Tengo un poco de miedo, porque si bien me gusta la idea sobre descubrir la identidad del jefe, me sucede que volvemos a encontrarnos con un personaje que tiene la habilidad de usar el tiempo a su favor. Por lo tanto, tengo miedo de como usan el stand, considerando que Jotaro contra Dio tuvieron que darle un power-up, y considerando que Giogio es hijo de Dio, no me parece descaballedo que suceda lo mismo. Pero si es así, quisiera una pelea más estratégica que un simple Oraora.

How does Narancia know those math equations? Is he just lucky when he's giving the incorrect answer here? Or is his well-known stupidity only keeping the gang from realizing what's happening? Because he'd definitely say"2+2=5" without the effect of Talking Heads.

wept. so many sad moments. abbacchio saying that the only time he feels inner peace is when he's with Bruno??? AGHHHHHHH AHGHAGH. LIKE 3 MINS AFTER BUCCIARATI FUCKING DIES??? I'LL DIE!!!! anyway very good. I miss Fugo :( and also i cried at Narancia swimming after them. dude part 5 is so good wtf.

oh the boss is COLDDDDDD. also like... rip bruno??? but also not really?? i don't know what is wrong with pookie BUT I DONT LIKE IT. i cant wait to know more about the boss because bro is the worst but also has one of the coolest stands in the series so far. also RIP FUGO. YOU SHALL BE MISSED but he is probably making the smartest choice TO BE HONEST. also.... god... i forgot the hell narancia is put through because this might be worse than the fucking baby stand in part 3. good luck solider

Ya pasando la mitad de la historia de Giorno y compañia.
Por un momento el corazón se me detuvo leyendo este tomo, pero algo aun mantiene mis sospechas de que no todo está bien.
La revelación de este volumen es algo impresionante, me deja con la idea de que algo puede ir o muy bien, o puede ir muy mal.
Sólo espero el desarrollo de lo demás para ver que rumbo toma.

Really did love the ending! Got to say: My reading plan for this series was so ambitious the latter parts felt like a fever dream, so I can't say the ending was surprising in the slightest. Wonderful stuff! Very hyped to start the next arc, Stone Ocean!

I'm a big fan of King Crimson's power. Jojo villains always have freaky time-bending stands, which never fails to effectively raise the stakes. There's something so unsettling about an intelligent baddie who can control time. The heroes are stuck frozen in place, not even aware that time has been stopped. It's the ultimate vulnerability, physically and mentally. The heroes have to figure out how they're going to stop someone who can warp the fabric of reality. I love it.
King Crimson is a bit different from The World in an interesting way. While The World simply stopped time, King Crimson's power advances time for a few seconds. Everyone else is stuck doing what they had planned to do in that time, but for King Crimson, it's as if time has stopped and he can foresee what others will do. And only King Crimson has any recollection of what happened in that time. Basically, for everybody else time skips ahead a few seconds, but for King Crimson time has slowed down. The anime portrays it as time slowing down, at least. The manga is a bit more abstract about it, with pre/after images conveying what will occur. It's one of those concepts that feels hard to explain, but can intuitively be understood. In practice, it works great.
What doesn't work so great is Giorno's gambit. He puts turtle cells on the brooch, which allows him to remotely create a turtle with a with the same stand as Coco Jumbo, but without the need for a key? Since when can Giorno make clones? And why would that clone have the same stand? Why doesn't he just make an army of Brunos at that point? This is a total asspull moment that didn't even need to be there.
I loved the nuance behind Narancia and Bruno getting worked about over the boss's neglect of Trish. For Bruno, it's because his dad essentially gave his life ensuring Bruno could have a good life. Sure, he was maybe a bit stoic, but he showed his love through actions. To him, the boss is a disgrace. For Narancia, he's experienced what it's like to have a neglectful father. He's been there and he wants to save Trish from the same fight. It's subtle, but there are hints in there that show Bruno and Narancia are thinking about this on a deeper level.
Something else I didn't totally get was the fact that nobody else knew Bruno and Giorno wanted to kill the boss. I thought everybody was on board with that plan? Seems pretty cold of the normally motherly Bruno to drop that on his crew at the last moment. It's also a bummer to see Fugo leave the team. He didn't get much screen time since his stand was introduced. I get that Purple Haze was kind of overpowered, but he could have at least participated in the group banter more. He sort of fell off there.
The setup for Clash and Talking head was hilarious. It's always a pleasure to see the lads acting like dopes. I'm eager to see what comes next.

Finalmente llegué al bendito "misterio de King Crimson" con sus rebuscados poderes, y estoy completamente de acuerdo con el meme de "King Crimson: it just works", que yo traduciría libremente como "metele que anda y ya".
