Better than the last couple books I've read in this series, for sure. One reason is that The Warriors on this mission don't argue and complain all the time. When Blade goes on "A Run." he normally takes Hickock and Geronimo with him. They just bicker back and forth like old ninnies. It gets very tiresome. This time out, he takes two different warriors with him and it's a breath of fresh air.

I thought the overused plot of one or all of the warriors being separated from each other was going to take a volume off, but it happened again. At least it happened toward the end, but it's a commonly used theme in these books.

The warriors head to Sparta to try and talk their leaders into joining the Freedom Federation. There is unrest in the regime and civil war breaks out and puts Blade and his men in trouble once again.

Another post-apocalyptic adventure series. Quick and easy read. Recommended
