My first Trailsman book and it will probably not be the last. Typical adult western mix of sex and violence in the old west. Entertaining, enjoyable and fast read. I don’t think I’ve ever heard of breasts described as “pillowy” so often, other than that the writing and dialogue are fairly decent for this genre. Skye Fargo is hired to deliver some prized Arabian horses from a breeder in Mexico. Of course he didn’t count on bloodthirsty Apaches, fanatical Mexican rebels, the French army and the breeder’s own lust filled daughter that would turn his simple task into a hotbed of murder and violence. It will take all his survival and scouting skills to escape this bloody web with his own hide interact.
