The battle against the horrors of the mythos often leaves an investigator dead or insane. In either case, a paper trail has formed, one that can lead new, ignorant investigators into realms of unspeakable evil.

This supplement contains a large number of uneful form for use in Call of Cthulhu® game. Death certificates, insanity certificates, patient records, and even fingerprint forms are all included and may be used immediately. Also included in a 25-page Sanitarium prescription pad ideal for live-action playing sessions. Use it to write "prescriptions" in a game, or just as something the players and keeper may scribble on.

A small collection of props and player handouts focused on Arkham Sanitarium which will unfortunately not find much use in most games. The ink blots were a nice touch though, cleverly designed to put you in mind of certain gribblies from the Cthulhu Mythos.

There are more than enough documents here than you'll ever need for this game. It serves its purpose well.
