This book, as of 2016, hasn't been published yet (or even written?). So how can people have rated it? It's been promised by the author for 2 decades but never delivered.

I've got married, had a daughter, put her through college, and retired waiting for this book.

It will never be published.

I can only hope that when Gerrold dies that there is a sympathetic editor someplace that Dan scrape all his notes together and publish something posthumously. I doubt if I'll be around to read it.

I've been waiting 30 years for the next book to come out...I've given up. Promises and hot air are all David Gerrold is full of.
