and bloodshed was sure to follow.

This one was probably my least favorite of all thus far. I feel it was just a little too much.

My first foray into this series, and I really enjoyed it. Edge is a great character with some hilarious one liners !!! A fun quick read. I’ll surely be looking for another one.
